Town Hearth is by far our most favorite place to dine - not only for the food, but the atmosphere is always good vibes, even if someone there might not be on the same wavelength. I d like to give a million thanks to our bartender, Maddie, and Abby at the front. Maddie made the best margaritas and her engagement with us before we were seated for our reservation was fun & genuine. She also went out of her way to say goodbye to us as we left & that meant more to us than anything. Abby, at the front, took phenomenal care of us as well. Making sure to check in with us during our dinner and did the same as we left. We had a great laugh at life. These two truly love their jobs and do it well. Thank you to the rest of the staff here for the most wonderful dinner & experience. I look forward to catching up with everyone soon and becoming a regular with the hubs here. Best steaks, food, music, and service in DFW.

I had a group of doctors I wanted to impress. They absolutely were. The conversation came to a screeching halt when the food arrived, because it was so compelling. It is a little loud, but a fun atmosphere and kind waitstaff. Our server made a couple of mistakes, but he was very attentive. We had to wait about 15 minutes at the bar for our table, but that is all. We all agreed that we wanted to come back. Parking was kind of impossible without the valet, but I dont regret the evening at all. For good steak, you wont find anything better.

OK, so even if you have a reservation youre probably going to wait a bit. We waited almost an hour past our reservation. However, the manager convinced us to stay and they worked pretty hard to make things right. The food was absolutely delicious and they have a very interesting menu. The bone-in prime rib was outstanding, but only available on the weekends. The place was packed on a Sat. night and its loud with all the people talking over the fairly loud music. Youll adjust but it can be difficult to carry on a conversation at times. Even though they were exceedingly busy, food came out fast and as I said the manager and staff went above and beyond to make right the long wait for our table.

This place is a joke! We were uncomfortably rushed by our waiter, Jorge. The minute you sit down, you are expected to order drinks, appetizers and dinner so that you can be done in less than an hour. There are many other restaurants in the metroplex with better steaks and service. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, but that s about it.

Food was excellent, but waitress rushed us through the meal unreasonably. Arrived at 6 for our reservation, then was pushing to move fast through courses offering to clear dishes while my wife was still eating, and gave dessert offerings while we were still eating our entrees, before we were finished. Drinks, salads, entrees and desserts within one hour and out the door on a not so busy Wednesday night. The rushing kind of ruined the experience. Been several times and I would like to think this was an anomaly, but was unpleasant nonetheless.

What an experience and treat to dine here! This is a free standing building with valet services. Upon entry, the scene appears dungeon-like leading into the main area where its intimately lit with dazzling chandeliers. The hostess was pleasant and ushered us to our table in a quiet spot that I thought was perfect with a motorcycle behind us for a great photo-op. Now unto the best part- the food! - I tried the Lemon drop Martinis for the table that all of us agreed was good we all had another round. - The garden tomato salad were quiet tasty and flavorful. I would recommend trying this one. - Buttered Shrimp was also a winner! - Main Course- Steaks! We all agreed that they were the best steaks we have all had. - Dessert- Chocolate Cake with roasted coconut with vanilla ice cream. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. This is definitely a place to recommend for special occasions because it is quite expensive.

My wife took me on my birthday dinner. One of the worst steakhouses I ve ever been to. Super loud inside, crowded, and unpleasant. I ordered a tomahawk medium and they brought out a charred exterior and extremely rare interior steak. To told the waiter that it was not done medium. He apologized the took the steak back to the kitchen to be seared it some more. They brought it back out and it was still the same but now the outside was basically inedible. I didn t eat more than 3 pieced before I was disgusted by it. The manager stopped by and asked how everything was. I explained it all he apologized and sent us free dessert. I would rather him take the inedible nearly $200 dollar steak away and off my bill. Ended up paying for it anyway. Would never recommend this place.

Wide variety of excellent food. Been there several times and tried a little of everything and have not been disappointed yet. Very cool, eclectic decorations, including a classic MG parked near the kitchen and a couple of Ducati motorcycles, suspended above the bar. Great photo opportunity in front of the tremendous fish tank, which holds a small submarine. Courteous, informed and enjoyable staff.

Great service, April was wonderful. The restaurant is beautiful, so many cool things to look at. I feel like everything was overpriced for what it was though. We had no issue and the food was good and how we ordered, but the portions were small for what they cost and nothing truly blew me away. The dynamite shrimp was my favorite thing I ate followed by the fried Brussels sprouts. Steak had a great crust. Again, nothing was not good, just expected to be blown away with how pricey it was.

The hostess area is like fitting 4 shoes in a shoebox. It s somewhat loud in there. As far as what we saw, The dress code- you can wear anything. It s all on you and how you feel for the evening. Women wore mini dresses with shapes cut out. The appetizers were pretty good. If you ve experienced the taste of real quality country bacon, like your mom slays a pig and does the process herself, it s that but sweeter. It wasn t anything new for me to be awed by but can be for others. The shrimp was cooked well. A nice staple menu piece that southern restaurants have (or calamari). The filet was sub par for the price. The Burger outshined the filet. Macaroni was pretty good. I used the macaroni to dunk the filet in. The dessert was okay. The restaurant is on the par with like a Sullivans. If you like the food quality of Sullivans, you ll like this. Service was okay just not up to par with the price point. I was more impressed with the different aesthetics. Kid-friendliness: it s loud and adult language is thrown around, and drinking is all around. If that does not bother you, it should be fine.

Wow! What a special surprise! We were in Dallas for Memorial Day weekend and found Town Hearth because it was right around the corner from the Hilton Anatole where we were staying. From the first contact at the front door valet, the night was off to a fantastic start. Our party of 9 was accommodated quickly and we were given the Elvis Room! Yep! Elvis! That was such a treat for me as I m a life long fan. The server was amazing, and wow! The steaks are absolutely perfectly cooked! I love fine dining but Town Hearth takes that experience and takes it off the charts!!! On the menu they had steaks and amazing appetizers, desserts and sandwiches as well. And if that isn t special enough, they even had one menu item I m sure you haven t seen anywhere a 1974 Ducati! Yes, a Ducati. And it was in the store to be seen and ready for purchase. Now that s G!! The decor, the music, the ambiance, the chandeliers oh man! You have to see this place! Well worth making the reservation. I will be back. The steaks. The flavor!! The slight char on the top to give it a special light crunch but no burn or singe. Absolute mastery and perfection in the kitchen! Enjoy this video I made of our special night there. Upon arriving the hostess seemed a little snooty. Bartenders service was good. We were greeted immediately. We went to our table reservation after that. The service seemed rushed. It was giving Saltgrass steakhouse vibes also - from the lack of intimacy and the jean pants all the servers were wearing. When you have a $7000 Bordeaux on your wine list, jeans shouldn t be the wait staffs dress code, but that s strictly opinion. The food was very appetizing though! We came here as a large party of 8 and the service was SPECTACULAR even on a busy Friday night and the food even better! Several of us had the surf and turf which was a petite filet and shrimp and the steaks were tender and cooked to perfection. The shrimp had wonderful flavor as well and the oysters were amazing. The side including the tots and BLT Mac n Cheese were phenomenal. We sampled ALL of the desserts and they were all amazing including the crème brûlée and the Elvis dessert! The wait staff were perfect, making food and wine recommendations and never allowing a glass to become empty! We loved it so much I brought my boyfriend back 2 nights later! Out waiter on the second night selected a wine that was just what we wanted and visited the table at just the right frequency and never let our wine glass go dry!

My daughter took me here for Mothers Day. It is her favorite place. For perspective, she is 35. I am 58. Town Hearth scores points for the excelled service provided. Every person we encountered was attentive and seemed glad we were there. The restaurant, however, is extremely loud. Like, you cant hold a conversation loud. I get it that they dont want you to linger, but we did in spite of the music drowning out all but the most basic communication. I have mixed reviews of the food. The appetizer, which was some sort of raw fish, was delicious. Excellent flavor, in spite of the fact that we couldnt have the soy sauce because we both have celiac disease. We ordered two entrees and two vegetables and shared everything. The steak was good. Not the best steak I have ever eaten, but it was good. The Maine lobster, at $139, ought to have been fresh. And I mean alive and dropped into a pot just for us. But it clearly was not. While the presentation was cute, the meat was tough and most of the flavor came from the butter it was floating in. The roasted cauliflower was good. Kudos to anyone who can make me say that about cauliflower! We had creme brulee for dessert, and that was good. Not too sweet, just the right amount of carmelization on the top. I didnt have a terrible time and I was over-full when we left. Im glad I had the experience. But Town Hearth will never be my go-to place, even for special occasions. At the price point, I had higher expectations for the food. But again, everything was good except the lobster. Oh! And the drinks were great! Go for the service and the alcohol. Skip the lobster. Dietary restrictions: Really good about dietary restrictions! The menu states they care about food allergies and that was the first thing the waiter asked us about. And they took our allergies seriously from the table to the kitchen. Pretty rare in my experience.

Disappointing. We booked Town Hearth for our first meal out since becoming new parents. The day before my 5:30 reservation, a hostess called to confirm and warned of a 90-minute recommendation for early reservation--marketed nowhere on their OpenTable. We did not plan to rush such an expensive, upscale meal. Our 4-course meal was rushed from start to finish: 80 minutes door-to-door. The wait staff clearly had a directive, and their persistence was frustrating. The only interaction I had with my waiter all night was her asking me to order again. No recommendations. No hows the food? No mention of our celebration. All hurry. As a result, the bourbon I ordered neat (iceless) came over ice, and both steaks were undercooked to rare. No one cared as long as we were in-and-out quickly. The breaking point was when the waiter abruptly interrupted my wife and my conversation--mid-bite of our steaks--to rattle off the desert menu unsolicited. She might as well have said You need to leave now. To add insult to injury, they charged me for the ice I never ordered on a $350 meal. To salvage the evening, we spoke to the manager about the lackluster experience. Her explanation and fix? Sorry, we dont intend that, but thats just how weekends are sometimes. In short: Dallas has an abundance of fine steakhouses that wont rush you through your meal. Id take my business there.

We went to Town Hearth in April of 2024 to celebrate a birthday. Our server April was wonderful and made us feel welcomed as soon as we sat down! The food and drinks were all excellent, the steaks being some of the best we ve had! The restaurant itself was beautiful, with lots of interesting decor (chandeliers, submarine in a fish tank, aston martin by the kitchen) however it was very crowded and very loud. The table next to us was close enough that there was just barely enough room to sneak by, and the room was packed so it was loud just from the voices, but the music was also very loud. It was a fun atmosphere and everyone was very friendly but not an easy place to have a conversation. Our party of four had reservations for 6pm, and with drinks, appetizers, main meal, desserts and coffee we were there just under 2 hours and while it didn t feel too rushed, things came out very quickly. Dress ranged from dressy casual to cocktail attire. Valet is complimentary and went smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, it s a great place for a special night!

My friends and I were lucky enough to dine in Michael s section last night. He was the definition of perfection. I absolutely loved our evening, the food and atmosphere were incredible (the lobster/bacon Mac and cheese omg). But Michael s service was top-notch! Fantastic dining experience. From the hostess to the manager to the server the staff is excellent. Its certainly not a restaurant to give your patronage to while on a budget, but if you appreciate quality its well worth it. one of the better filets Ive ever had, which is saying a lot. The bacon appetizer was more like thinly sliced pork with maple glaze it was so thick and delicious. We ate earlier in the evening and I can picture it getting very busy, very loud and very see-and-be-seen, but that is more a testament to a restaurant being a victim of its own success.

Disappointing. Was excited to check this place out and walked in and the ambiance was great. A little loud for my liking but so be it. Then the food. My strip order medium came out rare. They agreed and reheated it. Well you know how that goes. They offered more mashed potatoes. Appreciate it but I came for the steak. My buddy s ribeye was so thin it was comical. His manhattan he asked for a large ice cube which is standard and they changed him $1. Really? The manager came over and had nothing but excuses. Then I ordered a $25 glass of wine and it was full of sediments. We don t make the wine. Agree but it should have been decanted/filtered for that price. Won t be back. Way too many better restaurants in the area especially at those price points

I d seen so many reviews about great atmosphere and service so I thought we d try it out! I don t think we ll be back. The atmosphere felt like we were inside a beehive, or that ending scene in Ratatouille where they re going around the restaurant on roller skates. All wait staff was speed walking everywhere. So chaotic that a Guest at the table next to us had something spilled on the back of his button down. Felt very rushed. Very go go go. Little attention to service and experience. The specials were rattled off at 2x speed. I was expecting a dining experience, and this was not the case.

This was our second time in for a date night and from the moment we walked through the door the hospitality was top notch. From the hosts/hostess, to floor managers, our great server April, and everyone in between. I would say I was in awe that the restaurant flowed so seamlessly as we never had an empty glass, our food came at a great pace and above all else the dishes were delicious. This spot was suppose to be good, but turned into a nightmare.. it was a terrible experience and really bad service from the staff. Especially the short white lady in the front- she has NO customer service or kindness and was very rude. She rolled her eyes and caught an attitude after her asking a simple question. We were on time for on reservation, but their staff decided to overbook. It actually turned out a lot of people were waiting to be seated, even though they were on time for their reservation. I would not recommend this place at all- overpriced, crowded, and unwelcoming.

Be careful with your vehicles!!! They don t have enough parking so they park across the street and think they own the whole space across the street!!! The manager is very unprofessional ! She stated to me that she checked me because I did not know how to drive they parked someones vehicle so close to my car that if I was crazy and backed up I would of damaged it! I circled the so called line they said it considered the spot a straight parking space but yet when I got there they had no vehicles parked there and I followed the cars parked to the left of me as seen on the photo! Again they don t even own that side of the street and that s how they want to park their customers cars like it s funny! Be careful with your vehicles!

This is one of the most unique restaurants I ve ever been to. The decor, the music, and overall ambiance is just top notch. We came for my mother s birthday party in a fairly large group, and everybody loved their dishes, not a single complaint, actually all rave reviews about the food. But to top it all off, our server Tim was just fantastic. You should ask for him by name if possible.

I went for a late Valentines dinner date and had a blast. It was our first time going to a high-end restaurant together and we couldnt have had a better experience. The general manager Dan was amazing and got us a fantastic spot with a view of the entire restaurant. Espresso martinis were 10/10! We also asked for our steaks to be cooked just a tad more and they came back quick with perfect steaks and even brought out another fresh order of hot mashed potatoes. We were blown away by the service from our server Ben and we were surrounded by such great vibes! We will without a doubt return Parking: it was a packed night and still perfectly smooth valet!

So pretty here. Love the chandeliers and ambiance. Definitely not short on cocktail and liquor selections. You can probably order just about anything. The service was excellent. Thank you, Jorge, for a great dining experience! Food was above average but not fantastic. It may depend on what you order, though. Last time we had the tomahawk and lobster which were both beautiful and fabulous. This time, I ordered the filet... bit salty (and I like overly seasoned typically) and more almost medium instead of medium rare. However, they are very attentive to gluten restrictions, so that was good. Food was not as fantastic, though, as I remembered. Cocktails... yes! So good... Fun place, great energy, and pretty. Ill still go again. Just made it a 4 out of 5 this time.

I think giving this place two stars is even a lot. My husband and I went for our anniversary and I m giving it two stars because we had very different experiences. First off, we had a reservation and it wasn t even a holiday just a Friday, place was packed to the brim and they made us wait over an hour to seat us. And then you say you only get 90 mins. To have such a policy and still not be able to seat people for their reservations and making them wait over an hour, ridiculous. Secondly once I ordered my steak I ordered it medium well. It was basically raw when they gave it to me. And I can eat very rare steak but it was raw and every time they brought it back, they brought back the same piece and it would still be bloody red, I had to ask them to take it back 3 times and I didn t even want to my husband insisted I say something. At this point just cook me a brand new steak honestly but no they kept cooking and cutting up the same piece of steak .it was a filet mignon so it was already small, when they finally cooked it right it wasn t even a steak anymore it was steak bites and not presentable at all, it was just a horrible experience and lots of money for me to not have a nice anniversary. My husband liked his food so that s why it gets two stars. Super hyped up restaurant, service and food is not worth the price.

Always a great place to have dinner. Food is on point and service impeccable. Only down side this last trip was we had to wait almost 50 mins past our reservation due to a large party showing up an hour early. The bar and waiting areas was absolutely slammed. Management was kind and apologized for the wait. Gave us an appetizer on the house for being patient. We shared a sliced hamachi, roasted slab bacon, rock shrimp dynamite, ribeye, rock shrimp bucatini. Everything was fantastic. Highly recommend this place for a date night or even business meeting.

We try to eat out at a new restaurant every month. Yesterday was our first time at Town Hearth. Heard a lots of good thing about this restaurant . Entrance of the restaurant is at the back side of a parking lot , very low key , underground type, which I liked . Inside seating area is kind of old style east coast Diner style. Though the room is full of chandeliers. Service was impeccable. We had 7pm reservation and we were welcomed and seated promptly. We had carpaccio and hamachi from raw bar. Both were excellent . Hamachi was so good we ordered twice . I am from New York and love aged steak . I love bone in . However, sizes were too big for me 32oz ! I have no idea why most of the Texas restaurants do not offer smaller bone in steaks, like 8-10oz! Most of the time my dog ears $80 portion of my left over $150+ steaks. Yesterday I was not in the mood for that! So we had 3lbs lobster . Lobster was cooked little longer than needed , therefore , the meat became little tougher. We had mud cake with ice cream topping . That was okay . Overall good experience, average food, excellent service .

Everything was as expected after reading the reviews, good and bad. We had a great meal, amazing service and the atmosphere was fine. It gets louder as the place fills up. Some tables are louder than others, but wasnt as bad as some reviews. The food comes quick and hot. We were not rushed at all, but I can see where some might feel that way. Get positive, set your expectations and go enjoy one of the top tier establishments in Dallas. Definitely going back.

Its probably my favorite steakhouse in the metroplex. I took my wife here for the first time, and her description kinda hit it right on the nose with the whole experience. Its a special place. The ambiance is unique. The food was phenomenal. We had the scallops and the barbecue grouper, the meatballs, the tomato & burrata, and the Elvis Napoleon. Everything was an appropriate size. Seasonings and cooking were on point. We will definitely make the 45 min drive for this food.

It is a place to go, if you want to pay a premium for Chili s service. Went for our anniversary dinner, the hostess recognized that and said happy anniversary, the waiter read it off his card, we sat down around 6:40, mentioned we want to order drinks, then apps and the dinner. It was extremely rushed, mentioned that there was a 9 top coming for him so we need to hurry quickly. Needless to say we ordered and had been rushed through the meal. We skipped desert and left by 7:25. Horrible service for the expected experience that the restaurant portraits. If you want good food in an extremely rushed environment for a special evening here you go I think I will pass and recommend everyone else does until they can fix their service issue.

My wife and I s favorite place to eat at for our birthdays. The service is exceptional, the food is even better, and the drink are made to perfection. Expect to spend some money when you are here but it s worth indulging yourself at this restaurant. The lobster, salmon, tomahawk steak, crab cakes, Mac and cheese, hand crafted old fashioned, are just a few of the things we have had over the years and have never been let down. Perfection everytime. Will be going back here for years to come. Also A few Dallas Cowboys players come here and are always fun to see at the restaurant as well. Very lively steak house - gets really loud but fun. Brought friends here from out of town and they had a great time. Only complaint was that they gave us a time limit when they were a bit late seating us. If there is a 90-minute or 2-hour dining time then please seat us on time - they had us wait 15-minutes when we showed up on time for our reservation. Food was good but nothing you cant get at Perrys, Bobs, Pappas Bros or Ocean Prime - so good service and ambiance is a must.

Not impressed. Not a date night atmosphere. Not a family dinner atmosphere. The music was playing way too loud. Not sure how you are suppose to walk anywhere in the restaurant without walking on top of another person.
