This September 14th we went to see the event at this place everything was fine until we asked for the bill and the waitress tried to charge me an extra bucket she made me two tickets I dont know why she never asked me I wanted to return cash I told her I dont know She took my card and made me a new ticket to take away the extra deposit and when I look at my statement I see that she charged me three tickets. She is Colombian, Haori, Im trying to talk.

The food was okay. There was nothing special about it at all. The waitress was friendly, but I had a hard time hearing her due to the music being somewhat loud. She seemed to have forgotten me at one point and i had to make an effort to get her attention. Its a sports bar with women in lingerie.

The food is kind of okay, and the service varies depending on how whether the waitress is focused on the tables or chatting with her friends. I recommend not arriving in the 4pm hour, as shift change at 5 kinda throws a wrench in the works. Parking: Not the safest (lots of vagrants) or best maintained lot

I did not spend a dime and I do not recommend no dishes and I do not recommend this place at all. I have been to several of the chains all throughout the US and this by far was the worst. Me and my boyfriend after a long day/night of ranch work decided to rush for a night cap beer. We approach doors well before closing time and we are turned away immediately and I quote the black man said, you look drunk go away to my boyfriend. As ranchers we get sunburnt and we may look raggedy for a bit and sure we pulled up in an old truck, but we didn t even get a chance to go inside. We didn t even get a chance to go inside and purchase a meal, let alone a drink. I was about to leave when I decided to get security names and Manager if possible, and they completely turned me down without opening the door as I start to turn away another man comes to the door and another security slams the door open, throwing him to the floor frame. I spoke to the valet man who also seem to fear the guys because they were from security and armed. I said, do you know who the manager is and if I can speak with them They did not allow for this and so I called the restaurant/bar and they didn t answer. For reference, it was well before closing time I did leave a voicemail . I doubt that I will hear from them however, I will take legal matters into motion as I feel, this was somewhat of racial profiling incident. And by the aforementioned reviews under security it seems though that we are not the only ones who experienced a similar inconvenience. Luckily, I was able to get footage of the four securities and the moment they slammed the poor small framed man to the floor. Yes, it was inebriated for sure, but was not causing any harm or being of a threat, if I m not mistaken, the man was trying to get his things.

When we got off the truck in the parking lot there is a gas station next to ojos locos, so as we are walking to get in we see this bunch of guys drinking in the parking lot and one of them was approaching my brother like trying to make trouble. Then he leaves like nothing happened this makes this place not safe for customers to not comeback. Se we left when yall closed, right.. and they are walking around when people are leaving, so as we leaving the same guy who was approaching my brother when we got there same guy approaching to the truck in the time the truck is in movement leaving the parking lot like he wants to fight but he is not alone it was a group like they knew they were provoking a fight in purpose. Its the second time I come to this location and security didnt do anything about this unsafe situation when I just came to relax it was easy to fight and fix it my self but its not worth to. Terrible place, they should not let minors enter, it should not be familiar because the women there are almost bare, they are very useful, they serve people drinks all the time so that they become drunk later, if they vomit, it is because of who and oh yes. They want to throw you out but whose fault is it? The manager thinks he owns the place and they threaten to throw you out to the police. I read some of these comments before I came in myself.. I wasnt expecting much.. however, the place looked great, clean, and appeared nothing was out of place. The manager was monitoring everything as if she really cared, so that was a big wow... Nella was my waitress and the absolute best service. She earned $100 tip for her professionalism and service. I read that you had to be mexican to get service.. that was a lie. Im a white guy. Perhaps that individual mustve been obnoxious or something. Service and food were good/decent. Came here two nights in a row and ordered boneless wings both nights, even triple confirmed with the waitress the second night. Both nights I got bone in wings. Pretty strange but I can only assume they re trying to offload some bone in wings due to lower selling volume. The drinks were good though, and Ojos is always a great time. The beer was good.. the chips n salsa were good.. the shrimp tacos and the shrimp cocktail, what a joke. 6 baby shrimp in a Cocktail.. my tacos had the baby shrimp as well and only 4 shrimp in each.. I put the shrimp together to make 1 taco. Def. Will not go here again for the food.. even the waitress said people have been complaining about the quality and quantity of food.
