We had such a great time at a Saints party here. The venue is very spacious..its the equivalent to 3 rooms and a patio. While I didnt eat here it appears those who did enjoyed the food. The only thing that didnt quite go right is the one female bartender who doesnt know the difference between Blanco and Anejo. I didnt have the energy to argue over something I drink and Anejo is not clear. All in all it was a wonderful time had by all.

Ive visited Ekko several times now, and I can confidently say this place consistently offers a great experience. First off, they have their own parking lot, which is incredibly convenient. From the moment you walk in, youre greeted by friendly and welcoming staff at the door, which sets a positive tone for the night. One of the standout features of Ekko is its variety of vibes across three separate areas. Upstairs has a very chill and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with friends. Downstairs is more upbeat great for those who want to dance and enjoy a lively crowd. It can get crowded, and the bartenders can sometimes be a bit impatient or overlook you if youre not purchasing a bottle, but that s not always the case. Lastly, the patio offers a mix of both worlds and provides a space for smokers to enjoy. Ekko truly has something for everyone, and even the food is pretty decent. Im a big fan of the catfish and greens. However, I wish there was an option to remove the pork from the greens, as it s not for everyone. The macaroni could also use a bit of improvement, but it s not terrible. They occasionally have a live band, and the DJs on all levels always keep the music on point. Plus, they offer hookah, which is a nice touch. Overall, the atmosphere and aesthetic of Ekko are wonderful even the bathrooms are well-maintained, which shows they take pride in their establishment. It s refreshing to find a mature lounge like this, especially when so many other places in the area are inconsistent with their service. As someone in their 30s, it s great to have a reliable spot to unwind and enjoy a chill evening. I really hope Ekko continues to keep up the good work and maintains its welcoming vibe. It s nice to go somewhere that doesn t make you feel like just another number. Keep it up!

This place was decent up until I was harassed in the sports bar side by a drunk parson. Cool I don t mind sending no one on their way, but then my hookah snatched up while I m smoking because the fire marshal was there no warning nothing. Again cool. The icing on the cake was leaving out and having the ladies at the door make an inside joke mocking and picking as I m leaving. Like ma am what s the issue? Too grown to act like little girls. Overall crowd mixy vibe mixy nothing you d get dressed up for.

Service here is AWFUL!... Especially if you come with a group of ladies, like I did! The waitress was not helpful and had an attitude whenever we needed her for something. There was hair in LITERALLY every bite of food I ordered, and they had the nerve to give me the run-around after I asked for a refund. Finally after management came to refund my money it was NEVER refunded to my card, so she either lied about that or refunded the wrong ticket. The atmosphere was cool and I still had fun with my girls, but we all decided we wont be back. Beware if you go with a good looking group of girls. It took about 30 minutes for the waitress to even come to our tables, and that was BEFORE the crowd came it. It wasnt busy at all, so there really was no excuse. If you have a problem serving other women, find another job!

An entire week later and no phone call, no email, no apology from Ekko Lounge after the way they handled me and my guest for my birthday party last week! They reserved my party for 6pm but didnt let us in until 7pm! They didnt have a place set up for me and my guest! They were very rude and had very bad attitudes! They dont ever answer the phone, return calls, respond to texts or reply to emails in a timely fashion! Instead of telling the entire story I will say this, the same way I gathered my guests and went elsewhere, is the same way I will continue to go somewhere else! The atmosphere/vibe was ok. The waitress was ok. The catfish nuggets were EXCELLENT!!! The bust boys took drinks & food prematurely. One of them also took a vape off of the table. After multiple inquiries regarding the missing vape, no one seemed to be concerned with, management was requested. Shockingly (not shockingly), the vape resurfaced. Thankfully I do not live in TX, so I will NEVER have a reason to visit this establishment again. Untrustworthy staff is NEVER ok.

We sat in the food area to have some appetizers before going inside the club. If you like fish, you must try the Salmon bites, it s very tasty. The music in the club was great and we had a lot of fun. The men were charged $20 to enter the club on a Friday night, there was police by the entrance which increased our sense of security.

The guy who sold us the hookah was cool and the bartenders seemed nice but one of them on Friday night June 7th helped herself to a tip when one wasn t left for her. The gratuity was included in the tab, but she still added a tip for herself when one was NOT given. That s called STEALING and whoever checked her receipts at the end of the night should ve caught that but they didn t . Crowd on a Friday night was like 40 and up the music was sub par and the egg rolls were gross.

Go if you like getting ripped off, it started at the valet. We gave 50 dollar bill for 20 dollar valet (at a crappy place like this I was shocked at the price) and the valet said he would give us our change when we came back and he claimed to not know what we were talking about when we came out. Ordered 2 drinks at bar and for two $13 dollar cocktails the bartender gave 64 dollars change on 100 dollars. I was thinking it was his mistake but the next time we ordered 1 drink for 13 dollars and he gave 4 dollars back on 20. It really is a ripoff. If you want to go I suggest giving exact change for everything or arranging your own tip into your payment or else they will force you to pay 20%+ gratuity on everything. We had fun here but it wasn t worth getting ripped off 3 times. We always tip but this was ridiculous. Won t be coming back.

The security guards were friendly but attentive, the server was very informative and active in her area, the DJ/Band was great and the food was amazing like y all have to try the egg rolls. I was there last Saturday and I was talking to a guy at a table. He asked bartender ato get me A shot but his friend said something slick. So I said something back. Then he told a tall skinny kinda black bouncer guy with a hobo hat on that he didnt want me at table. I asked guy who bought me shot if he wanted me at table and he said if his dude didnt then he was going with dude. Like are you homo. So I said ok and the bouncer guy was like lets move from the table. So a girl walked up to me I tell her what happened and I point and flip off the guy from previous maybe petty I get it but I was annoyed. Then the bouncer guy comes back and tells me I have to leave for using my hands as sign language verses touching anyone. I asked for manager Then a black husky guy who always wears a cap came and said basically its up to the bouncer guy. So how are you a manager then? I understand if I touched someone but using my hand to signal is like my mouth I am entitled to that per constitution. I get you can ask ppl to leave but if I said I wont do it anymore why still tell me to leave and call me drunk when I was standing and talking very stable in front of him. As a woman he should show the same respect he would if I was a guy. I left msg for Arthur to call me and Im still waiting. Wont be giving ekko any of my money until Arthur calls me.

The food was Mid. It had flavor but no seasoning. It looks much better than it tastes. My receipt said my charge for dinner and 2 drinks was 81$ and change... I did not leave a tip because a $12+ gratuity was already added. The final amount charged to my card was $85.... These broke ho$ added their own tip. Hello! Im a Dallas local food reviewer with A YouTube channel and Social media. This is my second time coming to this establishment, and I must say that the service and wait staff are incredible. Theyre very organized and quick to serve a drink. I took a look at the drink specials that they had and decided to try a ginger mule. It was very good and well-made. I tried some of my friends egg rolls, they were very hot and well-made as well. I also like the salmon Bites .. They came out very fresh and delicious. Its fun coming here for game days as the environment is very fun and welcoming from the beginning. Its also very convenient for me being that I live right down the street. Parking my car was fine being that they have a very large parking lot. The ladies are dressed beautifully as waitstaff. And their hair and makeup looks great. The ladies also had really great positive attitudes and they were NOT on phones while serving ..... THIS IS HUGE FOR ME! The hookah service is also available and they have a really good selection of flavors to choose from. The womens bathroom : I believe the bathroom could be more maintained through a busy Saturday crowd that is watching sports. I found that they were out of paper towels on my last visit. I found loose hair, paper towels / toilet paper on the ground. And I believe the floor could be mopped a little better. My overall experience is great here other than the things mentioned above I usually write reviews across Dallas but I have now started a YouTube blog channel under The review queen of Dallas TX ... Its was great my husband and I went for brunch and we had no idea what to expect, but the food was auhhhhhmazing. The breakfast tacos are highly recommended and the biscuits and gravy OMG!!!! The bartender customized my blackberry margarita which made my meal perfect!! I will definitely be back! I cant wait to try something new on the menu! Overall the place was nice and has potential. But the promoter of the Saturday event needs to rethink pricing and strategy. I think it s a bit shady to charge $50 for blocks of time when Saturday brunch (12:00 - 2:30p) was effectively walk-ins. I was not asked about my ticket purchase at all. I originally arrived at 12p but left and came back because I think at that time only the staff was there. Came back at 1p and was seated. We enjoyed the food but it was not worth paying for seating for a walk-in establishment. Unless they change that procedure I will not be back. Not worth it!

The main compliment that I want to give this place is that their staff is TOP notch. There was a guy that wouldnt leave from out of my personal space, and one of your staff members was walking by, and I caught his eye. He was very inconspicuously doing a thumbs-up wanting to know if I was ok and I did a slight nod to let him know that I was, but since the young man never walked away your staff member actually stood next to me, which made the young man finally walk away; I have never been so impressed by the actions of a night club employee in my life.

It s pretty good for a nighttime spot or day party spot. The DJ was good and the drinks were great! Nice staff, but they are short staffed, so food was backed up, however the owner/manager/security was complimentary about it. I would go back!

The music was great; ambiance wonderful. Service was as an absolute negative. Drinks were on point once received. We ordered and an hr and half went by before we received our order and it was still not prepared as requested. I m not sure of I ll be back but I do hope others have a better experience. Parking: It was pretty good got there early

Very chill grown vibe. Everyone was friendly from the patrons and staff. I would give the staff a 10. The waitress was extremely attentive. When she would walk away to take care of other customers, another teammate would check to see if we need anything. The whole restaurant worked as a team. Which is very very rare in 2023. Ill definitely revisit. May you business prosper.

The vibe is real nice and the food is good! Im looking forward to coming back soon. I have to get the Henny Glazed Salmon. I suggest you get the platter with the catfish nuggets. It elevates the taste when its dipped in the raspberry sauce.

There was some type of high school reunion/event in the lounge which was never mentioned on their ig page. There was one bartender and one server. When we went to sit down she never came over to take our order we had to go back to the bar to order our drinks which resulted in us missing happy hour. Instead of the staff standing around twerking they should be taking orders. Lastly, the hookah person pressured us into signing our tab immediately. Customer service here needs to be retaught as this is a new establishment I would hate to see fail.

We decided to support this new business after throwing around our usual options! Why not!? Upon arrival, I noticed most of the table tops had reserved placards on them. I proceed to the bar to inquire if I could seat myself, as there were no seats at the bar. The lady behind bar advised as long as its not reserved, youre good. Time stamp: 6pm. Around 8:30, were asked to get up because someone paid $50 to sit where we were sitting. Confused at the request and considering weve spent over $200 at this point....we were a lil perturbed. Our waitress (who is not to blame) tried to get us another seating option. As we left our seats, Im assuming there was a mix up. Because once we left our table...other patrons were being seated at our new seating option. The manager, recognizing the situation, advised us to return, with our drinks/food in hand, to our original table. We resume our night. From 9pm until 10:45, we had 5 different staff members come to our table and tell us we need to move. Each time we requested the manager because, well, the manager told us to return to that table. At this point, weve spent well over $300...now another manager comes over to explain why we need to get up because someone paid $50 for the table. At this time, the person that paid the $50 comes over to see what the issue was because she paid This same person was at the venue at 6pm having dinner during the same time we were. Rather interesting. I even explained this to the manager. How could someone, who was sitting next to us, all of sudden, be entitled to our seats? Their only answer was...they paid $50 for the table and they have 6 ppl (we had 4) and the table sat 6. Grand opening, grand closing! Lets see if this type of service has any longevity!

I was recently here for the first time. The catfish and Mac and cheese was EVERYTHING! The chicken wings were also very very good. The atmosphere was a vibe and the DJ jammed the whole time! 5 stars for sure

There is no open seating in the lounge so if you want to do hookah you either have to pay for a section or sit outside. The outside seating would be cool if you could still enjoy the music. The wine was good but the mixed shot I got was not even close to what I ordered and it was gross. And just a heads-up: the gratuity is already included in the bill which I didnt realize on the 1st round so I ended up double tipping.

3 open spaces to enjoy. Sports lounge. Game area. And hookah/club lounge. VIP tables available. Great DJ. Food was great. Enjoyed the Mac & Cheese, squash and onions, steak and cheese egg rolls
