I had super high hopes for my daughter s photo shoot. After seeing their work on social media I decide to book a 30 minute plus an extra backdrop. Unfortunately my two year old fall asleep I soon as we got there, so we had to reschedule, we went back a couple weeks later and it wasn t what I expected at all. Super basic and even though in the rules it says that the parents should stay in the back so she can work, I had to get up and move my two daughters in different poses otherwise all of the photos would have been the same just them sitting in a couch with out smiling whatsoever. She told us the time was over I said thank you was grabbing my stuff and she was gone ! It been almost two months since they send us the photos which we have to choose and buy, we haven t purchase any out of the 90+ photos they send me I only like 2 or 3.. we already spend over $400 I don t think is worth spending more.

Update: Our pregnancy photo session was a lot of fun, but we returned for a newborn photo session and ran into some issues. In short, they sent a text message, I never got it, and the result was that our photo session wasnt ready to go. Since we drove 30+ minutes with a newborn, we werent pleased. From there point of view, I ignored them, from my point of view, they didnt really try to reach me. Either they or I could have done better with communication. I was pretty upset, but everyone remained civil. The situation was very upsetting for my wife, who was very emotional in the way one is after having a baby. They handled the situation very well and refunded us for the baby session. I still think theyre a good business, but Id caution you to confirm your scenes ahead of time. With our session cancelled on short notice, we went to a JC Penney Photo studio and ended up with some great pictures for a fraction of the cost. Ultimately I am glad we did the pregnancy photos with Rock A Snap Baby, but Id hesitate to recommend them after our newborn experience. Original Review: Rock-a-snap baby is a wonderful photography studio for pregnancy pictures. My wife and I found the project fun from booking to delivery of our images. She did feel a little rushed during the fitting session, but overall it was fine. Fantastic pictures, fair pricing, and very focused on getting the pictures you want. Highly recommend!

I scheduled my daughter s 3 year birthday photoshoot here after the stellar recommendation from my sister who had previously used rockasnapbaby. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in we felt taken care of and put at ease. Most places we ve felt rushed especially given the nature of combining childrens pictures with family pictures, but they were patient and understanding. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be back for another session!

I booked a Christmas mini session and it was good. There were two photographers and they were nice and one even let me borrow her wedding ring for the pictures because I left mine at home. The pictures came out great for the most part there were a few pictures where they should have repositioned the kids to avoid casting a shadow or having an arm in the way of another persons face. The pictures that I wasn t in I was able to make the adjustments before the picture was snapped but the ones that I was in it was missed a few times. They could improve with the gallery turnaround times it was more than 1 week to get the gallery back and another week to get edited photos back. Photographers I typically use would have your gallery to you within 24-48hrs max especially holiday photos because the recognize people usually want the pictures to send out holiday cards and the package would include all raw images and only a few edited photos which would take 1week, which, makes sense. They charge $100.0 extra to get the raw images. While the edited images are nice ours require no editing. The sets were great but the snow set the cotton they used as snow was all over our clothes and in our hair. Luckily our pajamas were mostly white so it didn t show up in the photos but if we wore black clothes a lint roller would have been needed while using that set I would suggest using something different for next year. Overall, if I needed photos but wasn t pressed for getting them back I would use them again.

Such a great experience! 10/10 recommend! We did our 1st ever Christmas photo shoot. We did 3 different looks each one was so adorable & unique. Nice, easy, fast and efficient! And the pix were great too! I came with my mom and my three month old for a 30 minute family Christmas session. We were running a little behind bc of weather but they still got us some great pictures, including an outfit change for the little one, in our time slot. My only small gripe was the location, it was a task getting the baby and stuff to the second floor but they are relocating so it s perfect! I plan on doing more family photos here very soon.

Best photoshoot studio and experience! Their sessions are timed, which made me nervous at the beginning but they are totally worth it. My husband doesnt like pictures and the fact that it was timed he was happy about it, but more so after seeing how beautiful our pictures came out! We had a cake smash session for my daughter s one year birthday. This was her first photoshoot so she was a bit frightened and clingy to mama. The photographer was so patient and understanding she also shared a tip she learned from another mom about using snacks to help baby stand in place long enough to get a shot. This worked like a charm! We were skeptical of how the photos would come out being that my daughter wouldn t cooperate that well but the photos were absolutely stunning! Our sons 1st bday photos. We chose Rock a Snap because of their awesome backgrounds! Some companies wanted to charge $$$$ for plain white backgrounds, uh no we could do that at home. Rock a Snap had a variety of fun backgrounds, 1 matched our nursery bear-theme perfect. Sapphire (photographer) was so kind and made my son laugh even tho he wasnt in a great mood. If I could give 0 stars I would! First of all I informed the company I was going to be 5 minutes late I live in Arlington so it was a 40 minute drive I left early but there was a wreck, when I got there it was one girl who look my age (20) taking the pictures. If I knew a professional wasn t going to be taking my pictures I would ve use the photoshoot money for a nice camera and done it myself! When I got there she said we only have 10 mins left and so we rushed into it which I only booked a 20 min session but glad I didn t pay a penny more because she didn t even do anything to make my baby smile or anything . Not to mention when they sent me the confirmation they put 9pm on it so what if I showed up then? Honestly a waste of time, didn t even get ONE GOOD PICTURE OF MY KID SMILING

Leading up to the day we collaborated on hair and make up looks that suited my personality.
