Sam is great and a true professional who is extremely patient and has a great attitude. He did a great job with my corporate headshot. It was all done in 10-15 minutes. Couldn t be more pleased. He took extra time with me to make sure I was happy with the photos.

I came in with a few different shirts and jackets for a headshot. Sam not only helped me pick out an excellent clothing combination, but also steamed my shirt to get rid of some wrinkles. He went above and beyond to give me a great experience.

I decided to take your class after owning a DSL-R camera for about 5 years. I have watched tutorial after tutorial on line and read tons of how to books and still could not figure out how to use this darn camera. You did such an excellent job breaking it down in a way I could understand. You are extremely knowledgable but made it fun to learn. Thank you so much . I enjoyed your class.

Great Class! Sam used examples to show what he was teaching. He had a cheat sheet that further illustrated the point. Then he had you go out and take the pictures yourself. Basically he took you from start to finish in a 4 hour class that was entertaining and informative. I wish he had a more advanced class as well.,

Crazy as it sounds, I have waited many, many years to take a photography class. It has always been a childhood interest of mine but I just never got around to it until recently. I signed up for this class via Groupon and eagerly waited about 5 weeks for the date to arrive. Popularity of the class dictated that I attend in August as Julys roster was full. From the first moment I stepped into Sams studio, I felt at ease. Sam is very polite and approachable. He kicked off the class in a very relatable way stating that it didnt matter what equipment one used, essentially any camera will work just fine. And that there are no absolutes with camera settings. The outcome is based on personal preference and what you are trying to achieve with the image. That made me feel comfortable as having received my Nikon D3300 as a Christmas gift, I was pretty intimidated by all the switches and settings. I have viewed many online cheat sheets for photography and was left confused and frankly, overwhelmed. Sams approach to explaining the basics was easy to understand and easy to retain. During the class, Sam also allowed time for field work where he excused the class to go outside and photograph certain objects with various camera settings. This showed me how the different settings actually worked! When we returned, he delivered a segment on post photography work and some quick basics of lightroom.., resulting in a well-rounded beginner photography class. You know its a great class when one leaves feeling very satisfied, and wanting for more! I would recommend this class without hesitation and am ready to sign up for the next class. Five stars ALL THE WAY. Thank you Sam.

We had business headshots for our company executives done through Beaux Arts Photography. On location shoots or in studio photographs are professionally done. Touch ups - retouched photos made us all look good! I even had my daughters senior photos done there and the senior announcements were beautiful! They designed them for us and made everything so easy!

You cannot find a better photographer than Sam! He recently did my business headshot and I am beyond pleased with how it came out. Sam believes that every photo tells a story, so prior to shooting he asked me some questions to make me think about who my audience would be and how I wanted to come across in the photo. He really took the time to bring out the essence of me. I highly recommend Sam! He is a true professional who takes his work seriously while putting his clients at ease.

I did the photography workshop offered by living social, & this class was the best. Sam is such an awesome person who is very patient & dedicated to teaching this class. You can definitely tell he has a lot of passion for photography. His level of expertise is beyond amazing, hes very helpful & knowledgeable to answer any of your photography questions. I really enjoyed this class because it was very thorough & you get direct hands on training to apply what you learned. I now have a more detailed understanding in digital photography & am very thrilled to learn more about it. I will definitely return to any further workshops that Sam offers, youre the best!!!! I highly recommend that anyone with the interest of digital photography take this class/workshop, it will take your work to a whole other level.

Loved the class, the instructors personality, and the location. When I bought this class on Groupon I didnt expect much, but was extremely satisfied with what was offered. Sam is very knowledgeable and fun to listen to. Loved fact that he teaches the class at his own studio not a random conformance room. I have to say this is one of the best photography classes I ever attended.

Great! I needed business headshots quickly, but did not want the old stand by- Sam was amazing to work with and even fit in my wardrobe change requests. We looked, edited, chose and designed the shots right there... He put me at ease (I was a little nervous modeling) and we had a really fun time...which made the photos even better. Sam is a genious, an artist, a professional and a real joy to work with. Best headshots ever

Sam replied promptly to my request for a professional headshot that captured the unique nature of my business, and upon our photo shoot, seemed to have a definite understanding of what I was looking for. He worked hard to and succeeded in finding the perfect spot and shot, providing me with a fantastic photo that absolutely represents my work. All the while, he made me feel comfortable and at ease behind the camera, a place far out of my comfort zone. Id most definitely recommend Sam, and will use him as a photographer in the future.

I recently participated in Sams photography class and enjoyed every minute of it. Sam was extremely polite and you can tell that he has a love for what he does. A lot of information to cover in 4 hours, but his explanations and jokes intermingled throughout made it go by fast. Really liked the outdoor assignment where we got to practice what we learned. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the auto setting on their camera.

Attended photography class done by Sam here. Excellent class. Good for anyone who has an SLR camera. Ive been taking pictures for a long time and have done some other training and I will say that this is the best, most productive class Ive done. Being able to have a practice session with the teacher present was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this class.

I recently took the photography class. I can say hes a very talented photographer, and great teacher. The hours passed so quickly mostly because hes SO Funny! I laughed so hard all the while I was learning. He patiently answered my questions and helped me understand my camera as much as the class topics. Its hard to manage what seemed like 25 people with different cameras but he made it look easy. I cant say thank you enough for not feeling stupid when it comes to my camera or understanding how and what it takes to take/make great pictures of those I love!

I enjoyed my 4 hour class/workshop with Sam very much. Sam was very good at teaching the beginning skills of photography. His class was very professional and well planned use of time that packed a lot of information as well as a time to go out an practice what we had learned. He joined everyone outside as we wandered around with our assignment sheet taking photos and was great answering questions regarding our cameras. My photos from this past weekends Kite Festival in Austin were amazing. My friends, family and myself see the improvement already. Thank you Sam for sharing your knowledge and offering a well planned informative class!

I recently had the pleasure of taking a photography class under Sam Anises tutelage. Sam is not only passionate and knowledgeable about photography but he has the rare gift of conveying this passion and knowledge to his students in a manner that is easy to understand and enjoyable. As a novice to the world of photography, I learned much more in his 4 hour class than I probably would have on my own with a book. He is patient, down to earth, and easily approachable.
