We were subjected to CT scans,that exposes our bodies to radiation .Did our scheduled therapy and we never did get anything from them.i will only trust God next time ,its hard to give trust to anybody nowadays much more if they are pretending they will protect you . These guys are awesome! After I was injured I only had to contact them and they took care of absolutely everything. These are straight up hired assassins on the insurance companies. They estimated I would walk away with a certain amount and when all was said and done it was double that amount. They know exactly what to do and go straight for the juggler. I almost want to get hit by a car again. Just kidding, but these are the only guys to call in my opinion. Absolute professionals. They are specialist against Progressive and Progressive is one of the toughest to collect from. Progressive didn t call me once and paid almost immediately. So my experience with this law firm started out with a very frustrating first phone call on my part not theirs I had just been in a car accident and then to the emergency room and then to a private physician that told me that I had to pay upfront for my surgery upon more information that the law firm gave me I ended up going to our city hospital here in Dallas where they decided that I had three fractures in my foot and needed surgery as soon as my foot would stop swelling so at that time I had to wait a month in order to get my surgery so already lots of pain and frustration however my coordinator Emily was wonderful and helped me through everything the step-by-step process with Stewart J . Guss law firm is amazing they-outline everything upfront so you know whats going on and they keep in touch with you every step of the way they treat you like family so in my humble opinion this is the best law firm to go to. I was rear-ended in dec at a traffic light in Burleson. Not ever being in situation like this. So I called Stewart Guss and rest is history. Friendly upbeat staff even if you call multiple times in 1 day they tend to everything making the process less stressful as can be. With rehab 3 times a week and dr visits twice a week and not being able to work turned life upside down quickly. So I weighed heavily on gusss team (mainly Ginger) by the end of it I felt like I knew ginger for years. But really its been only months.
