Its crazy that after 10 months of working with this firm, I never once talk to the lawyer on my case. 10 months of asking to talk to the lawyer that I have hired to work on my case but her team keeps on giving me excuses and runs around that Im starting to wonder whats really going on with my case. Making me feel discriminated against and misrepresented at the same time to the point that Im thinking about contacting the Texas bar associations. Some of my calls are transfer to someone that hangs up after I said my name. Like whats really going on? Should I contact the Texas bar associations to get it resolved like I need to know. This Lawyer is a scammer, out of 30k they didn t even pay no chiropractor or my imaging specialist but only give me 2 thousand so what happened to the rest of the money

A one star is too much to give, I was rear-ended back in 2019, I only learned that my case was closed by the insurance through a letter with the settlement amount, October 2023, ever since Im getting the run around, Ive never heard of anyone insured in an accident and the insurance cut a check, but wont pay medical bills, however they took 90% of the check between the lawyer fees and the medical, then Rodrick said he dropped off the cheque @ the mailing service, I asked for a tracking number back in November, he said to call the office, when I called the office, they said they will need to call Rodrick, its now January 2nd and no one is still able to find Rodrick or my cheque, I would never recommend this firm to anyone!

They hire anybody here just based on whether or not their family member/fake mother-in- law or friend recommended them. As a result of this unprofessionalism, there are a lot of under qualified people working there who do not know what they are doing and are very rude and incredibly ghettoriffic. I also found out they once hired a woman with theft on her record.

It is also hard to put into words the amount of respect I have for Dorothy and her team. They are genuine, hardworking people who care about their clients. Her associate Ms Erlena forgot my DP in the contract agreement so I wasnt even being represented for that. I didnt find out until 3 months later. I dropped the company asap. Fiduciary never once in 2.5 yrs. called to speak w/me nor did anyone from the office contact to give updates or offer any consolation whatsoever. In fact the fiduciary didnt/couldnt even recognize my alias after TWO YEARS & 6 MONTHS. Settlement was far better for them than for me. To say they had a year to work on my case, no one has attained a video footage of the accident to verify that I was not in the wrong because the other party is denying the claim due to no cooperation of their client, which is absurd. Especially when there is a police report and several eye witnesses. Then for a representative to tell me they are back up due to my accident taking place in the beginning of COVID-19 so I would experience the same results with another company with the case being delayed, I highly doubt it. I pray I never have another accident because I WILL NOT USE THEM AT ALL. How come with all these awesome reviews. Everyone has been updated and so up to date on their cases but I m not really seeing the same results just saying. I m so in the dark it seems every time I call I talk with someone new. As far as getting to talk with the actual attorney. I never have. I see reviews of folks saying that they constantly get updates and calls about caring. I would love to see this myself. I know I m not the only client. I get that but my case is important to me. I was also told I could not go to the office. I just wanted to feel like I was cared about. And kept in the loop. So I really don t know what to say. My mother also has a case and getting the same results. Litigation does take time. I understand that. But I get nothing. Feel like giving up. The doctor says nothing they can do. But the other says I m really injured. And I do feel the intense pain. Don t want to change attorneys again but it seems I get no answers for anything. And wow today they called and dropped my case after sending me to several surgical procedures. Knowing I m injured and need care. It seems a illegal traffic citation they are I ll equipped to fight. That is indeed illegal and if they would go inspect the location they would find the citation is a impossibly. Would not recommend wasting time here. What a severe disappointment.

In May of 2019 I was riding my mountain bike away from Fort Worth on Rosedale. I was riding with traffic along the side of the street. A was alerted by a Fort Worth Police Officer who advised me not to ride on the street, told to get off the street and ride on the sidewalk. I immediately got on the sidewalk. I was riding downhill. Right before 600 Rosedale as I was starting to go underneath a railroad overpass before I realized what happened I and my bike went down and I landed hard on my right side slamming my right elbow into the concrete. I was embarrassed and I got up and looked around. The water, green, slimy and nasty smelling. I followed the origin of the running water and it was coming down from a hill and from underground. There were huge ruts in the ground going up the hill. A representative for the law office of Dorothy Hyde came to my house and had me sign papers hiring her office to represent me in the injury case. On about 2 weeks ago , 3 months before the 2 year dead line is due reguarding the statue of limitation expiration. I received a phone call and 2 days later from the Dorothy Hyde Law Firm saying that she would be withdrawing from representing me in this personal injury case. Stating that the city of Fort Worth is denying the accident happened and that the City of Fort Worth has Government Immunity. I am not Happy with Dorothy Hyde due to her failing to represent me in the manner she agreed to and as she so adamantly advertises. BEWARE IF YOU HIRE HER.!!

I spoke to Roderick (legal assistant) about my situation and how to handle it. I needed to sue due to a hit and run car accident I was involved in by another behalf. He advised me how to pursue a legal case however he stated the attorneys office were not taking any new cases despite the corona pandemic but he assured me the correct route to go on how to handle my case. At this point I was left to pay out of my own pocket for the damages that the insurance had already paid for she took 500.00 out of the repair insurance money Wich now I have to pay out of pocket for! Her staff really doesn t know what they are doing they are rude say they will get back with me and still have not heard anything from them! I Still haven t received my insurance claim check to fix my car Wich has been a 2 weeks and we ll the rental that I did have has been returned so now I m with out a car. With my car still in the shop and have to pay out of my own pocket for the repairs of my vehicle That I had no idea I had for to pay for I definitely won t do business with them again!

I hired Dorothy and her team to handle a car accident for me and my daughter. 04Feb219 I never once spoke to her personally it was always her puppet informing me Attonery Hyde is working diligently trying to get you a top offer in the beginning her office would send me inspirational quotes and post cards, never a call from the attorney I hired ! Then the post cards stop, they started randomly sending text asking for pics of my car and any additional information I had. I would respond then nothing I would call and ask to speak with her and was told Mrs.Hyde is in court and to send her an email to a yahoo address which I did wow go figure no response. I look on google Mrs. Hyde response to complaints and reviews. Go look!!! A year and some months in they have top offer from Geico informed me 2 checks have been mailed to her a month ago and she is calling me to come to her office to pick it up. Then another text to send copies of my daughters birth certificate and ID wow its been over a year I swear I provided this to them before. Go to her office. They tell me to meet them in the lobby ok so I the client is going to meet you the rep in the lobby. Ok you was paid 40% and a 450.00 retainer fee and I cant come to your office. You will issue me a check in the lobby. How rude and unprofessional never have I heard from this attonery and she isnt willing to allow her clients to come into her office. What a joke and a waste. I wouldnt recommend anyone with feelings and a sense of self worth and dignity to hire her staff.

this law office has two cases one with the police report one that did not need a police report had full coverage insurance on the party at fault and did nothing with my cases because my praise belongs to Yahweh Almighty they are prejudiced against the Hebrew and Jewish people. Again its prejudice the insurance company of my mother vehicle has a recorded statement where the personal foul is lyingthat was not review by you you never got in touch with them to review that recorded statement had you you would know that the person lie to them which is why they denied them the ability to receive payment through my mothers insurance company ask for her insurance company thats who you would need to reach out to for vehicles and damages on my behalf not my own you have not done a good job on this case blessings of Yahweh are always with me in spirit and in truth

Shame, shame, shame, shameless (I truly wish my family attorney hadnt passed away. I wish she hadnt passed. She handled may case in less than 6 months. Now Dorothy is another sorrid story. She loves to send out theses cards with prayers, how God is good n great! This woman is only interested in how much money goes in her pocket; not your only Hers. These prayer cards are nothing more sucking up to your religious beliefs. I dont want to know about your beliefs. I just want an attorney that does their job and gets it done. My accident happened Nov. 15th 2017 and after getting all the photos, ins. Info. Her rep. call me Jan 2019 to tell me that she was dropping my case because she couldnt win or settle it to her satisfaction. In addition to the previous, I had to settle the property damage myself. She sent me to 3 doctors MRI- 3 OR 4 MRIS AND X-RAYS AT PAIN AND REHAB CTR. BACK DOCTOR. Never received meds, had to use VA PHARMACY AND VA PRIMARY CARE. NOW I AM GETTING CALLS FROM THE DOCTORS SHE SENT ME TO. YEA THATS RIGHT CALLS FOR DR. PAYMENTS. I CAN GUARENTEE YOU THE BILLS COME TO @$10K. YOU WILL NEVER TALK TO HER JUST, her so-called assistants. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! I have requested my records and have not received them this is March 3 months and still no records. I truly believe she has someone writing her reviews. This woman is no barracuda, more so a bottom feeder lower than the lowest. My rating for her is -5. Take a look in the mirror instead of sending out cards with photos of you and your daughter taking vacations around the world on your settlements. Now I think I will publish all the cards and notes that were sent. Social media should enjoy these.

Wow. I am surprised and happy to see so many positive reviews. I am saddened that my experience has not been the same. I never received any updates on my case. I received phone calls, one asking me the name of my medical proverider, one asking me about ME obtaining records from my medical provider and another asking me for the number of my medical provider(I provided ALL of this information when I met with their representative initially). I was notified my case had settled from a letter received from the at fault driver s insurance company. I am now being told I have to wait six weeks for my portion of the settlement because of their Accounting practices. I have learned it is a waste of time to call Dominique because she is not receiving the messages or consciously choosing to not respond.

Wow I read most of the negative reviews and they are all similar to my experience with this office ... you will Never talk to Dorothy Hyde and to top it all your case manager changes oh but they never call you and introduce themselves as you new case manager you have to call and find out on your own...They can never remember your name .you leave a message with receptionist for a call back !
