I recently seen an article posted by Grossman Law about a Scott Peterson that was killed in a car accident. My brother has that name and lives in the area of the accident. My brother and I haven t talked in a few years due to personal reasons. I left a message, as my heart fell, trying to see more information of the person killed. Immediately I got a message back from Patrick, and he informed me that he would do his best to get me answers. The next day he let me know that this person was not my brother as the age was much different. Patrick was extremely caring and got me answers fast even though they were dealing with storms and trying days of their own. Thank you Patrick you saved me prolonged stress. This law firm is predatory to families experiencing fresh grief. My sister lost her ex husband A MONTH AGO in a single car car accident, and they felt it appropriate to seek out our business by hunting through public records and sending a video box and a letter to our home, and God knows his other addresses of public records including his father, letting us know that if he was over served alcohol we can sue the bar that provided the drinks. Even if he had been drinking, which he wasnt, this was a disgusting, predatory action to take to try to seek business from a FRESH GRIEVING family. Shame on this law firm. How disgusting.

Extremely exploitative and callous ambulance chaser using a non factual headline of my fathers death (less than 2 months ago) in his blog. This site is just an opportunistic collection of auto related injuries and deaths with victims names prominently displayed to stir up business. I originally posted about receiving a brochure for someone I dont connect with anymore. After a phone conversation with an assistant that didnt go very well I gave Grossman Law one star. As it turned out Mr. Grossman was out of the office on the day I called but he called me immediately once he found my review. I told him I would take it down (voluntarily, he never asked) but I wanted everyone to know how good the people of this firm are. Mr. Grossman called to apologize and answer any questions I had and he was very kind and professional about it. I have not used him for any legal issues but I can definitely say that if I needed to I would call this firm first. I have used this firm for two separate cases and they did a great job on both. I work in construction. I had a bad shoulder injury because of a pneumatic lift that had a hydraulic blowout. I was scared Id get stuck with a bunch of bills and wouldnt be able to work again. Mr. Grossman helped me get the medical my employer didnt want to pay for. Plus he got me a good settlement for my pain and suffering. The second case my wife was rear ended by a dump truck with busted brakes. The wreck total our Suburban so you can see how hard a hit it was. My wife got hurt bad. I called Mr. Grossman and he actually drove out to the scene and did a interview with the truck driver. The driver admitted he caused the wreck. Mr. Grossman got it on tape. Im so happy he did cuz the truck driver later tried to say that the wreck was my wifes fault. Mr. Grossman got my wife a considerable amount of money. I would recommend Mike Grossman to anyone who needs a good lawyer.

My brother was fatally injured after being hit by one car and literally ran over by the second driver.
