This law firm is professional as they come in my opinion. They are straight forward about all the information needed to get you taken care of. First time needing representation? Hired the firm for a patent application and trademark. Got the trademark allowed right away. Eldredge is working with the examiner to get the patent allowed. Eldredge always responds to emails and text messages. Love having an attorney that is prompt and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I m in NYC but it s been real easy to deal with Richard, Beth and others at his firm without actually visiting in person. They have been very responsive and listen carefully to what I want and need. I got a utility patent pending very quickly and am still working on a design patent with Richard. Highly recommend this firm for all your patent and IP needs.

Mr. Eldredge is a skilled professional attorney and Mechanical Engineer. These are two areas that one should look for when selecting an attorney to write a patent application. The patent search was conducted at no cost. The turnaround was around 2 weeks. The firm also does trademark searches and trademark applications. Mr. Eldredge is a great Dallas Patent Attorney. Highly recommend these guys to anyone trying to file a patent application or trademark.

We have been working with this firm for over a couple of years filing trademarks and patent application. The firm is very knowledgeable about both patent and trademark law. There are no hidden fees with these guys. We have now earned 2 patents and a trademark. Highly recommend.
