Veggie burger is sour with not enough wholesome umami experience, too sour. The french fries have an outrageous amount of salt. We can add our own salt. No need to oversalt in the kitchen. I ate some of this $20 meal and wanted to save the rest for later and I threw it out. Wasn t worth saving. Costly place for not great food. The ppl seem nice.

We eat here pretty often. But we came on a Sunday this time to see their brunch offerings, I had the lemon poppy seed pancakes with turkey sausage and 10/10 loved it!! Cooked well, flavor was wonderful, and the atmosphere is beautiful. He has the chicken tacos every time(which we also love consistently). We love Bella Green. This location has excellent staff and very attentive greeters. It s always always packed when we re in there!!

We have always enjoyed coming here but today was a very poor experience. The fruit that came with our order was old and looked inedible. We ordered a waffle for our daughter and it came out cold and looked like it is not make fresh. The pancakes were also undercooked. I know that the restaurant was packed and was very busy and the staff was trying to do everything to make it a pleasant experience. However the food was not good and they must look into the quality and how it is cooked as we would not have expected premade waffles to be served.

This is our fourth time visiting this restaurant. It remains a favorite. Only gave 4 stars for food as there Coke machine was out of order and limited our drink options to our dismay. But our food was fresh and delicious. Service only received 4 stars as the womens restroom door was filthy with hand prints on both sides of the door. Gross. I notified management. Hopefully they will be more attentive to cleanliness in this area. Still highly recommend.

The atmosphere and customer service is great here. But man the food. I dunno, got the spaghetti squash bolognese. And its just absolutely salty. Just like no other seasonings. And the squash pasta doesnt seem like they cooked it in with the sauce. True Kitchen Foods has a version of this exact dish. Well better executed. My only complaint was the food wasnt as good as I expected it to be. But overall good customer service experience. Staff is very helpful when it comes to food allergies. Go here when you got folks visiting from some Midwestern state known for bland pallette.

The manager Blake was very helpful at the Dallas Location in helping me to pick some Summer favorites: The Mango Gazpacho is absolutely delicious especially on these dog days of summer, another favorite is the roasted sweet potato, with mango and wild rice, the sweet and tangy flavors really complement each other and you can t go wrong with the hamburger, have it your way! Go to the Plano location, not the Dallas Walnut Hill Lane location. There is a huge drop-off in customer service between the Plano location and the Dallas location. In Plano, everyone is well-trained and knows the menu well, and they come by your table and ask how the food is and actually serve you well. I ve never had Plano bring the wrong food, and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. At Dallas Walnut Hill, the cashier barely spoke English, and had to ask the manager several times about the menu and how to type the order into the computer. Then they got the order wrong and brought toast when I specifically asked for no toast. The manager looks like a young boy, and just shrugged when I explained I asked for no toast. When I reminded him I was waiting on the tomato soup, he abruptly just blurted out it s coming . No apology, no niceties. I know waiting tables is stressful, but the Dallas location needs someone from Plano to train their cashiers and manager, because Dallas location gives the service of a cheap fast food restaurant. For a $50 sit-down meal, Dallas can do better.

Congratulations, you guys have officially made refusing to tip before service my new standard. It will NEVER happen again. My husbands burger came out 20 minutes before my tofu salad. When I asked about it, the girl (who had also taken a long time to come over and ring us up in the first place) was like were really busy. So I followed up with hes almost done with his burger and I havent even gotten mine yet. At which point she just rolled her eyes, shrugged and said I dont know what to tell you, were busy and backed up. I get that, I really do. HOWEVER it doesnt excuse customer service. Even just saying it has been a while, let me go check on that for you--whether she did or didnt--wouldve gone a long way towards me being patient vs leaving this review. To follow it up, when a (different) girl finally brought out my salad, she thunked it down and stalked off without a word. Guess they werent too busy to talk about me behind the scenes. Probably even spit in my food, but I was so hungry at that point, I dont even care. There also arent any soft furnishings to absorb sound so its almost impossible to carry on a normal conversation. This is a bit long, but an honest review. I was absolutely floored and a bit disgusted with the absurdity that I witnessed from the managers. I had to come here twice in the last 2 days for client lunches, and on both occasions, I was taken aback at what I saw and heard. Yesterday, a Doordash driver pulled into a walkway ramp meant for wheelchairs and parked on the sidewalk. We were eating at the outside patio area, right in front of that ramp. We thought nothing of it at first. The next thing we see and hear are a few security officers speaking with the driver. Apparently, it wasnt the first time this guy did this. Clearly, security understood how serious this was and attempted to explain to the Doordash driver that hes banned. The next thing we see is the manager of Bella Green running out, interrupting one of the security officers, accusing him of inhumane treatment. It gets better. The manager spent the entire time lambasting the officers for literally nothing. Virtue signaling, making security feel like theyve done something morally disgusting. Youd think the manager would understand the seriousness of the situation. We all looked at each other and wondered why he cared more about the feelings of a reckless driver than the fact that at least a dozen patrons sitting outside could have been injured or killed. The security officers even apologized to the manager. You could see they were nervous and dumbfounded by the whole incident. Ultimately, the manager walked back in, and security was able to remove the driver. Priorities, anyone? Today, we ate inside. My party wanted to go outside but after I told them what had happened, we agreed its safer to eat inside. A homeless woman entered the restaurant and casually walked towards the bathroom. We looked at the manager (the same man who lectured security) to see what he would do, and guess what! He waved his hand at staff like its ok. Dont worry about her. She spent 30 minutes in the restroom, and none of us felt comfortable going inside. Security stood outside the restaurant and never entered. Bella Green never called them. Finally, the police arrived and removed her from the property after she exited the restaurant. After we ate, I walked up to one of the security officers and asked why they didnt they attempt to remove her.. What he told me made my jaw drop. This woman is a regular. Security had made attempts to remove her before, but the same manager would tell them to leave her alone. That the tenants have rights, and if they choose to facilitate the homeless, theres nothing security could do. I really dont understand how any of this is appropriate and why this manager does what he does. I work across the street and visit the Hill Shopping Center almost daily. Security is tight, always polite, and constantly driving around, and over the last couple of months, the entire center feels much safer. Im not sure if its a new company but it wasnt like this last year. One thing is for sure, we wont be coming back to Bella Green. The food isnt bad, but they have their priorities all screwed up, and I think its just unsafe. I felt so bad for one of the officers. His face said it all. Honestly, if I was security that day, Id probably lose my sh.. if he accused me of inhumane treatment of another person. Especially when it was obviously clear that security acted very appropriate. Kudos to the security team for keeping their composer. Shame on Bella Green for treating others like absolute garbage, especially the guys who protect their establishment. Well be doing all our meetings at Doce Mesas from now on.

I m not a huge fan of pasta but the seasonal pasta with arugula and prawns was delicious. The prawns were big and so juicy. I also had the cauliflower buffalo chicken. I hate cauliflower but that appetizer was perfection. The desserts here are not great. The carrot cake tasted stale and I couldn t eat it. Every layer tasted freezer burned or like it was left uncovered in a fridge absorbing all the other smells. The bread pudding was way too sickly sweet. I am visiting my brother in Dallas and we were first time customers. We had the best experience from the moment we walked in. The owner/manager was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. He explained the menu and said everything is amazing, which it was! He even took some money off the food and gave us free drinks because it was our first time in. He came to check on us during the meal as well. Felt super taken care of! He was one of the nicest and most hard working guys I have ever met! The other staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Places has pretty good food, nothing that is spectacular. Portion sizes are very small even for a smaller person. To order online you have to make an online membership which is a big turn off for me since I was ordering it for the first time. You cannot order online unless you have a membership. In order to get a rewards you have to load money on your membership.

I had the fist tacos which were fantastic and my daughter had the spicy shrimp pasta, but they weren t howling when they said hers was spicy and the shrimp had the tail on it which made it hard to eat. Im hoping I just came on a bad day (2/24/24) because all other visits have been great. I ordered the pistachio crusted salmon special. They were out of the special but still had salmon(??) so I ordered the Simple Salmon cooked medium. The salmon came out very overcooked, and the fingerling potatoes, carrots and squash underneath were dark, hard and unrecognizable - as if they had sat in a dark liquid and absorbed the color. Silly me - I didnt return it. But this was not a typical meal at bellagreen. I will give them another chance but will shy away from the salmon.

Now for me to come and leave a review, its serious. Im celiac. Plus, allergic to chicken and wheat. There is nothing really I can eat. This is the only place that I can eat and I dont eat often so I would love for the food to be what I enjoy when I do come here. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, I order the same SIMPLE meal and EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess it up. Fish tacos, only Parmisian and Pico de Gallo. How hard is that? Each time I come, they get it wrong in a different way. Either fish and no Pico, fish and no parmesian, this time I ordered a side of green beans. I absolutely love this spot. Wish we had one in San Antonio. Such a huge menu of gluten-free offerings. It was difficult to decide what to order because I wanted to try it all! Our party of 4 enjoyed every plate we ordered along with the shared carrot cake at the end of lunch. I, personally, had the pot pie turnover and ohemgee what a beautiful eating experience. The crust was so flakey and buttery while the innards were perfectly moist but not runny. I could have done without the coleslaw, but I wont hold that against this awesome dish. One of my favorite spots I come back to over and over. The goat cheese salad is the best you can find around. Today s seemed to be a little lighter than usual on the apples and they did forget our side order of sweet potato fries but when I asked for them, made them right quickly. It was a really busy day and even considering that it still was delicious, friendly, and a happy place to have a kid friendly lunch with a friend. Kid-friendliness: Lots of high chairs available l! My friend and I were able to lunch with 3 babies between us. I like the selection of healthy/kid friendly foods. It was pretty loud and had LOTS of people but that s because it was lunch hour and too cold for outside seating. We keep coming back to this spot!

*update - I emailed the email address in your response (to my review) TWICE & no one replied. Hi, so this was our first time going to the Dallas location. I have celiac which is an autoimmune disease and so it s difficult for me to eat at restaurants and bellagreen is hands-down, my favorite restaurant. I live in Plano so I go to the Plano location. It was my birthday yesterday and my family wanted to take me out to lunch and so because they live in Dallas, I suggested going to the Dallas location. I understand it was Valentine s Day, so I am not sure if this is why our experience was the way that it was. We were a very large group and ordered in two separate transactions. Four of the orders were incorrect and were not corrected until the end of our meal. For example, one of the burgers had bacon, and it did not have bacon, the chicken sandwich was actually raw and we asked them to correct this, and it took them over 20 minutes to bring the right order back out, I ordered the Wagyu burger medium and it was Chard. When I asked them to bring me a new one and they did, it also was charred. I am including a picture of the meal because I ended up taking my birthday meal to go and this is the burger this morning. It was not good. I think for sure this will be our last time going to that location and it s really unfortunate. Given the fact that I hyped up the restaurant so much to my family whom had never tried it before and will never be back again after yesterday s experience.
