The rice was overly crispy, and the pita chips were rock hard! definitely not the quality I expected. I asked for a fresh pack of pita, but unfortunately, they forgot about me. I had to remind them at the counter before leaving, and it wasn t even a busy day. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and there s definitely room for improvement.

Without a doubt, CAVA Casa Linda is my favorite location! The food is always fresh, the staff always on point and the store always looks clean and polished, especially behind the line. Unfortunately when I order delivery it defaults to this location. I gave this location two tries but the food was terrible. The rice was not fully cooked and the chicken had so much fat in it. Now I go to the one in Lakewood and its amazing. Its like night and day difference in the food quality. I would rather drive to that location then get delivery from this one.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location.zero customer service. I get served half a spoon of rice portion and told that for the other half of spoon ,it would be extra.I Walk in an I see like 6 of the staff just mingling while the plastic wear and soda section has a big spill and mess all over it which kept me from being able to place my bag anywhere while I poured a beverage which couldve been cleaned up instead of having social hour. It was very obvious the management was very poor and it makes sense as to why these kids displayed a lack of discipline in a job they signed up for. after this experience wont be coming back to any of the CAVA locations. Dont recommend this location for anyone interested in coming here

Horrible customer service. I work 20 minutes away from cava but my staff loves this place so much we make the drive just because the food is that good. This particular time not only was our order wrong the guy forgot to put our pita chips and that is the whole point why we go so we drove back 30 minutes all for the manager to resolve it which he did but to top it all off I grab a sparkling water so I could buy that to drink on my way back and the last ask me are you going to buy that water as IF I was going to steal it because I m black she assumed I wasn t going to pay for it although I m waiting in line to check out so what else am I doing? My office will no longer be going to this franchise, I spent 40 dollars just to get stereotyped and left with wrong orders these two servers are giving cava a very horrible reputation. I ve been going here for years and they definitely just lost me and my staff as customers.

This was my first time coming here. The food is amazing! The customer service is awful. The young lady that helped me looked less than thrilled to be there. I was giving her my order & she was just sort of slinging stuff in the bowl, she acted like she was pissed off because I was there ordering food. I can honestly say the poor customer service is reason enough not to return. By the time I made it to the cash register, I was just ready to pay and get out of there. I regret that I did not get a receipt to even know the young ladys name that helped me. I would really like to contact the store manager and file a complaint.

Food tastes fantastic, one of my favorite places. Service is a little different each time. Sometimes the serving of chicken is 1/3 of a spoon and sometimes it s 1&1/2 spoons. I load up on veg by the register so this only irritates me because of the principle of it. Restaurant is always clean including the tables and restroom. Vegetarian options: I can easily get my vegan/vegetarian friends to join me here for dinner. It appears the veg/non-veg foods are kept separate so nothing is touching.

This location has been great until my last visit. The staff was uninterested and didnt take care putting the food together. The customer in front of me asked for a certain protein which they tried to piece together then told them they were out. They used the same pita bread that was now soaked in the juices from the out of stock meat and continued to make their new selection. Then it came to my bowl which they missed scooping the hummus in and used their finger to scoop the portion that fell off the side back into the bowl.

Cava was a great addition to East Dallas, however, Improvements could be made. I can t tell you how many times I ve had crunchy, dry rice here the ingredients aren t covered and often time the proteins are served cold, not warm as you would expect. The staff seem unengaged and disorganized nor do they communicate very well. Healthy food. Confusing menu. We came here eating after visiting Arboretum. It is located next to this dental office. Lots of parking. Black lentils were delicious, but salty. Pita could be more fresh. Flafel was doughy, rather than crispy. It was made with corn, than chicpea. Friendly atmosphere. Nice modern wooden decoration. Sauce cancget watery. SO happy to have Cava in East Dallas! Fresh food, quick service and awesome staff (shoutout to Perry!). I ll be back! Vegetarian options: So many veggie options! Yum! Parking: Easy access with plenty of parking! Kid-friendliness: Great spot for kids!

Cava is Always awesome. Just not today. From the service provided by the older lady on the shift to the young man burning all the chicken. I basically just ate salad. Even though the chicken was freshly cooked, it was past burned. Today was a no all around.
