Nothing short of outstanding! Shawn and his team have been handling my digital marketing for a little over 3 months and the ROI is continuing to grow. What is unique with LaGrande from other marketing groups is that they do not see me as a number, but rather, as their only client, an accountability partner to me. Their attention to detail on what I do and my interests with growing the practice are also paramount to them. There is certainly no way I could do 1/4 of the tasks they do and still build a practice. We used LaGrande Marketing to rebuild our organizations outdated website and I could not recommend them enough. The entire team was thorough, detail oriented, efficient, kind and easy to work with. They were patient with us as we figured out wording, photos, etc. on our end and were thoughtful to think through the best user experience for our website. The follow through and training has been great and I appreciate that they want to make sure every detail is covered. Our website looks wonderful and we are already seeing more traffic. I had the pleasure of working with the LaGrande Marketing team to undertake a total overhaul and update of the website for the Texas Aggie Bar Association. From the time they submitted a proposal at our invitation, throughout the selection process, and once they were selected they were outstanding to work with on this project. Once we got going on the details we had weekly project meetings with their principals and ours to keep everything on track. The end result was very pleasing to all our leadership and makes an excellent face for our organization, including multiple new features. They finished ahead of schedule and were always courteous, responsive, and encouraging to us. I highly recommend LaGrande if you need a fresh website.
