Jen helped my husband and I find our house in Lake Highlands and sell our old house in the Urban Reserve this year. I selected Jen as our realtor because her previous legal experience makes her an extremely competent and fierce negotiator. As a commercial real estate attorney, I didnt necessarily need to hire a realtor but Jens expertise in the market and legal acumen make her an unbeatable asset to have on your side. What I loved about working with Jen is that she always had a solution or workaround to offer to help move negotiations forward so that we were able to secure the offers we wanted (both on the buyer and seller side) quickly. Jen is very thorough, responsive and diligent; she was always prepared to jump on whatever house we wanted to look out and I really appreciated her critical eye. Jen isnt a realtor just trying to sell you on something. Shes quick to point out potential issues and ask tough questions in order to make sure her clients are protected. Most importantly, Jen is absolutely amazing to work with on the personal side; she is truly thoughtful and caring and became a true friend in the process. Jennifer was amazing to work with! Not only was she incredibly responsive and detail-oriented throughout our home-buying and selling process, but she also went above and beyond when it came to a title issue on our new home. (She went to the Dallas library and did some legal research to ensure our title policy didn t have an exemption related to the set back. Even the title company said they d never had a relator do that before). We are so grateful we worked with Jen and could not recommend her more highly!

After deciding to move to the Dallas area and before speaking to anyone, we didnt think buying a house to move into was in our timeline, which was around a month. Then we spoke to Jennifer and she confidently assured us that was not too far fetched. She referred me to a great local lender that we used. Oh and everything remotely as as we currently resided out of state. We never thought we would purchase a house by video tour, but we crossed that off the list. Jennifer led the way in this new way of house hunting. She walked us through the process step by step. Excellent knowledge of the local, current market, which led us to winning a contract on a house in a very competitive market, as a result meeting our goal of moving into our own place when we move. Im usually not compelled enough to right a review on anything, as most of the time the service received is average. But thats not the case with Jennifer, she strives to live up to her motto, expect more from your realtor. She 100% has your best interest in mind, never felt pressured to go one way or another. Well we did it! Not only am I a first time home buyer but I also bought a house during Covid and the market has been crazy. Jennifer made this process so much easier. We only had to put in two offers and ended up with the house I really wanted. She was extremely fast with getting showings in, knowing how fast houses have been selling and was very communicative. We would highly recommend Jen to our friends and family. First and foremost, she was someone we could trust to tell us the truth and give her honest opinion. As first time home buyers, it was important to have someone who would guide us through the process and look out for us and Jen was exactly that. Even though I m sure we were annoying with all our questions and concerns, Jen was always available to chat and answer questions and never made us feel like we were a burden. We appreciated how she was always responsive, day and night and on weekends. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to guide us through the process. She made sure that everything got done in time which was much more difficult during COVID. Looking for and buying a house can be stressful and overwhelming but Jen definitely made the whole process smoother and more fun and she reminded us to enjoy it. Jen has a lot of expertise in real estate and can give you an honest assessment of a house. She walked around with us and let us know what she thought about the value, any foundation issues, etc. She also is well connected in the industry and knows many people who can help you through the process. My wife and I planned to move, and we started looking for houses by ourselves online. We even went and looked at some homes on our own. But after a while, we enlisted the help of Jennifer Cloud, of Prominus Realty, LLC. And are we glad we did. Jenny is such a super Realtor, it was obvious from the first day, that we had made the right decision. She helped us get our home wants and needs down, and the type of house that we should zero in on. This saved us a lot of time by looking at more suitable properties that matched our criteria. Once we found our dream home , we went through several phases of the entire process, the paperwork, pre-qualifying for a loan, all of which she helped us with. She made it all so easy and basically painless. And she was involved from the get-go, wanting to be copied on any and all emails or correspondence with the lender or seller. And she caught some discrepancies in their paperwork that my wife and I would never have been aware of, until possibly after the fact. One such instance was some wording within a document that should not have been in there. Jenny was able to save us a lot of grief by having it corrected immediately. After this, we NEVER signed anything without her approval. Believe me, you need this type of guidance on such a large transaction as buying a home. Not only is she a Realtor, but she is also an Attorney, who knows Real Estate Law, and Contract Law, and much more. Buying a home through the Covid-19 pandemic was extremely difficult and complicated, but thanks to Jennifer it was completely doable. She is prompt. She s professional. She s knowledgeable and diligent. I hate reading legalese and minute details in contracts and forms, but Jennifer doesn t. She s a BEAST at it. I will undoubtedly recommend her to my friends and family who are looking to purchase a home in the future. Jen helped us buy our first home! We saw the home on 10/13, got preapproval on 10/14, put in offer on 10/15 put in the offer, offer accepted on 10/17, loan approved on 10/24 and closed 11/8. Giddy up!!! Face value, Jen is the real deal. Highly experienced and inspired to turning the page on the next chapter of our life. She was recommended to us by our close friends Megan and Enrique. We are forever grateful for them as well. The seller received multiple offers, with her ideas on increasing the earnest money, letting go of having the seller pay closing costs; having the relationship with Caliber Loans to swiftly move on organizing the loan in 15 days allowed us to stand out. The reason why the seller went with us is because their loan is through Caliber Loans. How serendipitous! Needless to say, her attention to detail and organization skills were imperative to meeting all our task deadlines. Her connections with inspectors, foundation engineer, roofer, electrician, etc. allowed us to save time and make a fair counteroffer. We appreciate her candor and empathy when she advocated for us. In addition to all the good work she s done for us educating, fast-tracking, lining up vendors for quick estimates, being timely, and negotiating she gifted us with this care package. My husband and I were referred to Jennifer by good friends, and we are so happy they did. We were buying our first house, so we had little knowledge about the process. From our first meeting with Jennifer, she explained to us how everything would work and put us at ease. From then on, she was the best resource we could have had. She clearly has a lot of knowledge about the housing market and what to look for in a home and neighborhood. She often pointed out things to us that we would have never considered ourselves. Further, we never felt like she was trying to push us in a direction we did not want to go in. Importantly, client service is her strength, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. All of our questions were answered (almost immediately), and we often deferred to her expertise since we trusted her opinion completely. We often tell everyone that buying a home was our easiest purchase, and that has mostly to do with Jennifers excellent service.
