I had initially reached out to find out if they could help me with appealing an eviction. I also stated, if not, do you know the direction in which I should go, since this is the first time that I ve ever been through this process I left a message and received a call back from Anne, who seemed disgusted that I would even call being in my situation. She was very short and hung up in my face after informing me that they don t help on behalf of the tenant . The words behalf of the tenant came out of her with repulsiveness, as if it made her tongue bitter to even say such a word . I understand that they may not be able to help on behalf of the tenant, however, customer service should always be delivered in a more professional manner. Tread carefully when dealing with people with such behavior and mannerisms.

Ive used Texas Eviction several times and they were great! Got the tenant out without the landlord having to go through the hassle of sending out notices or attending the court date which is always so nerve whacking. So its a lot less stressful for my landlords. Great services and the cost is reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Great experience. Much easier than I expected. Should have let Texas Eviction take care of this much earlier. These experienced lawyers not only won possession but also back rent of $3729.03. If they ever go into the rental management business I would surely use their services. Five stars.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Theyve cost me $1,000s of dollars in delayed response time to do their JOB that they got paid for. Responses were EXTREMELY SLOW and when there is a tenant not paying slow response times are costly! Absolutely HORRIBLE. Run and Run fast

Poor verbal communication skills. They did not provide one piece of documentation to me (their paying client) and I ended up having to get a copy of the judgment myself. I will not use their services again.

I am a new landlord and the team at Texas Eviction, LLC helped me to understand the eviction process. I had tons of questions and they answered them all. In the end, my tenant chose to pay his past due rent and stay. But I am sure that the team there would have helped me all the way through the process if it had gone another way.

Service is terrible. Have to beg them to work for you once you pay of course. Terrible with communication. More of a hassel than the eviction itself!
