Mr. Steve Green managed the probate case for my relative. Unfortunately, there were issues with including the grandchildren as descendants after their parents disclaimed their inheritance, which has made it difficult to sell the home my relative owns. Consequently, half of the proceeds are now set to go to the grandchildren of her deceased husband. Additionally, my relatives personal interactions with Mr. Green have been less than satisfactory, as I found him to be quite rude, impatient, and disrespectful. Given this experience, I would recommend seeking alternative advice and considering other options.

Highly professional and knowledgeable Law Firm. I recently had the opportunity to work with Richardson Koudelka Law Firm on a complex legal matter, and I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise they demonstrated throughout the process. From the initial consultation to the final resolution, working with Steve Green and the lawyers at Richardson Koudelka Law Firm was exceptional. I am grateful for their dedication and commitment to my case. Although no legal process is without its challenges, Richardson Koudelka Law Firm handled them with grace and perseverance. I highly recommend Richardson Koudelka Law Firm to anyone in need of legal services. I am grateful for their expertise and guidance throughout my legal journey.

I m not usually one to write reviews, but in this day and age this one is so necessary. It s so unfortunate that I never got the opportunity to work with this firm, or even speak to an attorney directly before being ran off! I say this because the intake receptionist (I may have missed her name and title, correct me if I m wrong ) that returned my call this morning was very rude, off-putting, and highly unprofessional. I was referred by the Dallas Bar Association, and I had high hopes for my interaction with this firm. I called in this morning for some legal advice that I needed in a crunch. An incident occurred this morning, and I wasn t able to give the situation the attention it deserved due to me preparing for a flight for work in a few hours, as well as other circumstances. So I needed advice on how to handle the situation moving forward. After explaining the situation and my circumstances to the intake receptionist, she began to tell me that she couldn t give me any legal advice because she wasn t an attorney. Ironically that same receptionist decided to overstep her non-attorney boundaries and belittle me in such a demeaning and derogatory way. She criticized me for being able to have time to take a phone call from an attorney for advice, but not being able to deal with my situation fully in its moment. I explained to her initially that my children were in the car during the incident and they needed to go to school, and that I had a flight to catch in a few hours. I told her that I could indeed talk to an attorney before and after travel. Again She belittled me for having time and needing to talk to attorney before Monday while traveling for work, but not being able to see a doctor right away. She showed no empathy for my situation, was completely out of line and was highly unprofessional. Her chilling words in a very derogatory tone after a long 5 second sarcastic pause , So you have time to talk to an attorney while traveling before you return on Monday, but you don t have time to go see a doctor for your injuries? Her tone was nasty and demeaning the whole conversation, and for this I ll gladly take my business elsewhere, because I definitely got the vibe that it wasn t wanted. As a potential client, I m not sure what I did to deserve this level of unprofessionalism. I m already going through a great deal with my situation. Any additional and unwarranted stress is unnecessary at this time. I truly hope this firm can take better care in selecting individuals who are truly professional and empathetic to represent their frontlines.
