Alberto Herrera does nothing and will do nothing for your case. Do not trust him, because he will lie in court even after you confront him he always has a lame excuse for being such a bad lawyer. All he does is take advantage of people who do not know better. He will constantly ask for money even if you pay a retainer. He will never answer your phone calls, because he always has some sort of family emergency. Alberto Herrera does not respond to texts or emails. He will not submit any exhibits you provide or evidence in your case. Basically the worst lawyer ever and your should hire him if you want to lose your case. I would call him a con man who pretends to be a lawyer in order takes advantage of naïve clients who just need legal help.

This Daniel Ramirez is not here, he is in San Antonio and we never saw him. We only saw a certain Celia Rivera who charged us thousands of dollars and we never saw the lawyer. They did not accompany us to the interview with immigration and they denied residency to my parents. Now they are going to have to leave the country and cannot return for 10 years. They never warned us about this and now they dont want to face us. This Celia is on vacation and now it turns out that Daniel Ramirez does not work in Dallas.
