I have no problem with the food, but the staff was not helpful at all. We went to Piada last Wednesday for the all-day-long student discount they are offering. Waited in the line for more than 40 mins. Upon checkout, I forgot to show my student ID, as obviously, EVERYONE on that line was a student. Right after paying and receiving the receipt, I noticed that the discount was not applied to the tab. I asked them and was told that I should have asked them to apply the discount. I told them they were right, but as I just checked out 30 seconds ago, would they please refund what I paid and let me pay the discounted price? They said it was IMPOSSIBLE and they are so BUSY. Although they were BUSY!!!, they had almost 15 minutes to argue with me and refuse my request, but TOO BUSY to spend 1 minute instead and fix this. Terrible staff and service!

This place was so good! Not only was I impressed by the low prices, but the serving size was very hefty, and every component of my pasta bowl was delicious. I really like pasta and in my opinion, its hard to find places that get it right since either the noodles will be too tough, theres not enough sauce, or it lacks flavor in which I have to add a bunch of parmesan to compensate. None of which were issues I had here! I also paid extra for meat, and they did not skimp on that.

Great place to grab food especially for a large family. The regular size is a lot of food even for an adult,so you are definitely getting a good value for your money. The pesto basil was delicious as well as the spaghetti and meatball. The order process was super easy. The staff was nice and the bathroom was clean but out of toilet paper. My only complaint has nothing to do with restaurant itself but instead the shopping center. All the parking close in the lot is paid parking. It forces you to go to the meter machine and pay to park. We would definitely be back but probably just carry out since I refuse to contribute to the parking monopoly that has infested college Station. Vegetarian options: Basically you create the dish and dictate what goes in it. Dietary restrictions: Super easy to avoid foods that cause dietary problems. Parking: Parking here is all paid. Kid-friendliness: My kids loved their food and it even comes in easy to take home bowls with lids.

The menu is very misleading and staffs are not very friendly. We ordered two Piada and none of them is veggie Piada. When I was asked what protein I want, I thought it was included in the food. Also no extra price clearly put on the full protein list. I didnt realize they will charge extra 3-4 dollars on top of Piada price. So if I didnt choose any protein, then all Piada are veggie basically? If so, please state this clearly on the menu. Then I inquire about my order, after I asks about the price, they was like Yeah, thats how it works, whats your confusion?. You cannot assume consumer know your charge rule with such misleading menu.

We did some catering with Piada for an event this past week, and they were so helpful to accommodate our last minute. I need to specifically call out Summer Hatcher for organizing the catering, bringing it in in one load (which is so nice), and not forgetting anything! Shes catered multiple of our events in the past, and she has gone above and beyond what was expected every time; Shes made Piada significantly better than so many other catering services (and we have catered from a lot of different places). Shes been very accommodating and respectful. The staff is kind, and we appreciate how easy it is to cater with Piada. Thank yall.

My husband and I have come here a couple times now and like the food! However I m really frustrated with our last experience here. We had gone on a pretty big hike during the day and just wanted to order some food to pick up when we got back into town so we could relax. We tried to put in and order online and it said the website was down, sent us to a 404 page. We then tried to call in to put in an order for pick up and they immediately told us they don t take phone orders and we d have to come in. We ended up coming in and were told the order would take about 7-10 minutes. We ended up waiting a half hour for our food. What restaurant doesn t take phone orders? ESPECIALLY when their website is down .? Just seems super unprofessional. We could have had our food much quicker had they accepted that call in order.

I always come to this place and it is absolutely worth it! Today I had a weird encounter where the guy who was serving my food serve me less pasta and made my plate look less than it usually is. I believe because of my confusion expression you could notice my disappointment. Molly a great employee asked if something was wrong so kindly in which I expressed my thoughts, the crew working agreed and, fix my plate to the regular standard. Piada is pretty great, I like to do the build your own option. I usually go on Wednesday with the student discount. I have always had good experiences, except for one time when they told me that extra meat wasnt extra and then charged me extra. Even though they could clearly tell I was uncomfortable and wanted to change my order, they still made me complete my order. Again, just a misunderstanding, but be sure to know that extra meat costs extra! All the food tastes great though.

Delicious food, made with fresh ingredients and full of flavor. The canoli chips are out of this world. Their catering is one of the best in town and portions are very generous! Summer, the Catering Manager goes above and beyond every single time to accommodate our large groups and Chef Mitchell and his team prepare wonderful dishes for our many events. The food and prices arent that bad given the number of choices available and the amount of food you receive. The place is crowded and is much like a hallway with seats. We had to get it to go even though I called ahead and was assured wed have seats for a party of 10. Once we got their, we didnt have anywhere to sit. We tried another place and again nowhere to sit, so we decided to try the food and get it to go. The customer service was very basic from person-to-person: meaning not many of the workers smiled at all, very get in & get my shift over with and get out type of service. It wasnt that they were rude or anything it was just lack luster, impersonal, robotic, and not very inviting. Their restrooms were decently clean.
