I cant confirm how much I paid yall because I never received receipts FOR ANYTHING. 60$ for a phone call??? You told me to go to 3 different places when YOU COULDVE FILED ONLINE AND THATS WHAT I PAID FOR. Never got divorced with them and went with another attorney who did it for what I paid yall. I never had texts responded to, phone calls or emails. You emailed me 2 months after the deadline ended. UPDATE: literally when you replied to this I was already divorced. I went with Art Warren out of houston. He did everything for the same price you wanted me to do my own paper work for. You people had me driving to 3 different locations for nothing.

This was my first devorse. I was told retaining a female lawyer was in my best interest. Im glad I partnered with Mr Nance. I had no idea what to expect or what I was doing. He put me at ez right off the bat. Hes been practicing for many years. Hence he knew what was going to take place,the cost to a tee,and the time frame. This left me with no doubt, I made a good judgment call with having Mr Nance. Sometimes I was several states away.he kept me caught on everything that was happening. He always took all my calls.he also made it very easy to sign my paperwork on line.over all Mr Nance knew where a man in perspective needed.i would recommend this very experienced lawyer for anyone.

Brad took care of me through my divorce for almost a year. Divorce is ugly and nasty, but Brad was able to protect me from the lies and attacks. My outcome was even better than expected. Brad was able to get my joint custody which Isn t easy for men to get, and no child support. Brad is the man! If you re having a nasty divorce just introduce your ex to Brad Nance and let him do his thing.

I finally got full custody of my son thanks to Brad Nance! I have been fighting for custody of my son for over 2 years now and I know that may seem like a long time but it was the 2nd time that I had lost him due to my addiction. I got clean and have been clean for over 2 years now. When all of this started I didnt have any access to my son at all when this started so for me to have custody now is a miracle I thought I would never be able to get custody of my son ever again but thanks to Brad I now have my son back full time. If your looking for an attorney that will fight for you and your kids I highly recommend Brad Nance he is a beast in the court room!!!!

If you had or have an issue with him too like the 1 star reviews on here, just report him to the bar. I did and they seemed more than happy to dig into it. Save your energy. Let them deal with it. And according to 6 other legitimate attorneys I spoke with from very reputable firms, attorneys dont charge you an $85 consult fee and stand you up on the day and time of you scheduled meeting... You live and you learn.

Brad was great to work with on my uncontested divorce. He is an efficient, no nonsense attorney interested in getting the job done fast and without exorbitant cost. I was able to get my divorce done without stepping foot in the courthouse, saving me time and money and allowing me to get on with my life, knowing he was on the paperwork on my behalf. I sincerely recommend Mr. Nance and I am so glad I went with having his assistance on this instead of filing on my own, which can end up being a nightmare.

This moment right here was possible because of my attorney Brad Nance I have been a basket of nerves through this whole process and he has been very patient and understanding every step of the way. I was getting zero access to my son and after our very first day in court I was granted access to him on the weekends. Take your time and research who your going to hire,I would not recommend this guy though.For over a thousand dollars all I got was 2 forms emailed to me for my signature and Im not even sure they were submitted to the court.He said he couldnt get ahold of me(my phone works just fine and nope no voice-mail message! Imagine that.) Sad part about it is you know he has those forms saved to a file so all he had to do was click on the file and type in an email recipient. Needs to be reported to the state bar

A good name is better than riches! I simply came across Atty Brad Nances name during my internet search and I can proudly add my voice to his good reviews. Before meeting him, I had thought my divorce case was too complicated but when I walked into his office, he assured me everything would go seamlessly within a very short time. He took care of everything completely!! The only part I took was to sign my part of the documents, attended the prove-up hearing and complied with our agreed payment plan (which is a great plus to his services). Hi, this guy Brad Nance is incredible I was dealing with a cps case fighting to get my rights back for my child, and get cps out of my life.. God sent me to Mr.Nance and he took my case... then it all turned around for me I got to keep my child and in less than 4 months of dealing with cps after hiring Brad Nance he had the court to drop my case as a nonsuit and Im so thankful he is a awesome lawyer and he definitely gets the job done I probably gave him a hard time lol but he is one that does whatever is best for his client Choose Brad Nance he will fix it for you and if you cant pay it all in full he will work with you, he is a Great Lawyer..Thank You Again Brad Nance

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Brad Nance, Attorney. He is professional, knowledgeable of the Law and willing to go the extra mile to help. Case in point: My brother-in-law was on his deathbed with only days to live. He realized that he needed to make major changes to his original Will. Brad thoughtfully took time from his busy schedule to get the job efficiently handled - with little time to spare. This involved interrupting his scheduled appointments and court appearances to make this happen so that my brother-in-law could pass away in peace. Additional experience: I was told from another lawyer that I needed legal assistance with getting deeds of buildings recorded with the County that were left to me by my Mother. I contacted Brad. He honorably and selflessly said that I did not need to spend money for a lawyer to handle, as I had all of the proper paperwork. I do not know another Attorney that would be as thoughtful, considerate, genuinely honest and fair. I have more legal matters that need attention and I would not consider using any other Lawyer. Brad Nance is a superior Attorney and exceptional human being.

I like this guy. It was a little late in my case but during my consultation he was right on point with every comment he made and totally got my story first time through. Hopefully I wont need an attorney in the near future but if I do I would be extremely confident inith this mans abilities. His presence was big snd his experience obvious throughout the consultation and I felt heard and very much at ease. The rate he requested was quite reasonable as well. Thanks for your input Brad. My husband hired this attorney about 4 years ago, he is the worst. He charged him $6000 for child custody and as we finished paying him all he did was sent out a letter to the woman. He did nothing to help us but take our money. Once we were done paying he said we had to continue paying $500 bi-weekly in order for him to proceed with the case. Which he clearly didn t do much for $6000 much less for $500. Do not go to this guy. He seems like he s only good at divorces but not for anything else

Great. Professional. I have used Brad 2 times now and all has been great. Professional legal counsel is never cheap. And some cases are sticky. Legal messes are never good. But, you cant expect someone else to pick up the tab for you. And, it is not the attorneys fault the opposing party became difficult and changed their mind. I am disabled, on a fixed income, with 2 boys which was no secret to Mr. Nance. He was fully aware of my financial situation. I had gone to him because I got served with divorce papers. I had filed for and gotten child support but that was set aside and my decided she wanted to fight for custody. Mr. Nance charged me $2500, not affordable as he had advertised. I paid $500 down and $400 a month until it was paid. Even though he had not done much of anything I got a call wanting another $400 because the case had not been resolved. I couldnt afford to pay any more especially since he hadnt done much. I called and asked what he had done and he said Youd be surprised. The next day I got a certified letter saying he was withdrawing from the case. He didnt even try to combine the 2 cases. He left me broke and without representation.
