Pleased with Mr.Hernandez work, I was involved in an accident that I was not in fault, a year ago . I went to Mr. Hernandez office because I found him on the BBB website with a A++ score , proximity to my house was a plus , but all I had to do it was to go one or twice to the office and that was it. He got me the best treatment for my injuries and fought for me so the insurance would cover the medical bills that I deserved. Best of all , he was able to make the insurance pay for my entire treatment and for loss of wages . I like that he was upfront and fought for me to get what I needed from the insurance. Thank you Mr. Hernandez , will be referring you to all my family and friends.

I have to say he seems like a nice and professional guy, but hes got very expensive fees for his services - at least, he did for us when he offered. During the first consultation, he seemed to behave hesitant like we were in for a challenge before knowing Id already been part of a very similar case, without any barriers, and won it only 3 years ago, but after knowing I was familiar with the whole process, he changed his demeanor. Well, I think $760 is too much to just do FOIA paperwork. I have a friend whos an excellent immigration attorney that charges $250 for that. She does an excellent job, huge successes with all her cases yet usually doesnt opt to do extensive FOIAs, unless its a tougher case, but I havent hired her for this case because her practice is far in the state of WI. Maybe prices differ from state to state, or just immigration attorney to immigration attorney, but $6000 is a high charge for just services. Immigration fees were totally seperate. Thats looking at well over $10,000+ when all is said and done to compete the process. After a $50 first consultation fee and his expensive offer, we opted to keep looking. I suggest you shop around wisely, and oddly, he did, too.

Took every penny I had saved from my SSI funds, took me fast, and withdrew from my case without me in the courtroom and I was present. I had given Shea $15,500 only for him to use my mental health illness to his advantage. My mother was present upon the withdrawal they performed from my case. On the way home she almost had an heart attack. Now the rest of my family and my mother are incredulous, mad, and in disbelief because I put faith into this law firm to represent me and they left me hanging out the dryer. God Bless these group of guys for taking from the less fortunate . Im almost homeless behind paying these guys for doing in my eyes ,nothing to help me at all. My wifes case has been difficult for my family and I, and it took almost 2 years. We faced a lot of setbacks and were considering quitting the case altogether.
