Searching for an attorney to help you with a difficult situation, can be a stressful itself. When making my appointment and talking to the staff, they were so sweet and helpful.(Which sort of put me a little bit more at ease). So then when I was actually able to speak with Christina the attorney at my consultation. She answered all the questions and some(after speaking with her, My nerves calm down and my palm stop sweating). Now I know which direction to take in the situation. Christina made things run smoothly.

The lawyer Cristina Salazar never had the attention to assist us, she never had time to answer our questions, it took 3 days to 4 days to answer a call or an email, she delayed my case for many months and never sent the forms that were required for immigration!

Girl at the front office is very disrespectful she gets offended and says I m the one being rude when I m calling to get my questions answered by the attorney. No one will call me or my husband back they have been fully paid!! I keep getting emails from NVC. We deserve to get a call back not just a oh I ll tell the attorney. I ve recommended this place to family/friends they just don t care since we paid them. That s just sad

They don t care. Everyone there is just there for a paycheck. They prey on the people who aren t informed and rob them blindly. My ex-husband and I did business with them to get a divorce. We are the best of friends but they made our life miserable and I m sure we over payed since we had no property together nor fighting about anything. This was about a year ago or so. Now trying to give them a second chance, I was trying to hire them so they can help us with a criminal and immigration case regarding my ex husband who they previously have represented. I paid $50 for the consultation and I promise to God the receptionist said I could ask whatever I wanted to ask. First, the attorney I spoke to did not give me accurate information on numerous things. Then, when I started asking immigration questions, she said that I had only paid for a criminal consultation and the immigration consultation was $100. I informed her that I was not told anything about an immigration consultation fee. I had even given the all the facts to the receptionist and all the facts to her assistant who took my information. She then proceeded to answer my immigration questions and basically told me I was out of luck and that he would be deported. She seemed uninterested about taking the case and was extremely impassive. I remember asking her how she could help me with the case then she said, I can t do anything. You should get with a bondsman. I did more research and finally found a lawyer more than willing to help, supportive, and knowledgeable. Please y all, maybe they could help you, but there are more options out there and I do not and will not ever recommend this place to anybody.

Went to a consultation appointment over a week ago. Staff was nice. At the end of my appointment, Diane said if I had questions/concerns or if I wanted to open a case to call them. Well I called them the following Monday (went in on a Saturday) to speak with Diane, after SEVERAL calls and voicemails the girl at the front desk tells me that the reason I havent received a call is because Diane has been out all week?? And Alma should be getting in contact with me. Long story short after almost 2 weeks and NOT hearing back from anyone I am HAPPY to say I didnt open up a case with this law firm. I TRIED but they dont want my business so I have moved on to an attorney that has been taking GREAT care of me and my case. Very unprofessional on their behalf. Im sure they have several paralegals that could of returned my call. I do not recommend this law firm to anyone that wants to be taken serious.

Very unprofessional! To begin with, it seems as if no one actually works, my case could have moved faster as it is fairly simple. They lack communication, never received a call from them regarding updates on my case. They even transferred the case to another attorney in the firm without letting me know. It is always a struggle to reach anyone, they always promise to call back and never do.

Was not impressed. I was recommended by a friend and they seemed very reluctant to honor that friends promise. Im sure that friend got a good verbal lashing for that. I didnt even bother to follow up. Instead a humans rights group referred me to Angela Mata and she is trulynthe most compassionate attorney i have ever met. Every lawyer has a moto or advertorial about how they fight for you and theyre humble and caring etc... Angela Mata is the first i have EVER met to live up to those things.

I would have given this law firm zero stars had it been possible. They should not even be considered a Law Office it is more an Office of People Who Do Absolutely Nothing. My case, which has been in this law firms hands for over a year, has gone absolutely nowhere. The LAWYER even HAD ME DO WORK and research FOR THEM, which would not have done had I known that THEY HAD NOT EVEN FILED THE LAWSUIT within the WHOLE year that I thought they already had. Not to mention the fact that I had called a plentiful amount of times and left an abundant amount of messages only to not get a single call back IN A YEAR. They would not keep me updated with anything; now I know why: they hadnt done a single thing! This law firm is an absolute disgrace. I would never in a million years recommend this Law Office to anyone.

Do not trust them in anything they promise. They are not very good at what they do. My case going around 3 years and counting. Seems like they just cant win for anything. They are only looking for a easy way out. In other words a easy fight with very little work. Called several times and got no call backs. Walked away with not a cent. Did win a lot of broken promises though. Dont even know how they call themselves a law firm. My advice to you.... do your research and remember there are lots of really good law firms out there but this is not in that category. If you want to waste your time and walk away broke... call them. But dont say I didnt make you aware of what you were getting into.!!
