stay away from those people theyll take advantage of your situation giving you wrong info make you feel your situation is very difficult and critical to excuse the thousands of dollars that they will ask you , ALEX is the biggest liar disrespectful youll ever see . He charged me over 7k for a case that all other lawyers said 3 to 4 k is the max . Whenever I confronted him with that he start talking disrespectfully and rude using bad words youll never expect it from a person representing law firm. I hired this law firm to handle my dwi , I ve never interacted or communicated with Kenneth . Everything from my case was handled by Alex . From the beginning they already seemed desperate as to when I would pay them their full amount which I didn t mind I just thought seemed shady but I was in desperate need of a lawyer so Why not ? In the first couple months everything seemed to be going well but afterwards I would show up to court & they would come in late . Again I wouldn t question it because I needed their help . I would keep track of my records & I had court this past month , I was told I didn t need to go by my attorney due to the whole situation going on right now . Days later a warrant was sent out for my arrest for insufficient bond . I was in jail for a day & was told my lawyer failed to file my new paperwork ! What lawyer forgets to do their job ? I payed for them to work my case & keep me out of jail and they failed to do that . Now I have to spend more money on a new attorney. I would recommend choosing any other place than here . Save your money .

They stole almost $2k from me. On March 2018 i paid Kenneths paralegal assistant to assist me in a child custody modification. Its very difficult to get a hold of them. After a year of them giving me the run around i asked for my money back but Kani refused saying she started working my case but i highly doubt that. Eventually she blocked my phone number. Kenneth will not answer my calls or texts. I trusted them because they had helped me before but i hope no one ever hires these people again. Im a single mom and although $2,000 is not a lot to them it is to me. I had to save up again to hire yet ANOTHER lawyer. Theyre highly unprofessional. Save your money and look somewhere else.

It is an inefficient office, they do not answer calls, that assistant Alejandro is a bore, he has no education and does not know how to treat people. Its abusive and rude. In addition to being haughty. The lawyer never has any idea about the cases, you call them or go to the office and they dont know anything about the case. Dont go there, dont waste your money and time, dont have a bad time. It is an inefficient office, the calls are not answered, that assistant Alejandro is a rude guy, has no education, does not know how to treat people. It is abusive and impolite. Lawyer Kenneth and his Assistant Alejandro are scammers. They didnt work on my case, they didnt do anything for two months. I had the patience to wait all that time, believing their lies that they were busy with other cases. I asked them to return my money and they did have time to serve me and give me more lies and excuses. In the end they ended up speaking to me aggressively and taking me out of their office, saying that they would not return my money because it is their word against mine.

It took them 2-3 weeks for them to let me know my case was dismissed. I know this because I called the court and asked about my case. They said it would be dismissed that day if nothing was done. I then asked the secretaries about this and they said to call Kenneth, which is fine, then they text me a week later to confirm that the case was dismissed. So about $4,500 later and nothing happened. Find a different lawyer. This was a horrible experience for me. The only thing that actually happened was that the mother and I started agreeing on our own terms. What a joke this office was. Only one person in there was nice and helpful. A guy named Alex. Everyone else was just terrible. I d never go back to this lawyer.

Before hiring him note how dirty his office is, it s a reflection of himself. As much money as he makes, he should present himself more professionally. He doesn t really listen to you he just wants your hard earned money in his pocket. When in trial, he was the only one chewing gum and it doesn t end there, he littered in the courtroom. He was shushed multiple times during trial because he lacks basic manners even when the judge spoke. I layed out a couple of things for him to focus on and he dared tell me he wasn t going to bring it up in trial because it would make it a longer trial. I was so ready for my case to be resolved I couldn t believe I went with this. When in mediation, he was no help, I had to do the math and the talking about child support. His staff will lie to your face about what he will do for you but you will get disappointed. Estimates are not even close to what they charge you at the end. Please go elsewhere he is so unorganized and his little helpers go to work in gym clothes, shorts and white t-shirts. I mean if you want that kind of people representing you, go ahead but you have been warned.
