Robert Goodman handled my wrongful termination claim. I can t say enough good things about him. Before meeting with him I had spoke to several attorneys who said they couldn t take my case. I didn t understand as I literally had all the evidence to prove my case. When I had my consultation with him, he immediately understood the complicated ins and outs of my claim and why I wanted to sue. His communication was always very timely. He was precise and moved quickly to get my issue resolved for me quickly. He ensured that I received a settlement that was fair to me and my situation. Robert helped me when I felt like no one else could or would. I was even considering giving up my pursuit of the claim. There are times where the power dynamic at your job doesnt work in your favor. Earlier this year I found myself looking for a job two weeks after I reported concerning behaviors on my leadership team. So I hired this firm after my employer let me go due to a vaccine mandate. Spoke to them in December 2021 and they agreed to take on the case with a handful of others who faced the same issue. There is NO COMMUNICATION from this office WHATSOEVER! I understand these cases take years to settle but you still need to communicate due to the fact that if there is a settlement, the firm request a HEFTY percentage. Fast forward to now, I called Carla for weeks and finally received a response stating that she NEEDED a EEOC Form to be completed by me and this was part of a hold up.. So I waited a few days after speaking with her and on May 25th I emailed her (Carla) to inquiry about this Much Needed form.. No Response.. So I decide to leave a voicemail for Mr. Masterson to ask if they are overwhelmed and cannot follow up maybe I need to seek help elsewhere. He returns the call (same day) to say, Yes, I think you do... My thoughts are you all could have said that months ago. What a waste of time for someone who is already going through so much. Poor Service and No Follow -Up.. Go Elsewhere, youll thank yourself later

Jessica is very knowledgeable and made it possible for me to get my unemployment benefits after I was fired from my job for an inaccurate reason. This is a follow-up to my previous review (above). I paid my invoice upon receipt and did their online reviews when pestered to do so. At that point, all communications from Jessica ceased, even though there was a small project in the works. She stopped responding to emails and texts six weeks ago, so I can only assume she is no longer working on it, Very disappointed . . .

I was given an ultimatum to get a mandatory vaccine by my employer. I knew how I felt about my religious beliefs regarding vaccination. Looking for the Best Employee Attorney iin DFW. You re In Luck! First a little background. When I found them on the internet and read all the good views I thought those can t all be real. I can assure you they definitely are. Very professional and know how to handle even a tough case like mine. Not one time during the couple months did I feel I was not being represented by the best in Class!. I reached out and spoke with Eric Robertson requesting help due to an employer wrongfully terminate me.. To make things worse it was in April when covid Swept Dfw by storm. However, from the the first few minutes of telling my story I could tell so was talking to a Lawyer that really does care about his clients. . I ve spoken to several colleague about how talented this person is to be dealing with several cases but he never missed one deadline. The settlement was more than fair and his communication weekly really helped m Not one time in the process did I feel I had to chase him down. I m not saying Eric Robertson is a good attorney.
