This firm sure knows their laws/rules, and I highly recommend them for help (in my case on employment law). While they are in TX they do know laws outside the state, which was perfect for me as I dont reside in the same state that my corporation does. Katie was patient and explained complex documents in laymans terms so I could understand what I was reading in my corporate documents. She also had insightful recommendations for things I should or should not do, which I am very thankful for. I really couldnt have asked for a better experience. This is a top notch, professional Law Firm and I will return (hopefully not too soon) with my future law needs.
