Wish could have been provided negative review, or 0 star. Horrible service. You really need to run around to ask them any doubts. Several Follow-ups later , you will end up having the clarification of any of your doubts. They pretend to be busy always, which is ridiculous. Only the time of payments they have all time of the world. They don t care about your time, nor about your anxiety. They kill your super valuable time. Think twice before you hire them. I repeat think twice before you put your money and time after them.

Alex Presti was very nice but he was never on the same page and his paralegal wasn t either. I worked with him for over 6 months and the whole time it was either him going the wrong route or his paralegal. I left him and filed everything myself, 4 months later and I now have my resident card. I filed 245i when he said it couldn t be done and that the priority was too late to qualify, it wasn t. He was looking at the receipt date and I tried telling him over and over before trying it myself.

Shockingly awful communication from a woefully incompetent lawyer Alex, who gave me incorrect information over and over. Needless to say the immigration officer did not appreciate it. STAY AWAY. Update: I honestly have no clue how this place has any positive reviews. Alex Presti is probably the most lazy human being to walk this planet. He has done nothing for six months, couldnt even make a phone call. He couldnt reach anyone so he just sat on his hands. When I tried to follow up, he said he just couldnt reach anyone. So then he sat on his hands doing nothing until I reached out to him again. Then when he absolutely blatantly gave incorrect information, he refused to acknowledge it. When I confronted him about it and asked for a refund, he said he would send a refund. Four weeks later, nothing. Contacted him again and he blocks me from accessing the portal. $3000 gone down the drain to a terrible lawyer. Would not retain him if someone offered to pay me $3000.

Michael Presti is my husbands lawyer. Mr. Presti has so much knowledge on deportation and immigration questions that we had . To myself he is th best lawyer of all Texas and New Mexico.
