Just as there are people who go to lawyers and say I went to other lawyers and they didnt help me!!...but he did help me...well today let me tell you that I went to this lawyer Pineda and he told me that he couldnt take me. In case he continued seeking opinions with his other colleagues....when I left his office, the truth is I felt very bad because I thought I couldnt fix my papers...but let me tell you, I didnt give up and I kept looking for a lawyer who could. Could you tell me that if you took my case and if I found another lawyer who helped me, today I have my permanent residence... I cannot say enough good things about the Pineda Law Firm. They have been by my side as I went through DACA, Advanced Parole, and finally, receiving my Green Card. I am not a person who usually leaves reviews, but I never tire of thanking Attorney Pineda and his entire staff for helping me with my case. I arrived at the lawyers office to renew my DACA and the first thing he told me was that he did not want to take my money, that he advised me to renew online, something I immediately did. The other lawyers I had visited only took my money and did the renewal late. On one occasion I was left without a permit because they sent it very late even though I had submitted my renewal many months before it expired. The difference with this lawyer was that he took the time to listen to my case thoroughly and immediately found a solution to my problem. He was able to get me my residency even though none of the lawyers (3) I had spoken to before had mentioned the possibility to me. Obviously it was a process, I had to look for many documents with immigration but once I took all the documentation I submitted my application for residency. In less than eight months I already had it approved and in my hands. I am very grateful for all his help and I never tire of recommending him to all my friends. Just called to set up an appointment to help an employee find an Attorney to help with Residency. The girl on the phone wasnt much help and just kept repeating the same thing over and over asking what we need but I said We dont know what is needed, just that we need a consultation to find all of that out. She didnt seem concerned about getting us scheduled so I just said, can you help us or should I call one of the other hundreds of Attorneys around here, she said sure call them first. Very odd interaction from a Secretary to blow off clients. Update to response from Owner: It is good that your receptionist was able to recall the conversation, however, of course leans to justify it her way. This person that I was calling for is not an Employee and I repeatedly said that I was just calling to gather information and schedule appointments to help! When she repeatedly kept saying that you do not take employer cases, I was asking for explanation as to what that means and what the other means as I did not understand what it was she was referencing. The fact that she could not answer that or any of my questions to help was the reason for the escalation. Now that I understand the beginning of the process and was able to get my questions answered by another firm, I was not seeking Employment based services (that you do not offer) but was exactly looking for services that you DO offer! I highly recommend this law firm for immigration. They made the process easy and very understanding. It took about the 2 years like the lawyer said it would take for my husbands case. The time actually goes by fast. They were there every step of the way and answered all our questions when needed. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Once we got to Cuidad Juarez we were well aware of everything and where to go ,, you will not regret your choice. Everything was its it folders labeled for what appoints those documents were needed. My husband said once he was at his appointment he felt great because he noticed people around him were scrambling for paper work .. But Pineda staff already had his in ordered and were familiar with what would be asked. Even with appoint they made everything easy and go smoothly. Excellent, my husband has his resident card thanks to lawyer Pineda. I recommend it. Very efficient and professional. I am very satisfied and happy for the service and the help I received during my husbands visa process.
