Worst experience ever! Rhiannon Keslo personally requested that I send her all of my medical files to willingly read line for line with colleagues because she knew I had a case with proven evidence. Her office workers continuously rescheduled with me but for the day of said scheduled phone meeting, her firm entered my cell # incorrectly. In return, I was not able to have my appointment because no one reached out or would answer office phone. I waited almost a month to receive a call back to discuss and when I did . I would not recommend anyone to work with this firm at all. It seemed as if Ms. Keslo did not go over any documentation until our phone call was happening. She sounded confused and seemed to not remember what was discussed that previous month. She became very combative with me and audibly frustrated because my 20 minute scheduled phone call was taking too much of her time and she had other things to do that day according to her. Although this SCHEDULED appt. was to discuss what she had found in my records, that did not happen but yet, I found myself explaining to her again the details of my case. She was asking questions that proved to me she hadn t read a page of my documents that SHE requested. Even after sending over a very detailed word documentation of my encounter for my case, she tried to fight me along with my husband s word even while being presented with hard evidence. When asked did she go over the paperwork like she mentioned she would, she got a nasty attitude and said this is not her file. Mentioned to me she likes to stay away from Houston and Emergency Room cases even though that information was the first thing provided before classified documentation was obtained and sent. I expressed to this said attorney that she is unprofessional and I will never give someone like her a job as big as my case. This is the worst experience I ever had with a lawyer and I hope they can provide better professional service to potential clients in the future.

This law firm has owed my bosss business a personal injury check for 2 years. The physician of my office recently passed and we are trying to get money owed which they refuse to pay. I just received the most insulting letter from attorney Rhiannon Kelso literally saying I am whining by my repeated emails as the office manager handling the business affairs trying to resolve this issue since this is the only law firm I have been unable to collect on. They are obviously trying to get out of paying since hes deceased and will not send the money to the next of kin, his wife. I have never seen such unprofessionalism with an attorneys office and I work with several different ones a week. I would never recommend this attorneys office to anyone based on the experience my boss and I have had with them the past 2 years and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau immediately

I reached out to Kelso Law due to a bad vehicle accident I was in (not at fault). Right away Rhiannon and her amazing team went to work on my case. They re very punctual and on top of EVERYTHING. Personally, the best thing I liked about working with Kelso law was not only did Rhiannon hold the other party/insurance accountable, but she even held the cities police dept. accountable for a couple of mistakes they made. I gained a huge settlement (enough to buy a new car, mine was totaled) and the financial ability to get the surgery I desperately needed due to this accident. Thank you Rhiannon and staff! I had a fall that was disabling, I fortunately had a great surgeon who repaired my injury, however said I had about 10 use until I would b disabled unless I changed careers. The companies responsible laughed at me when I told them, and ask that they repair their handicapped walkways. I decided to get an attorney, and a great friend recommended KELSO LAW. I was fortunately able to have RHIANNON KELSO represent me. She is determined, persistent, focused, professional. She kept me informed, handled everything, and if she and I werent happy, we stepped back, re-evaluated and moved forward again. She is dependable, very straight forward, and honest! I was ecstatic on how she handled my case, I received more than expected and have recommended her several times since. DO NOT HIRE!!!! I hired this attorney to help with my passport since it was taking so long after I submitted the application. She said that she would submit a request under the FOIA. After a couple of months I received a letter from the state department requesting more documentation. I immediately called the attorney s office and spoke to Jose who told me to get him the documentation so that they could submit it to the state department. I acquired the documents and sent them to the attorney and trusted that they would submit this to the state department. Several months later I get a letter from the state department saying that my passport had been denied because the documents requested had never been submitted. When I finally got Mrs Kelso to call me back, she was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. She informed me that Jose had been fired because he was no longer able to perform his duties after his sister died and made it seem that there was no validity to my conversation with him since it had been over the phone and there was no emails to back it up. Needless to say the documents were never submitted to the state department and I paid $500 for absolutely nothing because she wasn t even able to get me any information under the FOIA. And just to add insult to injury Mrs Kelso accused me of being delivered by a midwife that was known for committing fraud with birth certificates, which was completely false and she would have know this if she would have simply looked at my birth certificate that showed that I was born in a hospital. Do not hire this attorney. A quick update after Mrs. Kelso read this review she proceeded to email me repeatedly attempting to insult me and accuse me of lying. She is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I have never been treated so poorly or unprofessionally.

Before giving any money to her, take a good look at what you are going to sign. She literally stole from me. I paid her $1,500 to send my citizenship papers and when she received the money to send the application she told me that she was no longer going to handle the case and that I had already lost the money. This is fraud. She is rude when she has the money in her hands not before. So please be careful. I would love to share all the pictures with you guys. But I cant do it through here.
