I had Ellen Schutz represent me in my divorce and I am happy to say that she helped me through it. I dont feel like I got screwed. I was beyond satisfied. Im currently working with Ellen Schutz again. Once again I am happy with the way things are going. If you are looking for an attorney to sweet talk you. Then you dont want Ellen. She is brutally honest with you. However she is just as brutal in court. She calls it like she sees it.

I encourage anyone that is facing the toughest fight of their life, a divorce, to consider Ellen. This is one tough lady. She does not pull any punches and makes every effort to not let you get punched either. I can say that she was the best thing that happened to me during this entire gut wrenching divorce experience. She helped me keep it together when my whole world was falling apart. She fought for my rights as a father and to help me keep a fair and equitable division of the assets when the other party was completely unreasonable. Well I was going to call to get a free consultation but the lady was rude ... she answered the phone but proceeded to interrupt me while talking. It then got silent and she asks okay so do you want to start Definitely not someone who I feel would take my situation as serious as i am

Even though Ellens practice doesnt focus on my particular issue, she spent more than enough time offering suggestions and real life examples even though I caught her on the phone unannounced. Try that with any other lawyer at 4PM on a Friday and see what you get, and for no consultation fee either! If you think you have a problem, I wouldnt hesitate to call Ellen today!

Ellen is wonderful. She helped me understand the process and got me what I wanted. She called out the BS of the other lawyer and fought for my rights as a father. She is fair and firm and will tell you like it is. I am very glad that I had her in my corner throughout the process. I have more time with my son now and I couldnt be happier. Thanks so much Ellen!

I submitted a web form and received a call back in regards to my case. I started off pro se but realized I may need some help. She was very rude and seemed to be against me as Im trying to seek help from her. She made me feel stupid and like I had no hope. I ended up hanging up on her because I felt she was very unprofessional and not willing to listen or help. I have since found a great and understanding lawyer who takes the time to listen and not make me feel like theres no chance of me winning
