They open up one gate there. Always accident. And they do not turn the parking lot lights on. The parking lot is scary at night time with no parking lot light on. I got robbed.

Absolutely disgusting, I live by it and 100 s of rats are in the shed that they use and also go into the building. I watch them all time crawl all over everything.

06/11/22 6pm. As a party guest I didnt like the thin walls, in the beginning we were just talking and could here the loud music from the party in the next room. Second didnt like that people not part of are group were cutting thru to go to the restrooms. We were in the Elizabeth room. Didnt like that people from all three party rooms were mixing together outside the event building . By doing this a fight could breakout. There was plenty of parking in a fenced in area with good lighting .It was a very Hot day 100° and bldg was kept nice and cold till 12a The rental fee was the same as other event buildings, except they provide tables /cloths, chairs, Security and staff to clean up afterwards. Also clean restrooms a plus, an overall clean site, even thou everything is old worn nothing fancy, just a place to hold your party at a reasonable fee for simple folks. You provide the food, desserts drinks, booze, decorations, DJ-Music, photographer, misc entertainment , live musicians. They had there own Security staff there a big plus even thou it wouldnt be enough to stop a fight. If Police had to be called its in the Dallas area and you know how long it takes for them to respond. BLAH. Close to convenience stores incase you needed more drinks for your BYOB . Overall NO I wouldnt have my event there. I would prefer a building where it was solely dedicated to my event. That way there wouldnt be any jealousy and everybody knows everyone so trouble would be very low.

Personally, I had no complaints, they delivered it to me clean, the place is very nice, spacious and the manager was kind to us. I recommend it, even though I only occupied the room with tablecloths and banquets. My sister has her business doing that and we put it up.

The room is spacious but the service is very bad, I had a lot of trouble renting it. To begin with, when I wanted to rent it, everything was very accessible, once in contact, things changed, Its a good thing that one day before my daughters quinceañera the room was not rented and they gave me permission to clean it up myself and thats a good thing because I had to rent tablecloths elsewhere, theirs were stained and the manager wanted to cover them with colored plastic. According to her, it didnt look bad. If you are looking for an elegant place, this is not the place... you have to put more money on your own to make it look decent.
