As soon as I stepped inside I knew this was it. Everything was perfect. Karlos is a very kool family oriented businessman that gave us the Royalty Palace experience. Almost made me cry while getting ready. I couldnt ask for anything else. From the space the colors, the bartender, the dance floor and beauty room. Im so grateful my husband chose The Palace Event Hall. Beautiful all the way and right off the freeway too. Cant wait til our next event...

Honestly one of the nicest most reasonably priced venues I ve come across in the area! Also in a great area with ample hotels within 2 miles and very close to downtown (less than 10 mins.) Carlos and his family are excellent!!!! We had to switch our wedding reception to his venue 3 days before our wedding due to our previous venue being outdoors and a 100% chance of rain the day we got married! Carlos worked with us very last minute and was very accommodating! Not to mention the space is huge! We had at least 160 guest and there was more than enough space. The venue is very beautiful already with a nice chandeliers, high ceilings, and the option to use the colored LED lights that are around the perimeter of the room (we chose blue). The bathrooms were very clean. There is a kitchen, a small bridal suite , a built in bar area, and even an extra room that is kind of ducked off that is available for use. I would absolutely 100% recommend this event space to anyone! You will not be disappointed when booking with Carlos! Such a pleasant experience.

The Palace Events is a great venue! Carlos and Vanessa were a delight to work with and they really went above and beyond to make our double graduation celebration a success. This hidden gem is in a great location and very accommodating to all of our traveling guests. The space was exceptionally clean and more than adequate for our big event. It was a wonderful experience and our family enjoyed every moment! Carlos and Vanessa offered recommendations, decorating options, and most importantly they were present from inception to ensure our event was successful! So, it is with great pride and sincerity that we would highly recommend this special place to friends and family for upcoming events!

Amazing service here! I am a planner and found this venue last minute for a client due to the unpredictable weather. Carlos and his wife were darling and answered all our questions, came after hours to show me the venue and got us all squared away for our event. They had a beautiful venue, clean restrooms and many add one we were able to add on such a linens and more. Such knowledgeable owners and of the industry itself as well. Ive shared some beautiful pictures of how the birthday went. Thanks so much again Carlos and Carloss wife. Id recommend this venue to any and everyone. Owners were very professional. Vanessa communication was amazing anytime I had a question she was available to discuss. The event hall is very roomy and has plenty of parking. It was very elegant and had plenty of amenities.Will definitely use event center again .

We had our wedding held here, working with Vanessa s and her husband was such a pleasure very good people and very accommodating considering that we booked our event a couple weeks before. But the day of our wedding the servers and bartender we hired from them where not friendly to our guest. I still keep finding about little things that happened that really make me upset. After being told to make sure to serve enough food for everyone and what to use for beans and salad they still proceeded to serve our guest with poorly portions. Bartender wasn t as friendly either & he didn t really know how to mix drinks. Loved the venue very beautiful & spacious but I would definitely recommend bringing in your own vendors & servers that you can rely on. Other than that everything turned out great and we enjoyed our night.

We recently hosted an event at this fantastic space, and it exceeded all expectations. The venues elegant ambiance with included lighting tailored to our event colors , attentive staff which include set up, bartenders and security, and seamless organization made it a memorable experience for everyone. We recently celebrated my daughter s sweet 16 at the venue and our experience was amazing!! The owners made the organization so smooth and are very family oriented. The owners were available every step of the way and at all times of the day if I had any questions, including the day of the event. The staff made sure all our guests were taken care of but also gave us our space. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and would consider them in the future for any other events

My wife and I decided to use this venue for our wedding reception on November 2019. At first the staff seemed on top of things but everything went downhill on the wedding day. We overestimated for 150 guests and about 130 showed up. Food: The food was extremely salty and although we brought it up during the tasting to the chef and in the presence of the venue manager, nothing was done about it. The tres leche wedding cake that we tasted with the baker was moist and amazing but the one served at our wedding was dry and extremely crumbly - After the wedding, the venue manager sadly distance herself, and claimed that nothing was mentioned earlier to the chef. regarding the cake, she stated that a tres leche cake was done right and had to be dry because of stacking.... Service: The servers were extremely slow and disoriented some of them arrived late to work. My in-laws table which was numbered 2 and located near the newly wed table was the last one to be served. According to the server, they ran out of salad and bread before serving all guest so few tables did not get a salad plate. - Once again, the venue manager who was not present tried to defend her crew and stated that her server were overwhelmed, stressed and forgot that more salad was in the fridge. DJ: My wife and I met the DJ prior to the wedding day and we raised few concerns. One of the concerns was his speech and his ability to clearly speak to an English speaking crowd. He assured us that he will focus on the music and will bring an additional person to do all the talking. On the wedding day, he came with a person who did not speak at all. He seemed to have a hard time reading the schedule we provided and our guests could not understand him. As if this was not enough, while playing music from his phone, it rang on loud speaker leaving guests shocked on the dance floor. - This sad event was reported to the venue manager and once again she tried to defend the DJ. according to her, a guest requested a song and the DJ used the guest phone (he should have had the song available with his equipment). In addition, she stated that nobody complained about the DJs ability to speak but there was never a response to anything he announced and we had already gone over that with him prior to the event. It is very unfortunate how a venue can make our happy day a sad one. We only get married once and theres no redo. I would hate for any other couple to endure such a mediocre service. At the end I understood that the venue is in business for money and have no interest in contributing toward brightening a wedding. This place deserves zero stars.

I love going to events here! This place is amazing! Anytime I go I know I m going to be comfortable and don t have to worry about anything but having a good time. Like I went to The Palace Events for XXXL Male Revues hosted by Shon Wilson aka Hardcore. You should ve seen this place!! They really let Hardcore transform the room completely to fit this large audience of women to a flawless set-up arrangement for the extremely large number of entertainers that took the stage that night and took our breath away. BABBBY!! The entertainers themselves were from all over. I mean I felt like I was in some kind of chocolate factory I know didn t come from R. Kelli. Now usually I don t think to really find too many other vendors but Hardcore seemed to know how to cater to his crowd. I bought some jewelry and everything from his event. Another perk of the event hall too for allowing it I guess. He even had Bedroom Kandi there!! Since Hardcore apparently offers BYOB events, I found out you can have your party popping ANYTIME whether you are celebrating a birthday, my favorite which is a ladies night, engagement party, divorce party, or even a party by my damn self!! Oh and we took pictures and all. He had Dan No Limits Jackson to take pics for free all night long. FREE!! Who does that?! All in all, Hardcore has a one of a kind staff that works diligently to make sure that you have a great time while you are in the building. Even the Police presence made me feel some type of way. Knowing that they thought of everything to make one night unforgettable...Priceless! This was my first male revues after I moved here so I felt 100% comfortable. I have since then recommended both The Palace Events and any show sponsored by Hardcore. You will NOT be disappointed! Just remember the next time you want to host an epic event or some GROWN and SEXY entertainment in the Dallas, Texas area, don t forget to check and see if Shon Wilson aka Hardcore has any events planned, especially at The Palace Events, or just go to there to host your own fabulous party!! I recently had a Sweet 16 for my daughter and it was absolutely amazing. The venue was gorgeous, the staff/waiters were very friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure each guest was taken care of. The bartender was great at mixing and serving drinks and the food was amazing as well. The Owners were very helpful at ensuring the experience was the best! Security was also very attending to ensure everyone was safe! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone searching for a place to host any type of event! This venue was just bad. Service was horrible: the staff provided was extremely short and unorganized. Seemed like they had a family with their young kids trying to serve the event. Provided Bartender didnt even have the proper equipment, the host had to provide all bartender tools. The provided DJ was so bad. Music didnt flow well, couldnt even read the crowd, and spoke random statements at awkward times. He was so bad, that one of the guests had to tell him to stop so he could call in backup performers to salvage it.

My husband and I based our wedding venue selection on reviews and the owners kindness. Planning and getting things ready for the big day went well and helped us feel confident. The day of the wedding celebration the the servers were very slow, food portions were inconsistant and many guest had to wait waiting on salad and drink, sadly some never got theirs. The DJ was a kind man but failed to mix genres and speak clearly when making announcements. I loved the decor and the spacing of the place but in the end these two major things among other made the evening very difficult to enjoy. We made the best of it but feel very disappointed in management and staff. Both my husband and I have added our reviews so that management and guest are aware or what needs to be better for other couples on their once in a life time celebration.

I had a 50th birthday party for my twin sisters on December 7th. Carlos (the owner) was great--and so was his family. We were given the opportunity to begin decorating the night prior. On the day of the event, Carlos sister-in-law was there at the time requested to let us in to decorate. The bartender, Alex, was awesome. He may look young, but he knows what hes doing :) Mama, Carlos mother-in-law, was the sweetest! She was there during the event and was so accommodating and helpful. Whatever we needed, she was there to assist. The staff was welcoming to outside vendors I utilized (caterer, dj, margarita machine company). I will definitely utilize this venue in the future and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a space for an event. We had a great time!

Had a great time last night at my husbands office holiday party! The DJ played a great variety of music and had everyone on the dance floor the whole night. I attended my cousins Quinceanera on 11/7 and my whole family had a great time. The set-up was beautifully decorated and the serving staff was very attentive. Many of my family members asked for business cards and have already saved a date for their event here. I recently had my weeding there in November. The setup was so beautiful. We were able to get everything we needing from Decorations, catering, video/photography. They even set up a Ceremony area for us and broke it down immediately after, for the Reception. It was done so perfect. Staff was amazing. Got all my guest taken care of. The bartender was even perfect on mixing the drinks my guest wanted. My wife and I were very satisfied on the turn out. I definitely will recommend this place to any friends and family.

Throughout the whole process of setting up and taking things to the salon, the staff was very attentive to our needs. Everything went so smooth the day of the wedding.
