My husband and I hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at the Mata Hari House this month and we couldnt have been happier with the experience! The venue is gorgeous and was the perfect size for our 38-person wedding. Collette and her team were responsive throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding day. On the day-of, Collette and her team worked tirelessly to ensure the venue looked beautiful. They went above and beyond with the décor, even with arranging the flowers. Our guests were impressed by how stunning everything looked. Their preferred caterer, Sharon Burns, was also phenomenal! She prepared a charcuterie board of high-quality meats and cheeses and delicious passed hors doeuvres. She and her team were such a pleasure to work with too. They made sure the food display was elaborate and that guests felt accommodated. We felt lucky choosing the Mata Hari House for our wedding and would recommend you do the same!

The venue was beautiful. The first moment I entered the venue I knew that was the place I wanted to host my event. The venue was breathtaking and it met all of my expectations. Collette was so down to earth. I gave her my vision and she delivered. If you looking for a beautiful venue, friendly, and professional experience Mata Hari House is the place. We celebrated my 60th birthday at the Mata Hari House. Everything was perfect! Collette was a pleasure to work with. We collaborated, ideated, planned and shared ideas. She is very creative and flexible which made the planning process fun. The space itself is fantastic! The multiple rooms allowed us to spread out, enjoy the themed spaces, and the artwork. There was very little for us to add. Her recommended vendors were wonderful as well. It was all there! I can t wait to see Mata Hari House 2 and plan another event! It was everything I wanted it to be!

I can t express enough how wonderful it was to work with the Mata Hari House! Colette and Jessa were fantastic and great with communication! The decor that Colette has picked throughout the venue is so unique and fun! They put me in touch with some great vendors that helped us create a memorable birthday party! This place is easy to work with, clean, and most importantly affordable! All of our guests commented on how wonderful the place looked and how inviting the staff was. I truly look forward to hosting another party with them! 1000/10

We hosted our 25th Gatsby themed birthday at Mata Hari House and it was a dream! It was also a surprise engagement announcement and I have to say it was everything I could have wanted and more! Collette and the team were beyond helpful, quick, and very accommodating. Throughout the night guests complimented the venue! It is truly a beautiful and fun venue. Also many praises to their suggested vendors, they also received praise all night! Thank you all so much!! I would definitely recommend hosting your next event at Mata Hari House!

I absolutely loved working with Mata Hari House and staff. I had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Anyone who is looking to book an event space, you will not regret this choice. Collette and team were wonderful, accommodating, patient, helpful, and many more positive adjectives that I can t articulate right now. My event went exactly how I envisioned and I couldn t have pulled that off without this venue, some of their suggested vendors and their in house team. I ll definitely be referring people her and booking them in the future!

Great venue, great flow, our caterer and staff were super polite, friendly and helpful. Great cigar/poker room in back, big staging room in back, kitchen area is a little small, but if you know that going in you should be fine. Big banquet, food area, and a separate area for bar setup which is nice bc 1 is not congested by the other. Id use them again if we have the need.

I hosted my wedding ceremony & reception at Mata Hari. I wanted something intimate and Mata Hari absolutely delivered. The venue is unique, and our guests LOVED it!!! Plenty of space to party but also such a cozy feel. The venue truly speaks for itself - such a fun eclectic vibe! We had a 60 person ceremony and 86 person reception. Collette and her team exceeded our expectations. You should absolutely host your next event here!

We had an incredible Halloween party at Mata Hari House, thanks to the amazing host, Colette. She was available for all of our many, many questions and helped us decorate the venue even better than we had planned! She genuinely wanted to make sure us and our guests had a complete experience and that is exactly what happened. Even without the decorations we added, the venue has such a good vibe and love the feel that each room brings. I cant recommend Mata Hari House enough if you are thinking of having an event.

Absolutely amazing venue and staff! We hosted a small wedding celebration/party here and it was the perfect venue for us and our guests. Every room is so uniquely decorated that we barely added anything in terms of decor. Collette is the best at it! I was searching for the venue that would speak to me for my proposal and when I walked in the Mata Hari I immediately felt relaxed and serenaded. Collette goes above and beyond to assist as well as give you full range to unfold dreams. Every room is unique giving vibes from tea in France to poker nights in Harlem. Exquisite art displayed for decor and purchase you need no additional add one regardless the occasion you re using the venue for. Pricing is amazing as well as nothing is out dated so you really get the best venue when exploring this property. My fiancé and I loved everything.

I hosted my Sangeet at Mata Hari House and the whole experience was amazing! Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous (my guests kept raving about it), Collette the owner is an absolute gem. She made everything go so smoothly and answered all my questions super quickly. She really felt like family by the end. Mata Hari House is legit one of the best gems in Dallas, Texas. These ladies went above and beyond to accommodate me for my special event. My previous venue had cancelled days before my scheduled event and left me stressed trying to figure out my next location. Soon as I contacted Mata Hari House, Jessa scheduled me in the next day for a tour and immediately I knew I wanted to move forward with booking. Communication was great, they kept in touch the entire time from beginning to end and also checked up via text to make sure we had everything we needed or if her staff needed to come in and assist with anything. I highly recommend booking Mata House for your next hands down.

I had shared a vision of an engagement proposal to Collette, and she was super helpful from the beginning to the very end. They had advertised an event here, but there really wasnt much going on at all. A couple vendors with some candles and jewelry set up on a table, and a little stain to buy soda/ water. A few paintings for sale scattered through the building, but it felt awkward inside with all these little separate rooms, I kept feeling like I was going to wander off to an area I wasnt allowed to be.
