Working with Steven Holman was a great experience. He provided our family with excellent guidance, was knowledgeable responsive and very flexible to get us drafted documents within two days as he understood my parents were traveling out of the states soon. He also provided an interpreter so that my parents felt comfortable in understanding all. I highly recommend Mr. Holman. My family was in need of an attorney who specializes in elder care and I m so fortunate to have found Steve. During our initial consultation I immediately knew Steve was the one. He was empathetic, he listened and explained everything with great detail and most importantly, he never rushed our conversation. We needed Power of Attorney documents prepared in which Steve said would be done in less then a week. He got it done the next day! Steven Holman is my go to referral for estate and elder law. As a real estate agent that specializes in helping seniors downsize and move to senior communities his services are often needed. He is very knowledgeable and has the experience to carefully guide his clients while providing care and patience at the same time. Therefore, when it came time for my husband and me to update our personal wills and directives I naturally turned to Holman Law. My husband became very seriously ill overnight and had to be relocated to a private home care. At that time, we also found our several years old legal documents were outdated and needed to be replaced. Mr. Holman stepped up to the plate, rewrote them, and even came to the private home to execute the documents. Mr. Holman is all of the above- professional, very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, an excellent choice for elderly people who need a lot of care. Steve Holman did an outstanding job explaining complex estate matters to me and my 91 year old mother. He also helped us think through some sensitive non-legal, non-financial elder matters (like planning for a dignified exit and making sure her wishes were clear and codified).
