The restaurant was not clean, even the napkin dispenser was dirty and dusty. We barely found a clean table and only 3 different parties were dining in. As you can see, the pizza was undercooked and just tasted nasty. I was highly disappointed because the restaurant in Murphy is totally different and was actually good. The staff were nice but overall I wasted my money

Are you kidding!? Look at this pizza! Perfection. The gentleman working this afternoon were very nice. Pizza was also great! They had a lot of different toppings to choose from, which is ideal for this type of place. Was even more excited to see they had ricotta as a topping. So glad I decided to stop by today!

If you are looking for expensive pizza and horrible service, look no further! We have been here a couple of times before, but this is definitely the last time, and clearly other people ha e had the same idea because there was nobody else in the restaurant but my son and I. The slim brunette clearly does not want to be here and has a horrible attitude. She did not listen to what I ordered, did not say a word, and when I tried to grab two drink cups, but accidentally dropped a bunch of cups, she sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, picked them up from the floor and put them back to be used. She proceeded to ring up our order with the fountain drinks and walked away. I guess water is what we are having. I wonder who her manager is

I m new to Pie Five Pizza and was excited to try it. My first visit, I came in and was not greeted. A slim brunette stood behind the counter staring at me and said nothing. I explained it was my first time there. Still silence. A dark haired young man finally took my order. He offered me stuffed crust, I agreed, (great choice). He was polite. I came back a second time. Same brunette from the first visit looked at me, and continued to sweep as if I never walked in. A black girl on staff finally turned around, and took my order. I forgot to ask for stuffed crust this time which is what I came for, and I wasn t offered it either. By the time I remembered, she was already placing the sauce on the pizza. I felt like an inconvenience as it was my second time there being ignored and given the bare minimum interaction, so I didn t bother asking for it. The poor customer service is just as consistent as the great pizza but I can t continue to support a place whose employees won t greet me when I walk in the door. Coming from someone with a restaurant management background, this type of behavior should be unacceptable.

Arrived about 11:45 am. Place was empty. Server was not very friendly. Overall cleanliness was to star. Bathroom was not filthy but close. Tables had not been wiped down. Drink area was dirty. Just overall not very clean. Pizza was amazing and the ice tea was also very good. A smile and a little bit of elbow grease and it would be 5 stars.

I visited PFP today and was disappointed with my experience. The service was quite poor; the staff seemed uninterested, the pizza not the best. The crust was overly chewy and the toppings were sparse and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, I wont be returning, as there are much better pizza options elsewhere.

Fairly expensive, for $11 for one personal pizza meaning it feeds one person ( or 2 kids), so for a family of five wed have to spend $ 45 not including any sides, desserts, or drinks like other places. However our food was prepared extremely fast as well as accurate. Food was fresh and looked and tasted like high quality ingredients. Our Cinnimon sticks didnt look much like their website picture, barely had any icing! But at least it wasnt over cooked.

This is in my Top 10 since moving to Texas. Quality, Price and ambience are 10. Staff is.wondeful each time as well. They are generpus with toppings and that matters to me for sure. Absolutely no complaints about this place. I would recommend the.GOUCHO STEAK pizza to any first timers!! Lol

The place was a complete mess.. one person working. No one in shop but us and nothing was being cleaned. That soda machine and coffee machine had nit appeared to ever been washed the floors were disgusting, countertops not sanitary. I liked the employee he was very nice but the place needs a good cleaning. Especially since you eat there. This unsanitary is what causes food born illness. Everyone should know this. Especially since Covid .. but in general it needs cleaning bad. Actually 0 stars on atmosphere And way over priced for the amount of food you get. Would Not recommend this Place.

Very disappointing. It is easy to order, but the quality is not very good. They offer multiple crusts. We got the Pan crust which was more like a thin-crust. This is my new favorite pizza spot. Not only do they offer great value but the kinda of pizza you can make from crust, veggies, fruit,cheeses etc etc are amazing. Got to try all different styles when you buy three and fourth for free. We ordered two pizzas and a salad. Pizza was good but the entire salad was not edible. There were many dead leaves and although dressing was on the side, there was some dressing on some parts of the leaves like it was from another salad. I didn t take a picture of all of it. The pizzas are amazing. You can actually have it your way. Ive noticed a decline in how the inside is being kept up. The tables were all filthy, the drink, napkin, straw and eating utensil area was filthy. The floor was very nasty as well. Ive visited this place numerous times and in the beginning it was very clean and well maintained. Its become a very nasty unkept environment. You dont actually realize it until you settle on and begin to look around or need napkins,, etc at the station.The employees remain behind the prep area and neglect the dining area. This chain is good and the food is also however I would not recommend the Prosper, TX location due to the lack of cleanliness of the dining area.

I can t speak to all Pie Fives, but this one is great. Their pizzas are personal size (10 ?). I like the Panzano crust, but the traditional Italian works also. I m build your own guy, but the Mike s Sticky Fingers is good as-is and worth trying. The customer service and attitude the current store manager is instilling in his team is commendable. They absolutely strive to make your order and experience right and seem to try to get know know you. Suffice it to say some of them have come to know me on sight.

They have 5 signature or prominently displayed pizzas. I went in today specifically to try the Tandoori Feather pizza. They only had 1 guy up front and he was making a salad so he asked me to wait. After waiting for a couple of minutes for him to wrap up his salad, he told me that they didnt have enough ingredients to make the pizza. Huge fail. Would recommend if you have poor management of ingredient resupply that you stick a sign up over the specific pizza that you were too stupid to ensure ingredients were stocked for. This way if a customer wants a specific type, but you cant make it, they can discover this information right away. I wont be back. They had literally 1 customer when I went in and it seemed they were overwhelmed. I left and went to the restaurant next door. Response to Restaurant from 9/12/2022: Thank you for the offer, but Im not interested. The time to make it right would have been when I was there. I dont eat pizza very much and Im not in the area very much. This was a first and last impression for me. I will bump this review to 2 stars though for you reaching out. You can keep your pizza, from what I saw it would have been terrible anyway. Have a good day! update 9/14/2022: The original restaurant rep that posted an offer for a free pizza has deleted his offer when I didnt accept. I dont get excited about an offer to provide bad service again, sorry. Pizza is a dime a dozen. Bumping this review down again to 1 star since the restaurant contact comment was deleted and I would give ZERO stars if I could. Very cowardly to remove your offer. The place looked dirty with terrible service! Avoid like the plague!

Not sure what s going on at this location lately. Since the newer staff members, the quality hasn t been the same. There s been a grumpy young kid the last few times that seems miserable to be working. And tonight another quality issue where someone rolled out the dough instead of using the normal machine, the pizza came out 2/3 the size it normally does with half of it containing mini slices and the other half 2 larger slices. My husband ordered his usual Parmesan crunch stuffed crust (which is an up charge) and they didn t put any butter or Parmesan on it, so it was just dry and bla. Might try another location since we used to LOVE it!!

Came in this weekend after having to leave Chilis from it being dirty... And I was witnessing every pizza maker touch everything from Rado placing their hands flat on the counter pens leaving their station and never changing their gloves once... I asked the gentleman who made our pizzas to please change his gloves as he did... The lady that pulls the pizza out of the ovens had no gloves on was grabbing the feta cheese and parsley toppings with her bare hands putting her finger over the condiment bottles to shake them let a customer taste one of the condiments by pouring it on his bare finger the same bottle thats used on all the pizzas... It was straight disgusting after she was done grabbing the cheese she wiped her hands on her clothes no apron no rag no towel.... I asked for our pizza to go therefore she would not have to touch it at all... Some of this stuff is just common sense...

Freshly opened here in Prosper and by far THE BEST pizza in the area. Having grown up with East Coast pizza (still the top rated in the nation), its been hard to find a good pie coupled with a solid sauce. Pie five pulls this off in spades. Only two minor nitpicks: 1) sandwiches not yet available at this location and 2) the salad was a bit skimpy. That said, great quality pies for the while family - we will be back (in fact we went for seconds that evening!)

Almost didnt stop b/c the open sign wasnt lit. Service was very friendly, told them about the sign & they said yeah, whoever opened didnt turn it on. Food was okay. Lots of take out customers, almost no dine in on Sunday night. To me its better than mod pizza & not as good as firo,but is the same style, like a subway for pizza.

I absolutely love Pie Five. I really hate that I have to come and leave this review, but hopefully someone sees this and jump on it immediately. I just seen someone say this place was clean and taken care of a week ago. THAT IS A LIE. I was very disgusted going into this location the store manager is not doing their job at all. I did not even want to go get my fountain drink because of how sticky and dirty the fountain drink area is. The rug they have in front of the fountain drink area is disgusting I didn t even want to walk on it to get my drink. Black old gum stuck to the rug. What s so hard about replacing the area rug for a new and clean one. The pizza was amazing and I love pie five but I will never visit this location again! Sorry not sorry y all need to clean. It s almost like they have not really cleaned that drinking area since they opened, THATS HOW NASTY IT IS. I also read the below comment where the customer provided photos of this place,see for yourself. That was 5 months ago. And this review is today. THE PLACE LOOK THE EXACT SAME. Nothing changed. First time being to this restaurant despite seeing several other locations for months. This one is located in the Gates of Prosper. The employees were excellent at taking my order and explained the cray difference since they did have one I had never seen. Professional and thorough. This location was clean, smelled delicious, and had well-taken care of bathrooms. The pizza itself was absolutely delicious. I got the High-Five Meat Large Panzano crust and a personal pan Stuffed Crunch Athenian pizza. Highly recommend this location and staff.

First experience was better, last visit this week was sub-par. I believe this is lack of proper employee training issue. Had what seemed like 16 year old boys that were clueless about the menu and ingredients making my pizzas. All the cheezes and veggies were beyond messy. Just not very clean. Yall just need to taste the goodness in this pizza. The golden, flakey, buttery crust is just the beginning for this pie. The sauce has amazing flavor, doesnt taste like it came from a can. Mine had pepperoni and bacon. The pepperoni was nice and crispy and the bacon had just the right amount of fat. If you havent tried this place. What are you waiting for.

It was late in the evening and only 2 guys working so they might have not had time to clean up after a dinner rush. But they still should clean as they go. First time at this location and I will have to say that this place needs a good cleaning. It looks to me that not one surface has been wiped in a few days. So I took a trip to the restroom to wash my hands and to my surprise it was very clean. You know you have to check the restroom when you come down to it. Upon my arrival at 5 ish, one other customer waiting for their to go pizza, two employees in view each and every table had not been wiped, chairs scattered about, floor littered with pizza toppings and crust. As I ordered, the glass sneeze guard that covers the pizza toppings caught my attention. Inside and outside of the glass was spotted with tomato sauce, oil, and other fluids all the way down to cashier. Trying not to skip the fact that the guy preparing my pizza looked very clean but when he turned around to prepare my crust I noticed that the table he worked had also been skipped when cleaning after a few customers should have been done. After paying for our order we went to the drink station to get our drinks and I saw that surfaces had not been cleaned here too. Since this is a likely transfer of bacteria area it should be cleaned often. All of the surfaces surrounding the drink machine needed major attention including the drink machine itself. The opening of the ice dispenser could use a little attention too. Once again the floor in this area littered with pizza debris. The walls needed to be wiped down around the drink area even the tile base trim could use a cleaning. Walls in the booth that I sat in had kids hand prints smeared. I have done most of my review while siting in the booth eating. I have stopped eating due to the pickled taste that I just got and I didn t have anything on my pizza that was pickled. Chicken carbonara crispy thin. I am assuming the lady wearing the red shirt was management not totally sure but as we arrived she was on her laptop and phone sitting at a high top table while the other employee in a black shirt was helping the other customer. Just a suggestion, clean after customers leave. Wipe down tables chairs and booths so they can be used again. Wipe down surfaces that are obviously not wiped but can be seen by the customer. Clearing tables of pizza boxes is a good thing too, especially the very first booth by the checkout. Will be a while before I come back to this location. Cleaning needs to be done before someone gets sick.

This place used to have very good service. It has slipped so much. I went there today and there was one person working the main counter. He had to stop what he was doing to get more marinara sauce and cheese. There was literally 2 other employees doing nothing. I was also going to order a Caesar salad but the lettuce looked like it had been sitting out all day. The guy in front of me ordered a pizza and somehow they got the ingredients wrong on the pizza. Best and only place to find vegan, gluten-free pizza in the area. Prices are great, AND the pizza tastes amazing! We have been frequenting this pizza joint since it opened! Unfortunately, every other time we order pizza online, one of the pizza-makers neglects to READ the online order to see that one of the pizzas indicates NO CHEESE. This literally means not dairy, not vegan, but ZERO CHEESE on the pizza. I have a young child who cannot eat dairy and dislikes vegan cheese. This pizza order is always the one that is misread and loaded up with dairy cheese. We have to scrape the cheese off, which also scrapes off the awesome sauce and toppings, leaving only the crust. Granted, the crust is delicious, but hardly enough to qualify as a meal or make it worth the price (especially considering we pay extra for some of the toppings). PLEASE instruct all pizza makers to read ALL the online order instructions to check for a customization like this. It has happened half a dozen times in recent months, and I always just let it go, but I am sad for this one child who has to watch siblings eat their delicious custom pizzas while staring at the bare crust of their own pizza because someone couldnt take the time to read and follow one simple instruction to make the pizza this child had been looking forward to. So I am working up the nerve to say something. We love your pizzas and want to enjoy the simple pleasure of family pizza nights. Thank you for taking this into consideration.

At checkout saw a worker making dough balls with bare hands, no gloves. Could get you sick. Pizza a little expensive for what you get. Have to ask for more on the toppings. Pizza was tasty and ingredients fresh. Cooking system is weird through short conveyor belt. Overall, like Blaze Pizza better. Update: Manager gave us a coupon to come back. We tried it again and it was a great experience. Cant remember the guys name but he was in charge and was really nice and made our pizzas the way we wanted, lots of toppings and cooked mine twice to get it cooked right. Updating to 5 stars. I love this place! Not only is the pizza fantastic, but the service here is phenomenal. I usually get the thin crust pizza and the Athenian toppings. I always ask for extra kalamata olives and jalepenos. The staff always has no problem with my custom order and is happy to please. I will be back often. This place is the best spot for quick pizza and a quick date night.
