This is the worst law office in the history of representation. The person handling my case was confused half the time forgot information misrepresented me and cost me money and time they advised to open another case regarding an ongoing divorce, and they have completely ignored my phone calls keeps making appointments and to call or even communicate the status of my ongoing case. They convinced me to apply for some legal assistance that would help pay for attorney fees with no finance charge which was a lie not only do they charge a finance charge but is very high the company will not close account until the law office refunds the charge and at this point, I will not pay a dime for NO REPRESENTATION! THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO BE IN BUSINESS AND STEAL MONEY FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE.

This company is a scam/fraud. Run by an Indian couple who are practicing their Indian tactics to get clients. Their own employees rated them as their clients and most probably the majority of the reviews are by family and friends. When I reached out to this company via Facebook post, I clearly stated to both Jasmit and her husband Prashant (manager) the reason of switching lawyers. I clearly stated the amount of money I spent on the divorce process and that I was looking for someone with more experience and honesty when it to billing. Prashant constantly called me to sign up the contract with him. During our phone calls conversation, he stated that he understands my situation. He opened up about his personal life how he is from Delhi and had gone through tough marriage with his wife. Now they are working together on their marriage. He told me that in the worst divorce cases, they charge max $10k. Both husband and wife showed that my case would be easy and it wont cost me more than 5k for the remainder of the trial. After signing the contract, Jasmit gave the case to a junior lawyer, Najmu Mohseen. Every discussion we had, completely changed after signing the contact. Entire $5K retainer that I gave was utilized for just one hearing. When I questioned Prashant about the bill and itemization, he threaten to drop the case. Even though I told him prior to signing the contact that I cant keep changing lawyers. He told me that if I want their services, I continue to pay and that it would cost me an additional amount of $15k. His statement contradicted with what he said prior to signing the contract. I reached out to Jasmit with same concern. Rather than working to resolve the conflict, she decided to drop me as a client. I have reached out to them numerous times to get explanation of each item on the bill but of no use. Both husband and Wife refuse to respond to my emails. Husband was willing to pay $750 when I asked to pay back $1500. Now when I asked him to pay back whatever he was willing, he no longer responds. Anyone who signed the contact with this firm and experienced fraud, I think you all need to report to the bar association. The more reports, the sooner this fraud company can be dissolved or Jasmits license can be taken away. As far as Najum Mohseen is concerned, she doesnt even have a decency to respond to her client. Most likely she feels scared of losing her job. Such lawyers should not be allowed to practice. These people are taking advantage of people worst/lowest point in life. Husband hiding behind wife and wife hiding behind husband. Middle person (Najmu) keeping quite so she doesnt lose her job. Both husband and wife show you glitters but give you rocks. Kindly do not trust 5 stars reviews. They do not look real. This is just the way for them to grow their business with fake reviews. Update - December 12th, 2023 After posting my review, I got an email from the firms attorney with title breach of contract. We understand that individuals may have varying opinions, and we respect your right to express your feedback. However, we must emphasize that your actions go against the terms outlined in our contract. Our contractual agreement clearly stipulates that any disputes or concerns regarding our products or services should be brought to our attention directly through the channels specified in the contract. Publicly airing grievances without giving us the opportunity to address and rectify the issue internally constitutes a violation of the terms we mutually agreed upon. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We hope you will remove your review and we can resolve this matter. Ignoring the fact that I tried to resolve the issue numerous time by email, phone call, text messages and nothing was done except to drop me as a client. Now, I get threatened with the email above for leaving a negative review. If you want this company to be successful, you need to understand success does not come easily. It requires effort, patience and patience to listen/read negative comment.

If you want results don t hire this office. I would not recommend. I paid my retainer $1,500 and all they did was send out a Demand letter. The attorney does not return your calls. After 3 months of no updates, no further actions, I wrote a bad review. That day I Finally a get an email asking me to call and discuss Cade and to remove my bad review because it was conflict of interest. On good faith I removed it then later they told me they cannot continue the case. And they kept my retainer!!!! Needless to say the case was never resolved.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have spent $7000 so far for 3 people and none of us have the green card. 2 of our cases got denied and 1 we did not even start with. The one case that didnt start we requested a refund for and they have not refunded us anything! Nothing! Awful and slow, mistakes all over. They have made mistakes in the Names, DOBs and all of the important details that you are supposed to get right. There are people out there that do 10000000 times better job and charge the fraction. IF you are thinking about going here, I strongly suggest to do your research and find a better option.

I hired Jasmit one year ago January 2020 what a bad day when I met her, I was explaining to her my case and, she looked so sleepy, she was literally yawning the entire time when I was talking to her, she didnt pay attention to anything I said. I did have second thoughts about hiring her but I was desperate. In March 2021 the excuse she gave me about why the case was postponed was Covid-19. I gave them original copies and Im return I got copies I couldnt even read due to a bad print but it didnt seem to bother her because she would still give them to me even when they were complete garbage. They assigned a guy Ive never met before to try and bribe me to take this review down. So then I asked him for my money back and he said theres no way they can return that money, even after they did nothing for a year and after I was unsatisfied with their help . Please dont hire her for your own good!! I hired Jasmit Dhaliwal as my custody attorney & in simple words her and her office staff FAILED to provide me with a satisfactory service. It begins with the staff/paralegal they do not answer your calls & forget about the questions you have for the attorney they never get passed down to her. There is no communication between the attorney & her staff they both say things that are completely contrary to one another. The attorney at this firm is a complete LIAR, very PUSHY, NOT EMPATHETIC to what you want. ( to the point where you will get a terrible deal with the opposing party) without agreeing to it verbally or signing it. I personally cannot speak on the other services she offers, but for CHILD CUSTODY & as a FATHER. I would think twice about hiring her. SHE DOES NOT SPECIALIZE IN FAMMILY LAW. Choose literally anybody else. There s a lot of turnover at this office, which may hurt your case. The individuals doing the case work do not seem to communicate with each other. I don t believe the newly hired counsel very knowledgeable, issues with misprounouncing common words which may weaken your case or make communication during negotiation less effective. If you have a something other than immigration, consider other counsel. The last lawyer I had was Deonte, and after several back and forth calls to the company we were negotiating with, it eventually became clear that he was a very ineffective communicator, and my case was suffering because of it. I had to move on to find another person who wasn t having as many problem with pronounciation or communication. After they had already collected my fee. Like they were happy to without actually resolving the issue. Update: Jasmit has taken on the case personally and is resolving the issue. I have not heard from Deonte but am happy that Jasmit has contacted the company and has kept me updated along the way. This has given me peace of mind to know that this matter will be resolved soon. The matter was resolved.

Do not hire them. Since this is my first experience with the court system, I wanted to hire a lawyer. I have had nothing but problems with this firm. The lawyer I hired left the company and my case was reassigned to another lawyer. No one called or contacted me to notify me of the change. I received an email with a different signature but assumed it was another secretary since he did not specify that my case was reassigned. I did not find out about the change until the WEEK BEFORE my court date. Old lawyer wanted to fight my case due to self defense. New lawyer didnt know anything about my case. He did not ask to meet me, hear my story and when he met the judge on my behalf, he was unable to answer simple questions that the judge asked about me. (The judge asked if I was working, where and if I was attending university) I just wanted to case to be over with so I aired my concern but let it go. Fast forward to today. Today was supposed to be my last day in court. I waited almost two hours without hearing from my lawyer, deontae. I had to call the office and tell them to get him to call me. When I finally spoke to him, he told me that the judge is preparing for the trial of a different case and my case is being pushed to another date. And he had known that for a little while. Once again, he neglected to contact me regarding important information about my case. He then attempted to get me to sign paperwork that was not filled out and got angry when I asked him to explain what the form was. This firm is a waste of money. I also attempted to meet with jasmit since my complaint is about her employee but the secretary is somehow unable to view her schedule so that was a dead end. Avoid this firm if you want to be treated considerably after paying thousands of your hard earned dollars.

I needed advice on estate planning and wills for my aging parents. I had done my research beforehand and was aware of a significant but often overlooked document that needs to accompany the will. I didnt say anything to Jasmit as a test to see if she paid attention in school or if she was just another fill in the blank lawyer. The will had everything I wanted...obviously Jasmit had been taking notes in law school when they went over wills. My parents were too frail to make the 90 minute trip to her office so she came out to the nursing home to meet with them, confirm their mental competency, and oversee the signing before the notary. I greatly appreciated this as a number of attorneys wouldnt work with us if my parents couldnt come to their office. She also was making sure my parents werent being scammed. Having my wife and I, my parents, the Social Services Director, witnesses and notary all present at the same time in the same room was like orchestrating a cat circus. Jasmit handled it so smoothly. I just sat back and watched, grateful it wasnt me. My father has since passed and my mother has been tested and diagnosed with moderate dementia and Anxiety Disorder common in elderly with breathing issues. At times she accuses me of malfeasance, claiming I had her sign everything when she was sedated in the hospital. When this happens I gently ask her if she remembers the lady lawyer. I am so glad we worked with Jasmit.
