If you are a single father I would not recommend working with Michelle Garza. I felt the whole time she was not working for me. My wife attorney when asking for stuff would have very detailed request which were pages long. When sending a counter response or response would look like barely any effort was put into it. We were constantly fighting and just felt like she was never on my side. Was not happy with the results of my divorce.

I am not a person who generally writes reviews. But for this man Mr. Marc Garza I feel am missing a responsibility if I werent write this review. Of all the troubles in finding a good attorney, I found him at last, one person who really took the time and provided more insights and did his due diligence before even the consultation. He provided me with the opinion on the case and suggested the best course of action and how to approach it at the right time for a family and custody case. He patiently answered me all the questions and did not take any consultation fees as promised. I am writing this one just to help someone else find this attorney early so you can avoid the mistake I made by not coming to him at the first place and lost on time. As a single father needing assistance navigating a modification, I researched and met with tons of lawyers all seeking 1 thing first - Money. None were willing to assist without that large deposit that who knows how it would get eaten up. Mr. Garzas firm is an excellent choice and resource for those willing to do some or all of the leg work, with excellent availability as you need to set up hourly or 1/2 hour meetings. He was able to help me successfully win my modification ---- in the end it was a blessing to find his firm. I would highly recommend this service and team if you are searching for assistance.

Ms. Garza represented me in a Child Custody hearing that involved Jurisdictional issues. As an active duty service member, the case had some added conflict and difficulty. Ms. Garza was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She not only navigated the case with ease, but got the outcome that I desired. She always made sure I knew that she cared about my case and promptly responded to all my emails and questions of which there were many. I would challenge any one to find a lawyer that cared more about her clients or was more prepared than Ms. Garza. I recommend her for any family law matter 10 out of 10 times and thank her for all of her wonderful work.

I could sum up my experience as courtesy and professionalism in one of the most difficult processes of life. Divorce is no cake walk for either party involved. I asked a friend to recommend a caring and honest attorney - Garza Law Firm was the answer. Marc helped me through a recent divorce. I was highly impressed with how responsive he was to every question I sent to him. I dont know if it is because were in a pandemic, but my emails were answered by him personally. When I called, I was able to speak to him. I didnt have to first talk to a legal secretary and then to a paralegal. I was paying Marc for his services and that is who I worked with. I would use Garza Law Firm again, but I hope I never have to!
