First of all, when you go to see this room, they paint it as the best but the truth is that it is not like that. The air conditioning works fine when it is presented to you, but on the day of your party it does not work as it should. Now lets talk about the deposit, they ask you for $300 which they tell you that they will return it to you no later than 15 days as it says in the contract. 15 days passed and I was still talking about my deposit. They answered my messages days later. They returned my deposit 4 weeks later with a deduction of $100 for a tire from a cooler. The decoration was what they presented to me and in short, teach Mrs. Giselle how to treat customers because in the beginning you treated me very well and in the end you treated me terrible.

Super delighted with all the services we had at our wedding, we had an excellent experience with the package that included everything, it was a beautiful thing not to worry about anything, just arriving as a Reyna next to my King and everything ready, food, cake music and more!! !!
