OMG words can t explain what they did for me long story short I was fighting 2 felony charges 10-20 years for both and that was threating my nursing career and Mike did exactly what he said his team was going to do. I was ready to pay half of the requested price upfront, however, the ladies at the front desk killed all my confidence in securing this office. The lawyer Brent seemed straight forward. However, Jamie at the front desk literally left me a voicemail asking if I was going to secure or not because she does not want to text/call me for the rest of my life . Then when I explained I work two jobs, she had no remorse, she said she will remove me from their contact list and hung up in my face. Clearly the universe is on my side. If the attorneys make their staff feel like they can treat people like this, I did not need them in the first place. I was willing to pay $4k extra to secure Brent as an attorney but not anymore.

I hired the Goolsby Law Firm team to represent me in a domestic family violence case. They kept me constantly up to speed, were very honest and transparent, and it was the best possible outcome besides the charges being dropped! I am not using a real name for privacy reasons but Mike Goolsby was amazing! He really had my back during my misdemeanor case, and thanks to him, it got dismissed. Super grateful for his hard work. Definitely recommend him! I have a quick question, have you done expungements? If so, have there been any issues before? Im asking because I know that if an expungement is messed up (e.g., not including all agencies with my record) it can lead to a problems such as my record appearing. I will not recommend this law firm to anyone.. you spend all your hard earned money to still earn jail time !! They do not communicate with you unless they need a payment they show up to your court dates late and do nothing! Then they leave you out to dry. You never speak with the attorney until your day of court they do not work on your case until paid in full 5,500 spent and still having to fight for freedom over a hear say case! They do not give you the best advice.. they just try to complete the case to receive payment These guys are a joke .

You are better off getting a public defender,then hiring this firm . Hey once they have your money what can you do. You will never hear from them unless you miss a payment or it s time for your court day, that will be your first time meeting your attorney. They never contact their clients I heard from like 3 different people that say they go months without a response to emails or voicemails call backs so you can t really know what s happening till your court visit and I find that really unprofessional yeah they might do their jobs but not in a very professional fashion so if you wanna waist 6-9k just to wait and be stressing out then go right ahead. If I could give a 1/2 star I would worst attorneys in DFW!!! Youd thought they were on the same team with the folks trying to put my loved one away for 15 yrs!!! Didnt file any kinda motions or nothing.!!!Probably wouldve done better with a public defender. Then to top it all off the attorney that I had been working with the entire time left the firm like 2 was before my court date and Noone told me! But I know one thing when it was time to make that pymt or I was late with the pymt BABY they were reaching out!!! Dont get me wrong. I was fretful they let me make pymt arrangements, because i didnt have all the miney up front. But other than that...TRASH!!!!The receptionist Sherri I think thats her name. Professional, Friendly, and at times felt like Family. Mr Goolsby and his entire team have been nothing short of excellent - I have zero reason for concern or complaint with this law firm. Usually people make their payments online, but when I make payments I insist on the drive to the firm so I can see everyone face to face. They know my name when I walk in! Sometimes I get lucky enough to see Mr Goolsby up front chatting with the paralegals. I get the impression they all really care about one another, and when people love their job, they do a good job. Speaking of a good job, Mr Goolsby & Co. got my legal situation knocked down from up to 10 years in TDC, to 4 years deferred probation. I had my community service hours waived, and barely have any sanctions to complete - and it s all thanks to the hard work and Mr Goolsby believing in my case and going to bat for me. I ll never recommend another law firm again. Mr Goolsby and his staff can expect a Christmas card and gift basket from me during the holidays from now on. 12/10 stars

I literally owe this woman my life. I don t know exactly how she did it, but she got a case that was a Sure thing for the DA totally dismissed!!! The legal system is railroading me because of false accusations. Hillary Kustoff stood up to the prosecution and demanded evidence that they have lost. Hilary Kustoff pulled a Kobe and dropped a charge for me and lowered the states standards. Love to hear the good news from her. Always a phone call away and always shoots a call back if wasn t available. Reliable 100%, gladly go to them again but I hope I don t have to. I am so grateful for the Goolsby Law Firm. My lawyer and his assistant have been wonderful to me and have communicated with me the whole way. This was the only law firm I called out of 10 that answered the phone without me having to leave a voicemail! The law firms that called me back couldnt see me right away and I needed answers!!
