1st time to visit. What a stellar cigar lounge with an efficient ventilation system! Many cigars to choose from all reasonably priced along with numerous enticing mixed cocktails. My wife and I very much enjoyed the experience .

Really sad to have to write this review. A group of colleagues and myself went there last week and had an excellent time - we went again tonight and had the most amazing time right up until the end. One employee ruined the entire experience for 6 of us. When we were seated we told the hostess we were on separate checks, when it came time to close out we were brought one check by a hostess/waitress who was NOT our server, and I mentioned we were on separate checks. Immediately she had an attitude and angrily told us it was not possible to split the checks we kept coming to the bar and it was impossible to keep everything straight. (Not true and she had not been our waitress/hostess the entire evening) My group worked out who was paying what amongst ourselves and I walked up to the bar with a mixture of cash and two credit cards to pay the bill. The same hostess/waitress took the money and credit cards and was still chastising me about having to split the payments. I again told her we had made our hostess aware prior to ordering and returned to my table. This waitress/hostess came to our table took everyones drink away (one that was 3/4s full) and said we were done. Absolutely un-called for, un-professional, and our group was not out of line in any way whatsoever. I would expect better from an establishment of this caliber. This employee turned what would have been over a $150 tip into zero. Still cannot believe what transpired with this employee...........

My steak was perfect and the service was great. This is a great place to have dinner have a drink and smoke a cigar. There is an additional dinning and smoking area if you enjoy smoking in the same room that you dine in, old school steakhouse environment. Definitely be going back

The Cigar Lounge in Addison is a very good place to meet with new people with similar taste. The food is coming from Chamberlain restaurant which is amazing. There was a live piano music when I visited. I enjoyed a lot made some new friends. I would definitely suggest to any cigar lovers.

Very good steak house. It is an Executive atmosphere. Much like Three Forks or Houstons. Serving sizes are are fine dining portions. The most unique thing about Chamberlains is the private cigar lounge, that you can also enjoy dinner while enjoying a nice cigar. The service is first class level. The pricing reflects all of the above. This is NOT a Texas Roadhouse atmosphere.

With no doubt this is the best cigar lounge in the country. From a top notch staff which prides itself on customer service and friendliness, to the best menu and food you have ever imagined. This place has become my home away from home. I keep trying to find somewhere better in the United States but nothing measures up. Oh did I mention its a great place for a cigar or 5, And the beverages are amazing. The live entertainment is the icing on the cake. WARNING: Youll become a addicted and youll be watching the time and as soon as the 4pm hour arrives youll be headed over and you be glad you live in North Dallas.

This place is amazing. Ive been back twice now because where else can you get an amazingly cooked steak then head next door for a night cap and smooth cigar to pair it with? I had a amazing time. Absolute perfection on my steak, extremely tender and juicy. They matched the perfect cigar with my scotch. The ambience was relaxing and made the evening calming. I would recommend to everyone not just for a guys get away night, but also for a nice dinner out.

Came in town for NRA convention, found this place. All I can say if you enjoy cigars and a aged steak, then you will think you died and went to heaven. Only place I know of that you can smoke a cigar and enjoy a perfect cooked steak. The staff was great, and made you think you were the only one in the place and it was busy. Thank you for making a fantastic weekend In Dallas even better.
