You want pink and wonderful food? This IS the place. Pink, girly, fun, boisterous in the best way, great photo-ops. We made reservations for a Saturday night and had a blast. The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing. We need to come back here on a sunday afternoon for sure. The only thing we didnt care for was the wait time on the valet parking.

Very unhappy I did a reservation online and ask to be seated on the garden, Got to the place and did not get seated at my reservation time, then when it was time for then to seat my party down they said they did not have any space on the patio mind you i got there at 7:45 and still waited like 40 more minutes. So they sat us down in the room next to it. We were not done eating and they started moving chairs and tables because they had a private even so whe had to hurry up and did not enjoy the dinner. We payed almost $200 for them to almost kick us out!!

Happy 18th birthday to my daughter and a CANCELLATION fee for me! We picked XOXO for the ambience for her special occasion. We reserved a table for 6 on a Saturday night. The party was seated promptly, food was mediocre, and after paying the bill, the girls left early not enjoying the Instagram hype that they expected. Monday morning my credit card was charged $60 for a cancellation fee. Of course the restaurant is closed Mon and Tue so I had to wait til 6:00 Wednesday to speak to someone. The GM Ruben asked for screenshots of our receipts, which I supplied. I gave a description of the waitress and what each girl ordered. Finally he explained this wasn t the first time this has happened and it would take 5-7 days until my refund would be back in my account. I have still NOT been refunded and the restaurant does not answer the phone during business hours. Strongly do NOT recommend XOXO Dining for anyone.

XOXO was a vibe! The food and drinks were excellent. It is beautifully decorated with many picture worthy areas if you would like to capture your experience. The perfect place to plan an event, actually there could be several events going on at the same time and not interfere with each other. I definitely recommend if you want a special night out with a loved one!

Garbage. Not sure I ever left a 1 star review, but this place deserves it. Not going too discuss the vibe, it was okay. Food - horrible. $50 stake tastes like cardboard. $13 fries is burned and old. $20 lobster taco has fake crab and tastes like it was just defrosted. Cocktails are too sweet. One of our guys ordered a tequila blanco. Was charged a $50 for his drink. The argument was ugly. Manager tried arguing we re bunch of low lives and doing know what we re tasting. We should ve just Known it was fine tequila. LOL And should ve returned it. Put his hand in my face and said I can take it off but because you re arguing I m bout going too. Not sure who the low life is among us. Without the argument. Woiuld give this place 2 stars for the vibe plus 1 star because I m nice.

Made reservations for Saturday at 6:00, showed up 15 mins early and was promptly seated. They never checked us in when we were seated and as a result, we were charged a $60 cancelation fee. Talked to general manager and they refused to return the cancellation fee because we paid cash for our dinner and therefore couldnt prove we were there, even though we had a receipt.

This is a great picture and Birthday party spot! Has restaurant on front, bar room, patio are with swimming pool. The food was pretty good but I would prefer more seasoning(Im a true country girl). Outside of the seasoning I will say that the food was prepared well and the service is great. Cupcake Ferris wheel and staff singing Happy Birthday is worth the extra $100 bucks so dont hold back. Very fun, cutesy place. Look for the photo booth pic opportunity in the back.

Very cute place for pictures and girls night/day out but disappointed with the mediocre food and service. My friend and I sat for at least 10 minutes without being greeted. The restaurant was half full in the inside. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. I had to waive for our waiters attention when he was too busy talking to his coworkers. Then my drink collapsed and glass broke on the table. Waiter doesn t fail to disappoint us again by not even asking if I want to order another one when I explicitly said I didn t get to drink it. I wasn t even expecting for a comped drink, even though this has happened to me and I ve gotten other drinks comped in better restaurants in dallas.. but I ve never ever experienced this bad quality of service. I guess the automatic tip of 20% slapped onto the bill just is okay for waiters to not even care to cater or be considerate to their customers. Never coming here again and do not recommend this place especially when there is so much more other good quality restaurants dallas can offer.

We went without reservations on a Saturday night and had a lot of fun. Good music playing, a good mix of old and new all genres. We sat at the bar and I ordered a papi and an espresso martini. I didnt have high hopes coming here after reading the reviews, but it was much better than expected. Service was slow. They dont have Dr. Pepper, which is a crime in Texas, and then the Sprite and Coke were both flat as could be, but once we finally got the strawberry lemonade, it was much better. Refills were nonexistent. You can ask but shall never receive. We had a party of 17, so we had a set menu of 2 pre selected appetizers and a choice from 4 menu items. Pasta, fried chicken, salmon, or a grilled chicken salad. Pasta and chicken were both really good. I wish the cheeseburger was an option since its pink, but thats okay. I think the service suffers because they know theyre getting an automatic 20% tip. I usually tip more, but service wasnt great enough to warrant it, and theyd probably not get 20% if they didnt add it. I think enough people refused to tip, so they had to add it. I can tell the younger crowd who just wouldnt tip, so I understand the why, but you need to have better service. Great photo opportunities throughout the restaurant. I will come back with a smaller group to try other things. The meatballs on the set menu didnt seem to be the impossible meatballs from the menu. They were real meat, and they were amazing. I dont even normally eat meat, so thats really saying something. Get rid of the 3% credit card fees, your prices are high enough, youre making plenty of money and make your servers give excellent service, and this restaurant could get constant 5-star reviews with the exception of the type of people who want free food and argue every line item.

I have mixed feelings about this place, but overall, a rating of 3. This place is definitely a novelty place, and I wanted to like it when we first walked in, but after I left, I knew I normally wouldnt go for a regular night out to enjoy great food. I went for my partners birthday. The atmosphere was great, but I didnt like the fact that our table was right next to the hostess stand literally 4 ft from the door. (Still not a reason for the rating) The celebration music and sign with the cupcake wheel is fun. Similar to another Dallas restaurant where the workers dance. The food was okay. The lobster tacos were excellent, but that was about it. My steak was undercooked, and I do not send food back. The mashed potatoes were dry. My partner did enjoy his burger and fries, and it was cute with the pink buns. The server was good and attentive, but what I have an issue with is the fact that he took the liberty of adding 20% tip when he brought the initial bill out. When did restaurants start adding the tip upfront on the initial bill for a party of 2??? Ive been to many (and I do mean many) fine establishments, and this practice has never happened. I didnt make an issue of it because I was going to give at least 20% because again he did a good job, but the fact that he added this upfront put a bad taste in mouth. I did not add any additional tip, and there was a spot to do so. (Out of control) My partner enjoyed himself, and thats what matters. It would have to be another special occasion for him for me to even think about coming back. Again, its a great concept, but if you also focus on the quality of all your food, this place would be amazing. I dont know why your staff has to stoop to those types of tactics. If its trained, encouraged, or a one-off, it needs to stop.

This place is really beautiful and perfect for celebrations - I thought. I came here to celebrate my birthday this year (it s my second time to visit) and while the drinks and food were good, the service was some of the worst I ve ever had. We were there for almost 4 hours and most of it was spent waiting for things. We couldn t ever track down our waitress to order food or more drinks. Half of my group got irritated with waiting so they just didn t drink more. We ended up doing a night cap elsewhere because of it.

Very nice atmosphere. The venue is very beautiful. The staff are super Duper friendly and I absolutely love the girly vibes. My only criticism is the music. Some of the music is explicit and I m not saying that like this is the a kids restaurant per se. I mean for myself.. I m just saying that all people don t listen to the same kind of music so it would ve been nice if it was a little more neutral. The food presentation is great, but I just didn t like the taste of the food unfortunately. The food wasn t worth what we paid for it, HOWEVER, for the aesthetics and the aura it was well worth it. First time visiting for my gf s birthday, and what a phenomenal place! This place did not disappoint and the service was amazing! The outside before going in had great photo opportunities. Once inside, it is magical like a fairytale! The menu has great prices for everything and the service is spectacular! They others celebrating birthdays as well, and we all had a great time! There is also a hidden outside part that you get to by going through a bookshelve We will definitely be back when visiting Texas! Parking: They have free street parking, but I chose valet parking for $5. Kid-friendliness: You can take your children! It is a family friendly place.

Closing the whole patio for a party where there are naked girls in the pool, everyone is drunk to the max, and god knows what else happens in this place! Went with a party of 6 and ordered the family size for 4-6 people for $295. We were served food for 4 people even though the menu stated 4-6. We were told that if we wanted extra to cover the additional 2 people we had to pay extra. When the menu clearly state 4-6 people. Got the bill and it was $500 they added $18 for scrimp when we had 6 people and they only bought out 5 pieces of scrimp, 5 lamb chop. So one piece each and the bone to the person that didn t get any. 4 meat ball, a plate full of Salad and fries, 3 pieces of fried chicken and 3 pieces of beef. I have no idea what we paid for. Because 1 piece of lamb chop one piece of scrimp, one meatball do not warrant $500 bill. They added 20% gratuity plus charged extra to use your credit card. Had to go to a different restaurant to eat because obviously they give us a sampler for main course. No dessert either. This place is such a ripoff

We dined at this establishment on July 14th, 2024. I have previously eaten at this restaurant, which influenced our decision to book a table. My expectations were based on my initial visit. Firstly, I must commend the waiter for his excellent service, despite our dissatisfaction with the food quality and the high prices. The recent addition of extra charges, such as a 20% automatic tip and a card fee, has left a negative impression. These additional costs, combined with subpar food, left us feeling frustrated and still hungry after the meal. Our table of 6 ordered the family meal advertised to serve 4-6 people, priced at $295.00. The meal included three appetizers and four main courses. However, when the appetizers arrived, we received only 4 tiny meatballs, 4 shrimp spring rolls, and pita bread for 2-3 people. I raised this issue with the waiter, who informed me that any additional portions would incur an extra charge of $18.00. The main course consisted of thinly sliced burnt lamb, riblets, fried chicken, fries, and salad, but the portions were insufficient to feed 6 people adequately. Listed price of basically $300.00 for a meal meant for a family of 6 was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. Kindly take note that the platter labeled as a family meal turned out to be served on appetizer plates, which is quite misleading. If it is meant to feed a family, it should have been served on lunch plates. The menu should clearly indicate the quantity of the items included in the meal, such as 4 meatballs and 4 shrimp, to properly inform the customers. Despite the hefty bill of $295.00, which escalated to $500.00 after taxes, gratuity, and credit card fees, we were left hungry and unsatisfied. It is important for establishments to accurately list their items and disclose any additional fees, as consumers work hard for their money. We had to find another place to eat, feeling disappointed and unfulfilled, despite being there to celebrate a friends birthday. It is crucial for the restaurant to review and improve their offerings for the benefit of their customers.

I would like to say firstly, the waiter is not the issue you here as he did a great job, even after we were extremely unhappy with the food and the prices you are paying for the food you receive. This experience has left quite a sour taste in my mouth, please note the new extra charges that has been added to the establishment (20% automatic tip), which is pretty much the Dallas restaurant charge of lately. But now there is a card fee, so if you intend to avoid the card fee, please prepare to walk with cash. To have additional charges with subpar food, highly annoyed and still left hungry is not the experience you wish to have when spending that much money. Our table, had 6, we ordered what they noted as a family meal that would feed a family of 4-6 people, the cost on the menu was $295.00. This family meal came with three appetizers, and four supposedly labeled as main courses . Out comes the appetizers, 4 tiny meatballs, 4 shrimp spring rolls and pita bread. This was the first red flag, six of us, 4 tiny meatballs and 4 shrimp spring rolls, I brought this to the attention of my waiter, there are 6 of us here, why only appetizers for 4 people, the menu did say this can feed a family of up to 6. I was told, you want more, please pay the extra fee for any additional amount of what you need (this would be an additional 18.00). We then got our main course on a huge platter, there were 4 pieces of thinly cut burnt lamb, 3 pieces of riblets, 3 pieces of fried chicken, fries to feed 6, salad to feed 6, but enough meats to feed 6 people, why would that make sense, of course not. After all, its darn near 300.00 (the marked menu price) to feed a family of 6 a whole entire meal. Now please note they labeled this platter as a family meal but the plates received were appetizer plates Red flag , if this is a meal to feed a family should we not have received lunch plates? Hint Hint . Nothing on the menu, which most establishments would note that this is the quantity, here you go meatballs (4), shrimp (4), just so the customers are aware of exactly what they are getting that should properly feed a family of 6. But now here s the check, we are officially all still hungry and now irritated by our sampler plate, labeled as a family meal. The 295.00 bill after taxes, gratuity (20%) and cc fees came up to 500.00. So, for $500, we ate a sampler plate, barely had enough food for everyone to even sample all the items. If there was ever a time that I would scream RIP OFF, it is at this establishment. Consumers work very hard for their money, please list your items properly so we can make an informed decision. And please note in bold that your restaurant charges a fee for using a card, even the smallest mom and pops establishment alerts you BEFORE you purchase that there are additional fees for the use of a credit card. In the end, we went somewhere else to eat because we were all still hungry, irritated, and unfulfilled. We had to keep our spirits up as best as possible because we were there to celebrate our friend s birthday, but wow what a waste of our time and money. Please review what you are selling to your consumers. I felt like this needed to be brought to your attention, I understand you have a business and in such your main aim is profit, but a customer should also be very satisfied with the service they are given especially when paying such a price.

My sorority had their national convention in the city and the restaurant did not account for all the ladies that would be visiting their establishment (total number of participants at the convention were over 20,000). Overpriced and overrated. 5 shrimp and plain white rice with green onion, cilantro and what looked little pieces of some sort of sautéed greens mixed in. The decor is cute but overall this place is not worth it. Also, 15 bucks for watered down drinks. The food is slightly less than mediocre at best. Flies and fruit flies were inside flying over the table, had to fan them away while eating. 20% gratuity and cc charge added to tab automatically. They definitely put more thought into the decor than the menu.

Definitely thought it would be better than I thought. The place has a cute set up and decor. From the reviews I decided the order the lobster mac and cheese. It was okay but not worth the price. A lot of their food is pretty bland. The drinks are really good. They also have a 90 minute seating time to accommodate all of the parties that decide to go. Other than that it s an okay spot.

This place left a bad taste in my mouth - no pun intended . Overall I give this place a 1/5 stars, simply, because of the shady business I noticed and confronted when I got my ticket First of all, they charged half of the table $3 (that was not listed on the menu) for TAP WATER, that was offered upon sitting down at the table They also charged everyone who paid with a card a CC Surcharge, that was also not disclosed on their menu. Which is very small, but should at least be mentioned or disclosed to customers so they are prepared for that fee when the bill arrives. However, what tipped this cake for me was me being charged for THREE EXTRA strawberry lemonades that I did NOT order, but was charged to my bill When I asked the waiter why it was charged, he proceeded to tell me that he gave me a credit at the bottom of the receipt (listed on the left), so it was a wash and he couldn t take it off I told him that he would take it off, because the subtotal was inaccurate, resulting in me being taxed more AND the automatic 20% gratuity being skewed higher based on the inaccurate subtotal calculated His response was, well I can do it but it won t be much of a difference Although the difference was $4.80, it was the principle and the shadiness behind what was done to my ticket, in hopes I one, wouldn t be able to catch the inaccuracy or two, notice it all together Not to mention . The tax on BOTH receipts are the same I was taxed on the correct subtotal on both receipts, which again is VERY shady, because taxes is calculated before discounts and from the subtotal itself... Either way, I will NOT be back!!! The food wasn t the best (aside from the Crispy Brussels & strawberry lemonade - 10/10) and I cannot trust a business who operates as such The receipts does NOT lie & I think it was an insult they thought the inaccuracy wouldn t be caught BUT, they couldn t get past someone who works in Finance.. BEWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO. Never again.

The place is beautiful, definitely a vibe. There are so many photo ops, great DJ but the service is slower than slow. They weren t very busy and we had to wait 40 mins for the servers to switch out and come get our order. I waited 15 mins for my food and it came out COLD. We visited on a Sunday and they only had 5 meal options(bar food type-wings and fries, truffle fries, chicken tenders and fries, etc). We were told we could order shots or pay for a $300 bottle as the drink options. The place doesn t live up to the hype.

This bar is really lagging behind. The outdated decor and the slow service were the most noticeable issues. The drinks are just average for the price. As soon as I heard the bartender doing a 3-shake pour, I knew the drink wouldnt be well-balanced. I dont recommend it. There are far better bars in the area that deserve your money.

Our experience was wonderful beginning to end! The valet team was fast and friendly. The hostesses were so welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were 30 minutes earlier than our reservation time and they still got us to a table quickly. The entire service team was so engaging and made the whole atmosphere light and fun. The food was tasty. We went during brunch hours so I expected only the brunch offerings to be available, but we were able to make selections from their full menu. The Aioli Salmon was sooo delicious!! The mimosa flight presentation was over the top in the best way! And they were so many perfectly girly places to take photos in the garden and restaurant. If youre looking for a unique place to brunch with friends I cant recommend XOXO more!!

The food was decent. I had the Salmon which was pretty good. The humus was good. The creme brulee which is my favorite dessert was not as good as I would expect. The atmosphere is cute. But, I was charged someone elses bill in addition to my own which was already the most I have ever spent on dinner for myself. My bill was $182.44 (I only had one drink, humus, salmon, creme brulee, and was charged a bottle of water the rest was the automatic gratuity and a cc processing charge), then you charge me an addition $78.75. NO WAY! I have left a message at the restaurant, but if I cant trust you with my money, I am not recommending your restaurant.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant referred from a friend. The atmosphere was very beautiful, and the service was OK that I received, but the food was overpriced for the quality to not taste expensive. I had a pasta which I sent back because a piece of hair was in it and the Caesar salad Just came out iceberg lettuce. And the lobster pasta the lobster was dried out, and the pasta had no seasoning It was not worth the price.

We went here for my granddaughter birthday, the service, food, It was horrible experience. There was fruit flies flying everywhere you couldnt eat, without fanning them away. They were toooo slow with our food and got mad when we asked any questions about the food what it came with can you substitute anything. NO NO NO The important part was my granddaughter seems to have enjoyed it. Kid-friendliness: There was a lot teenagers there but I wouldnt recommend bringing 5-16, the food choices werent catered to them. The kids are going to waste your money, there was 6 teenagers in our group they didnt like and there they ordered stuff and sent it back so nobody eat. That was my experience

We were excited to visit this place for a special event, but our experience was disappointing. The photos online were captivating, but the reality fell short. We were not impressed. The temperature inside was unnecessarily cold, around 55°, and there was an immediate and persistent putrid stench. Maybe thats why they keep it that cold? We hoped it would disappear once we were seated, but it seemed to be everywhere. Despite ordering lots of appetizers and drinks, nothing tasted good due to the smell. We tried to close out, but the service was also terrible. We still chose to tip and not complain. Our main goal was to get some fresh air. The food was blasè for the price. We didnt consume any alcoholic beverages, so I cant comment on that, but the atmosphere felt cheap and grimey. Unfortunately, one member of our party became sick and regurgitated what she had eaten. Overall, the experience was so unpleasant that we would never consider visiting this place again.

Weird experience This past Saturday I was visiting Dallas for my girlfriend s BACHELORETTE with 6 people total. The first waitress with black curly hair - fair skin that came over was rude from that start - asked us if we wanted tap or bottled water, we said tap & she proceeded to tell us the tap water wasn t filtered, so we ordered bottled, fine no problem. She brings the water and took our full food order then 20 minutes later the manager comes over to tell us we are getting a new waiter. The new waiter comes and introduces himself and asked to take our order even though we already ordered but apparently the order was never put in by the original waitress. He then tells us the tap water is filtered lol. Thankfully the new waiter made up for the horrible service of the first waitress who ruined our experience. Food and drinks were good and the espresso martinis are pink.

Very poor service, stingy with coffee and sodas but very attentive with the alcohol. You had to ask the waiter for everything then it took forever to get what you asked. Main courses were hot but sides were luke warm to say the least. Some of the dishes were chipped and cracked which is a health code violation. The music was very loud and hard to have a conversation. Will NEVER be back, to many other brunch restaurants in town.

When it comes to this place youre paying for the ambiance more so than the food. The chicken & waffles were pretty good as expected being its a classic dish you cant go wrong with. Waffles were fluffy and the chicken was well seasoned. The French toast were lack luster and almost everything else was pretty over priced in my personal opinion. Great place to go grab a couple of drinks, take some pictures, enjoy the vibes and then go on your way to get food somewhere else.
