This is the third time I have driven to the Parlor in Dallas to discover they are closed. Online it says theyre open but they arent when you get here. I highly do not recommend this location they are very unreliable and inconsistent. Thanks for wasting my gas and time!

Open for limited hours in the evening, the Parlor is an eccentric drinks bar in the Sheraton Dallas Hotel with experienced mixologists capable of making any drink you can think of. The mixologist also will make custom drinks for each customer based on the customer s desired flavor profile. Custom drinks are $16 each but well worth it. Adam took great care of our group of three!

My friend and I took the Cocktail Making Class with Adam and it was amazing! He was very engaging and we learned about the importance of fresh ingredients. Afterwards, we had a nice reception with extra drinks and a few small bites. We definitely enjoyed ourselves! We will be back!!

The Parlor is absolutely one of the best cocktail bars in Dallas. My crew regularly hangs out here when were attending a convention at the Sheraton Dallas. The two bartenders, Bryce and Adam are incredible. In addition to being able to craft most anything you call, if you give them a spirit type and a flavor profile, they can create a riff for you on the spot. Im also a pretty big whiskey nerd, and this location has a pretty decent whiskey selection. Go here if youre staying at the Sheraton and its open. You wont be disappointed.

Brice and Adam made my night end right. Played a drinking game with friends where we gave short descriptions and allowed the bartenders to work their magic. Ordered something mango, spicy, and tequila and got something amazing I would order a pitcher of! Fresh handcrafted drinks, amazing accommodation with drink combos, friendly professional personalities. Will be returning soon.

Bryce and Adam are fantastic. You dont have to know what drink name youre looking for, but a flavor youre looking for and they will construct a drink for that. I havent had a drink yet that I havent liked and many that was flavors I never expected in a drink. This has become my highlight for coming into town.

I had a reservation to the mixology class on February 26, 2024. Upon arriving to the hotel at 4:45 the doors to The Parlor were locked. The door did not open until 5:13. Once seated it was another 10 mins before anyone spoke to us. At 5:30 we were told that we were waiting for one lady to arrive. Its ridiculous to make 8 people wait for one lady after the class is already running late and not once were we asked if it was okay that we wait.

Adam was great. We took the mix class while in Dallas celebrating a friends bday. I don t drink and they made accommodations for me. The drinks are fresh, great atmosphere and great personalities. I felt very exclusive. Brice was also amazing and provided great service. I definitely recommend and I would take a class with Adam again.

We were excited to try this place out, and arrived at 8pm on a Saturday only to be told they were closed. Cost us $20 to park for nothing. We were not the only people who showed up to find out it was closed; there was another couple wandering around also confused why the doors were locked. Frustrating that the hours online were not accurate. We talked to the bartender at the hotel lobby bar who told us they randomly will close it down if not busy. Call before coming or waste $20 on parking (which you then cant get validated, because they are closed) only to find out they aren t open.

Comfortable atmosphere. Grabbed drinks here with colleagues three evenings in a row. The first night we were served highballs, the bartender was attentive, the drinks were smooth. Many of us were actually impressed. Not so much for the following evenings. By day three I might as well have ordered Jack & coke. My drink was indistinguishable.

This bar was one of the highlights of my time in Dallas. Tucked into a quaint, little corner of the Sheraton, you almost wouldn t even know it was there which added to the speakeasy-style atmosphere.
