Ive been twice and the only flaw I can find with the service is that there isnt a button in the karaoke rooms to summon someone to take your order. In addition, the book of codes for the karaoke machine does not list certain songs that do appear when you search by title or artist.

We use the Karaoke room. The equipment is too old fashioned tbh. If you find a Chinese Karaoke in Plano, you will found it to have much smarter systems and better audio. Their system also have merely no Chinese or Japanese language support.

Visited here for dinner based on reviews. May be I tried many fusion korean restaurants before this tasted bit different. But many dishes lacked in flavor. I tried Corn cheese: tasted straight from can. K-pop fries (No Bulgogi): very blant fries without seasoning. May be McD fries taste good. Cup bob(without spam): no flavor egg fried rice with kimchi. Soy garlic wings: a decent in taste. Pineapple juice is from can. Ambience is good. Service is decent.

This spot Ive been to years ago many years ago.... decided to unfairly review it today based upon how I was treated back then. I tried ordering a grilled squid here, and the bartender at the time kept refusing to serve it to me saying that I would not like it. Why would he say this? Because I am BLACK. and BLACK people dont eat that according to him. He thought I have never gone anywhere a day in my life. Ive likely spent more time in S. Korea and Japan than he ever has in his entire life.. grills squid is a typical bar dish it pairs really well with beer, has a nice salty taste.. With that said, the guy was insistent that I personally wouldnt like it despite having just gotten back from Korea and having found that dish to be among one of my favorites. He kept gatekeeping the order until he said only me and no one else has to pay in advance for that dish.. I was 100% racially discriminated against at this place, and I was made to pre-pay for grill squid because he said black people like me wouldnt like this dish. He didnt say it so explicitly, but he kept insisting and ignoring that I told him Ive lived in these countries that served this dish for over 5 years, I assure you its one of my favorites. Oh no, but you gotta pay in advance.. youre happy because you hate black people. dont spend your money at this dump. They really will assume you havent been anywhere nor had any exposure to Korean culture because you are Black.. They dont think Black people travel, live, work and study in S. Korea. You guys will have a wake up call, and continue to encounter more Black Americans who have lived and worked and been educated in East Asia. Youll keep meeting them and youll keep being racist.. You love doing that.

The food and the customer service at this place is AWFUL. We ordered a bunch of different things from the menu and every item was GROSS. The alcohol was watered down. The Mandu was over processed and tasted like it was straight from the frozen section of the grocery store and it also smelled like a dumpster. (Not authentic at all) The quesadillas had way too much cheese and barely any bulgogi. (Very bland) The bulgogi with veggies was watery and tasteless. The garlic/soy fried chicken wings were the worst. They had no taste, they were wet with a weird sauce and had no garlic or soy flavor at all. I asked the waiter when ordering if he recommended the wings he said yes but only if you like garlic. I love garlic so I went ahead and ordered. The manager told my husband that the waiter said he didn t recommend to order the wings and I did anyway. We all took one bite of each thing and we were disgusted by each item. It was like the items got worse as they brought each one out. They brought everything out 1 at a time so we tasted as soon as it was out and nothing was good. We waited a few minutes and decided that we wanted to let the manager know that we weren t satisfied with the meal. He came over and we talked to him and let him know how he felt about the food. He told us that he can only take one item off of the bill and discount the other items. When we got the check he only took off .90 on 1 item and 1.20 off of another. For something we barely touched we thought the discount was a slap in the face. He told my husband he didn t have to do anything. My husband talked to him for a while longer and tried to reason with him. He finally decided to increase the discount but not by much. Most places would ve apologized and comped the items we didn t like but he wasn t apologetic and didn t even try to even cut the items we didn t like in half. We were willing to pay for half of each item but not the entire price for the things we didn t like. It was not a good experience. He told us if he comped our meal he has to do for everyone that didn t like their food and that it was just a waste of money. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST KOREAN FOOD. IVE EVER HAD. Korean food is one of my family s favorite foods and this experience was our worst one. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place at all.

I never leave negative reviews but here we are. I wanted to like this place. Went after midnight looking for some late grub and drinks. Took 20 minutes to finally get a server to ask us what we d like. All staff was occupied attending to their friends/regulars. It was as if they were joining in on the fun at tables and karaoke rooms. Forgetting to service new customers. A few people were seated and walked out do to this behavior and lack of attentiveness. Regardless we ordered and only received half our desired drinks. Food was good. Service was absolutely terrible. Didn t announce last call, took the only drinks we received away, and told us we couldn t continue drinking after a certain time. But tables they were socializing at were allowed to continue drinking and got more drinks. Oh and the best part was receiving our bill and having a bunch of items we didn t order/receive being charged. Incredible really. Don t recommend at all. The staff neglecting basic food service to have a fun time with their friends was a terrible thing to see.

Davonte and Maria were so sweet and super attentive during our time here. I wish all Karoke places were like this and I will DEFINITELY come again. Food, service, AND drinks are so worth it! I have been here multiple times with various people. This is a good place to dine at night after Sports Garden. The table service has been good, and there are menu options that I have liked such as the fried pork dumplings, honey butter chicken, and cream chicken. The menu boasts a large assortment of alcoholic drinks. I recommend splitting a soju or two with parties of 4 or more that are drinking. The portion sizes of food are good, and the price to liquid volume ratio for drinks that I have ordered have been normal. This is a place I enjoy going with other people but wouldnt visit alone since I dont love the place.

Not recommended. Bad service customer We came here on the Sunday and it wasn t too busy. However, the waiter (the tall guy with the hat) wasn t attentive at all. We had to get his attention so many times, and he ignored us half of the time. Every time we wanted to order, he had to call him couple times. When we wanted to order some more food, he was checking on someone and said give him a minute, but he never came back. He was just standing at the bar. So we had to walk over to be able to talk to him. It seemed like he tried to avoid us as possible. We believe the tip was auto added 20%, so he didn t feel like he needed to serve at our table, even though we were the only table there that night (until later there was another small table). Now, lots of new Korean restaurants popping up, with this bad service, no wonder it s super slow here on a Sunday. Not only me, but my friends also noticed that he didn t want to serve our table. Definitely going to warn all my friends who also love Korean food about this place.

Are you looking for a really cool place with tons of soju available???? Then this is your place, but if you are looking to consume food in an even remotely timely fashion???? Well then look no further as this place has them both!!! Waited some decent time for our server to greet us and its no biggie I get it. Then we order and 40 minutes later everyones food is delivered but mine. Honestly still not a big deal. 20 more minutes go by and I finally have the displeasure of receiving the tonkatsu I ordered except it is the same texture as beef jerky. I shared this experience with the table and gave them a piece because surely i had to be over-exaggerating, but everyone had the same reaction. This was a laughable excuse for a meal, and I can not believe they could with any ounce of a conscience serve that. 10/10 would recommend not ordering the tonkatsu

Looooove this place! It was my first time visiting, and it was after BP s concert so I had a feeling it was going to be packed. Although they were extremely busy, they were very organized and handled every table attentively. Our waitress was absolutely amazing!! She was so sweet and took good care of us. Absolutely amazing bar and karaoke place! The food is unbelievable!!!! We rented a room for a bday this past weekend and the servers were extremely fast, accommodating and kind. When I thought there was a discrepancy with the bill, they were kind to listen to my crazy talk and explain everything throughly even when I was being irrational (IM SORRY). I honestly enjoyed myself on my bday to max! I can t get over the food, the service and their kindness! They offer bottle service which comes in clutchhh when you re singing your lungs out! Fabulous little Korean restaurant and bar that also has 3 karaoke rooms. I really appreciate the focus on being a restaurant and bar first because the food and drinks are great. The song selection is a little sparse. Song books only have by title which make searching by artist impossible. But you can search from the screen. A lot of missing big names (like Billy Idol) from the selection that seem like no brainers. We were also told they took orders from the room, but then had to order at the bar. Not a problem as it does get loud when people are belting out a song; but just a weird thing when they do offer table service with a call button in the restaurant. We will be back as it was lots of fun and this place seems 100 times less sketch than other local karaoke places.

Good place, private seating available perfect for dates, karaoke bar, sports bar, and good atmosphere. Food was good Ramen and teobokkie was good. Garlic wings were good. The hot wing went spicy they tasted mild and kind of sweet. Ill give them another shot next time. Im a big wing person so flavor is important. The Ramen was spicier than the wings. They have a variety of soju and happy hour until 8 p.m. I recommend. Ill be back.

Love love this place! Went there for a karaoke night and fell in love with the food. You can reserve a room for karaoke, their songs are pretty updatedFoods are AMAZING, eat bulgogi and spicy creamy chicken for me. Would probably become a regular hehe

Went there for a good time with friends. We were looking for karaoke while enjoying yummy food. Definitely didnt disappoint! The food was yummy and the drinks were too! The karaoke rooms are not KTV but still good and can accommodate several people. Beware though your singing can be heard outside on the dining side lol but its ok when youre in the karaoke room you forget all about it. The place is nice and clean plus the staff is pretty chill theyll answer any questions you have or give recommendations if you dont know where to start. If you dont want to karaoke but just want to enjoy good food and hanging out with your friends, they have 3 or 4 booths that are cool because they are kind of private and the the rest of the tables are out in the open which is still nice.

Weve been trying out all the Karaoke Bars in the Dallas-Fort Area. They all have there perks, great food & wonderful customer service, but this one here takes the cake. The hostess was super nice, very helpful & attentive, making sure we were always okay. The food was so so so delicious, & the Karaoke microphones have to be the best quality mics Ive heard at any Karaoke bar. Overall 10/10 we come here basically every night now. If you live here or are just stopping by the area. You should most definitely check this place out for a wonderful evening.

Man the songs were lit, the price for the room was 20/he but it was up to 12 people. Talk about value! Happy hour ends at 8, but the drinks are so good. I had a mf strawberry margarita and it made me feel like I was in the Bahamas yo. And the lady that served us was so nice that she made my girlfriend jealous

Worst karaoke experience ever. 2 weeks previously I called and made a reservation on Friday for a karaoke session for me and my close friends from college. Im a 2020 graduate but I was celebrating my graduation in 2021 (recently) because covid took my original graduation ceremony away. I originally scheduled a time slot for Friday night at 10:00pm, the next day after booking I reached out to Soju101 to reschedule for Saturday night at the same time because of scheduling conflicts with me and my friends. They let me know that they would have another party that night so they could set me up at 10pm but I would have to wait 30 mins to allow for the previous group to leave. I was worried because it seemed like they were trying to imply that my reservation wasnt secure but when I asked she assured me that I would have a room. We arrived at 10:30 to allow for the previous group to leave but even at 10:30 the previous session still continued. My next move was to ask the hostess an estimated time for our session, however before making her reply she seemingly rolled her eyes at me. All she would tell me was, we would have to wait. It felt like they didnt even want to seat us, I myself had to ask to be seated after continuing to wait 10 more minutes standing/sitting by the entrance. As soon as my server sat us at the table she disappeared which was also strange to me seeing as we already had ample time to look at the digital menu as we waited by the entrance of the restaurant. Even after being seated we continued to wait. Asking for an estimated time for our session seemed to irritate them everytime. In my personal opinion I would have been more at ease making my reservation elsewhere if they didn t have availability for my group. Maybe because we were black is why they didnt uphold our reservation but I can only imagine why my group was treated so poorly. We waited until 12pm for a room that we would seemingly never receive. The last time I asked the hostess for a time estimate she went to grab the manager who then rudely said, we would have to wait until 2am. Soon after that we had to hunt down our server to pay our bill and leave. I m still upset that I spent my money here, and I will surely never come back to this location or anywhere else like it.
