I was quite disappointed with my experience, as it was not up to par with the level of excellence expected. The espresso martini was watery, lacking character, no balance between ingredients, doubt if they used real espresso. Additionally, the beef carpaccio lacked cohesion; it was a disorganized assortment of ingredients chunks of avocado, horseradish, and flavorless jalapeño all disorganized, really nothing to highlight. Overall, it felt like a missed opportunity for a well-crafted cocktail and dish. Unfortunately, this experience did not justify the time or cost.

Nice spot for cocktails and conversation. Its a sophisticated and elegant crowd. Definitely pricey because its located inside the Ritz Carlton. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is very pricey but expected. The drinks are great and they have a wide range of cocktails to chose from. You know how at bars you order drinks thinking they ll be great and they re not? Well here they are great as you d expect very impressed! Got very crowded on a Friday at 6 no more open seating standing only. They also have an outside section but not sure if that s for the restaurant. Espresso martinis are delicious!

Overall a nice experience but our server added on an additional tip for herself on my bill. Very unprofessional. I kept the customer copy of the receipt and called to have this fixed. I left a message with their manager, but have not had a response in over a week. Watch out for your charges!!

Genuinely disappointed! I had a disappointing experience at Rattle Snake Bar in Dallas. The service mistakes were evident the noisy environment made it hard to enjoy, There were no accompanying snacks, and for a high-end establishment, the lack of attention to detail in bartending and service of prestigious wines was disappointing. One notable letdown was when I ordered champagne the bartender used two nearly empty bottles and a new one to fill just one glass, a clear oversight in service standards for a high-end establishment like Rattle Snake Bar in Dallas.

**Service: 5 stars. The wait staff (shoutout to James) is superb **Drinks: 5 stars. Very tasty and well made cocktails. The old fashioned is great and my lady loves their mojitos. **Seating: 3 stars. I ve always found seating but seating is very limited. Wish there was more. **Ambience: 5 stars. The place is BUMPING between 9 and 2 on Friday night. The live music is the perfect touch. I love that they have seating in the lobby and in the bar itself. It s so perfect. Everyone is very kind and in a good mood. Some PDA happening, which I think is really cute. **Food: I ve only gotten their chicken tacos which were very good. **Price: With food, drinks and tip I typically spend around $220 for 2. It s pricey but so worth it for everything that you get. **Parking: $15 Valet. Valet doesn t even ask for tip - wowowowowow. But carry cash and don t be a D about tipping

A wonderful menu and atmosphere. Highly recommend sitting in the kitchen. The banana pudding for dessert is incredible I have had it too many times to count. Tortilla soup is exceptional with its smokiness. A great cocktail selection as well. Chef Fearing is incredibly friendly and will make the rounds to tables when he is there. Perfect place for a special night or simply lunch/brunch with a friend.

Great place to meet new people. Ask for Noe, he is fast and remembers you e when you come back. The place is clean and it get crowded but the bartenders still bring out drinks in a timely manner. The outside place is very nice as well. The seating areas are so up to date and upscale. Restrooms are so accessible and clean. Highly recommend. @IIVanGogh

THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE A LAST WORD! Inside is a bit cramped, and they still have the plastic dividers up. Staff is very nice and accommodating, and the vibe is great! We didnt eat, but we enjoyed a couple round of drinks and our waters stayed full during our duration there. Live band was very nice, and the patio wasnt too hot.

A bit overpriced for the amenity offered. Had a massage for 20 min for close to $200 with tip! By the time I found the entrance to the hotel and readied myself for the massage, i lost 10min. So all in all I had better massages for the price!

Talk about paying for the name of the place and not the food! The lobster nachos were a bland mix of lobster meat covered in a blob of cheese. Best part of it was the roasted salsa. The Old Voice was a bit too sweet for my taste but not a bad drink. Nick behind the bar was amazing!
