if i could give 0 stars i would, was roofied here and only got drinks from the bar so i have a pretty strong feeling a bartender roofied me. i made ONE card transaction and somehow have an extra charge that i never signed for? SCAMMERS, LOW LIFES, WEIRDOS YOUNG FEMALES DO NOT GO HERE

The Manager tried to scam me out of $40 tip and then gets mad at me and bans me after calling him out i don t know if it s discrimination or just plain hate But that s not how you run a bar especially with a person who frequents your establishment regularly Take accountability and correct the problem that s what a manager is supposed to do Used to be my favorite place but the manager Ray has made that no longer

The place is a nice spot but some bartenders are very rude. It never used be like that. Plus the area is dangerous and people who go there now are sketchy. We had a horrible experience mainly because of bartenders, one of them went on a power trip and kicked us out coz he was trying to impress his friends who were non paying customers. I m not the one to complain about one little incident but this was a little too much. Based on other reviews I can see I m not alone. Spare yourself the headache of this place, there are so many other friendly bars in the area.

Not impressed. This place is nothing special, and the bartenders are incredibly rude and entitled. My friend got charged 3 times the price I did for the same drink, so she left a tip of 0. The bartender added a 1 to that tip and turned it to 10, which is outrageous. Definitely not going back there. Never seen anything like that.

They were super rude ! They didn t let my friend for having on wind breaker type pants. The establishment isn t nice enough to have such a such a strict dress code.. no offense. They were super rude we tried to nicely speak to the owner amd he was even more rude. I would never go again.

First time here and the staff was rude...I ordered my friend and I each one shot then tabbed out. The cost was somehow $26. When I thought about it for a minute and asked the bartender (straight, brown hair) if I could see an itemized receipt, she rolled her eyes and put her hand up like I ll do that in a minute . I waited for 10 minutes and watched her talk to everyone else instead, clearly never getting my itemized receipt, but at 2am what else is there to do? The pen was bleeding all over my hand and I wasn t getting any help so I finally just signed the receipt, went to clean my hands, and left.

Night Manager was BEYOND rude. Showed pure discrimination towards us (people of color). We were even there with someone of color that frequently visits their bar. I wouldnt recommend people of ethnic heritage to visit this bar...or should I say....... African Americans.

I am not from Dallas. With that being said, I thought LongShots was a really great bar operated by people who are friendly. They made me feel like not only was I welcome but while you are here drinking you will be safe. The security people were kind and always on the clock. There was a nice mix of people in this bar and from all walks of life. I will definitely go back next time Im in the area. As far as the drinks go, the beer was cold and not one time did I get a mixed drink and think it needed more alcohol or questioned the drink mixture. Its a great little alternative spot away from the normal downtown areas.

The owner should really take a look at these post. I was refused to enter after Flaco who says he is a manager but was working the door said I tried to insinuate something when I asked him about looking at my girlfriends daughter. This place has a real problem with there staff and customer service. The owner obviously have not taken a look at this problem and I am sure it is reflected in revenue. PLEASE just got to TATES next door much better treatment there.

So my group attempted to enter this bar and because 1 person in our group had on a white t-shirt they said he couldn t get in. So they turn away business from 6 people because 1 person had on a white t-shirt (definitely not a good business practice). But here s the kicker...a guy that knew the owner according to the doorman walks in with what??? A white t-shirt!!!! They could ve at least had enough decency to not let someone walk in right in front of us with a white t-shirt on. Our group was from out of state & this experience didn t help us feel welcomed at all!!

I showed up Saturday night to meet with a group of 20+ people. The door man checks our ids and asked me what my profession was. I thought he might have just been asking as a general question but I later learned he was discriminating against my attire and my profession. I had a Ralph Lauren matching jogger suit with gucci frames and shoes. He said due to my pants I was not allowed in. The door man was black, Im a white male and some black people went around me that were wearing sweat pants, yet he let them in without carding them. After confronting him about them wearing sweat pants but being allowed in he then started lying saying they were the owners and could get away with whatever in there and that they could even do drugs in there if they wanted to. I said thats fine and we would just take our group elsewhere. He then responded with Thats fine I dont care so I told one of my people who were already there waiting for me, that they werent letting me in and all 23 of my people walked out, leaving the door man stunned. We went across the street, got in with no problem and enjoyed the rest of our night. Idk if the door guy was just being a hater or what his issue was but Longshots lost 23 customers, majority who were female and who were all drinking in less then 5 minutes due to the door guy and his antics. No need to come back since there are plenty of other places in Dallas that would be happy to serve us.

It was alright. The main issue was that the DJ didnt take requests, was super rude and kept doin his own thing and expected a tip first before he played a requested song and then was incredibly rude about it. Pretty sure the bar is paying u, already. Suggestion... He could of gotten creative w the song that was requested too and mixed it up but he had zero adaptivity. Artist? Prob not. Lol.
