Brandi is great!! Everywhere else in the airports closed around 9pm but she graciously took care of the customers already at her bar and also told new potential customers they could have a quick one before closing. This is real customer service. Thank you Brandi on behalf of weary, thirsty travelers!

The waitress ignored me for 30 minutes & did not serve me. Im a black girl in a bar full of whites. Very uncomfortable. By the time she finally served my beer, it was hot. Very sad.

Completely understand there are rules to follow but if you have a wide open bar 40 minutes before you open(without a sign or any information at all about no sitting allowed until you re open), there s a pretty good chance people are gonna sit at it. Would ve happily purchased a drink and given a significant tip if the bartender wouldn t of come in yelling that you can t sit here until we re open, don t worry I ll never be back. Next time be a little bit more tactful about how you enforce rules. Today s world is all about customer experience you failed.

One star is too many. I stopped momentarily, sat in one of the seats just to check a text. The waiter asked me if I wanted anything and I said I was just sitting for a moment. He said if you re not buying then you can t sit here. Well, that ensures there will be zero dollars exchanged here today or in the future. Thank you free enterprise. BTW, AV8, the idea is to try and generate income not force it away. Also, hardly a person sitting in their establishment.

Absolutely disgusting. $15 for a hot dog, which is to be expected at an airport but cold brat and cold stale bread? Theres no excuse for serving slop And the server had zero sense of urgency.

Always a great place to visit. Anytime I have a layover at DFW I come to E Terminal just for this place. Bartender Ashley is personable and able to keep a crowd happy.

Looks great. Food is probably great too. Didn t get to try it as the kitchen was closed. Came for a beer due to a delayed flight. Words of warning. You can t use food/drink vouchers here unless it s for food. Too bad because we have 3 hours to kill. Will head to Concourse D. Edit: choose the Flying Saucer in concourse D. They take your vouchers.

Andrew was extremely rude and disrespectful. I still tipped waaaay more than I should have but Ive been in this industry for more than 10 years and I never leave a bad tip regardless. But I have never been treated the way I was by him by anyone in the service industry nor have I witnessed a bartender acting the way he did. I come to this airport often and will NOT come back to this establishment because of him. I really hope he either reconsiders his job or his attitude.

The NICEST bartender in Texas. I had just landed from DC & his energy was just phenomenal. Walked out of the bar to help people & scanned the bar seeing how he could serve best. I travel a lot & I ll be sure to stop here!! Amazing service.

Had to fight for service, got not 1, but 2 cold hotdogs (1 of 4 items on their menu) and after 30 minutes I finally got asked if I wanted another drink. Better luck going to Whataburger.

The waiter asked if he could get me started with a drink so I ordered and thats where it ended. He walked by about 16 times before I could get his attention to order food. Then he was trying to cash me out right away, I would have ordered another drink, I had a 3hr layover and they werent busy so it shouldnt have been a big deal. I was already money coming in sitting there but treated badly. Ps Im still hungry

On April 11, 2021 I entered your establishment in Dallas terminal E. I sat at the bar and asked the bartender for an ice water with lemon she asked if I was going to eat. I told her to give me some time I would look at the menu.. About 10 minutes later I asked for my water she said if your not going to order food you cannot have water. I told her I would purchase a water. I had just walked far I had my gate changed 3 times. She walked away. I asked 3 times and she said NO WATER. As I was walking out I told her I was going to write a review, it escalated into a verbal confrontation. I was humiliated as a human being. I would like corporate to look at the cameras on that day between the hours of 5pm-7pm and keep this type of discrimation from happening ever again.

Joe Luna was AMAZING at this bar and cafe in the Dallas Love airport! I was starving but it was way past closing, he had already cleaned up and still got me a margarita and some sushi! Great service and the marg was delicious!

Went here to grab a drink, after the bartender told me to find an empty seat and he could serve me. I found an empty seat and waited 20min for no service. I had a timer set on my phone to make sure I kept track of time for my flight. Hope they can figure out a better serving system.

I stopped in to get a Pepperoni Pizza. Should have been a simple thing to do before a flight. The line was super long. It took 30+minutes to order and another 25 minutes to receive an order. As the cashier hands three orders of pepperoni pizza. When I ask her she said the chef made theirs first and she wasn t sure why... hmmm. She said I d get the next pizza out. I told her I had a plane to catch. She refuses to give me a refund. I ask for the manager s name and number she yelled You won t get my number! She than helped another customer and slowly wrote her name down as well as the manager.
