Not many dads put their daughters quinces together. Im one of the few who had to do everything!!! The cake, DJ, food, salon... everything! Grace was an angel!!! The price was great and she was SOOO helpful. She gave me an agenda to follow, served the food, which wasnt part of the agreement, put the slide show together for me, gave out complimentary party favors and didnt trip when we stayed a little late. She was there for me every step of the way. I couldnt have found a better place at a great price. Everything was immaculate and the bathrooms were really clean!!! BIG PLUS!!! if youre looking for a spot to host about 120 people and want the very BEST customer service, this is the best place in Dallas hands down!

If I could zero stars I would. So unprofessional, she gets mad while I m asking questions about other packaging she offers and etc. Telling me If I do not like her pricing I am more than welcome to look somewhere else, when I am not giving her any reason for her to respond in that manner. I was really looking forward in to renting but after her ugly attitude I choose not to. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS COMPLETELY!!!!

While I was not the one to have rented this ballroom- a very close friend of my family s was treated horribly with this event center. The owners were not cooperative with how they wanted to run this event. when given an itinerary, the owner was fighting the event planner and telling her that she and her husband were to run the djing (& announcing), pictures, video, AND telling the court when you go . now I am not a mathematician, but she can not be running around to record everything, take pictures AND help the court do what they need to do and don t get me started on how the owner (who again happened to also be the photographer) STOOD my family friend ( who got ready, hair, makeup, dress and everything to show up on time) and her family for FOUR hours, with no calls, no return of calls or voicemails. She claims that she had a family emergency- but no calls or anything does not excuse that. none the less . EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

I want to share my experience that happened to me with this person from this town we had a contract for the establishment when I went to give him the deposit he told me that someone had already set it aside and that he had given him more money the lady is very unprofessional it was a very very experience unpleasant with her. Be very careful with this person because he is not trustworthy. He seems to care more about money than his credibility.

This Venue owner is horrible she is rude. She wanted me to pay her for a full day rental for $2200 and no one would be there but for 3 hours. Then I asked was trying to ask her why is she charging me like that she said for linen. What venue charges that much for a a table linen. Then she stated to me if your not interested in paying my price, then oh well, thats my price $2200, whether your leasing it all day or 3 hrs. You can pay it or by, either way I dont care. I was like you are being rude. Why are you asking me to pay all that and Im having my wedding and reception at my church. Im only wanting to rent for 3 hours your place, she said oh well, thats my price. I said wow your aa horrible business owner to treat a person that way, shes not scamming me out of my money. But I thought people should know how this owner is to prospective customers. We count!
