As a multicultural couple, when we set out to find the perfect venue to celebrate our love, 3 things were at the top of our list: the venue had to be naturally beautiful on its own the ability to comfortably accommodate at least 200 guests and our being able to bring in our own team of professional vendors. Needless to say, we were so elated when we finally came across this place as the team at ATO was not only cooperative, but the communication was always prompt and direct; nothing was left up to interpretation, which we greatly appreciated as well. Ms. Badra was the sweteest and really worked with us as it pertained to site visits whether it was for our engagement pictures and decor/design walkthroughs with our team, all while offering her expert advice along the way. Thanks to the vacancy the day before we were also allowed to start dropping off and setting up things the night before, which also helped tremendously. Our big day 12.3.2022 was a success and we re literally still getting rave reviews from guests not only on how beautiful they thought the day was executed, but the location we chose as well. The naturally beautiful scenery was the perfect set up for an outdoor ceremony, the gazebo area was the perfect space for appetizers and socializing before heading into the beautifully decorated indoor reception hall. It was special, unique and made for a seamless transition of the evening s events. Ms. Elisabet was also super sweet and helpful and even surprised us with the most beautiful teaser video. Such a beautiful compilation of our favorite day and it helped our guest as well as loved ones that were unable to attend relive our big day in such a special way Thank you ATO team for aiding in our planning experience going smoothly and our special day even better. We ll forever be grateful for you all. If you re looking for a venue that is naturally beautiful, affordable, flexible and able to work great with a diverse group of people, do not hesitate to book A Thousand Oaks! You will not regret it one bit.

Beautiful venue. But be very careful renting it. We were there last night for an event, and the AC went out. People had to leave early. Its very unfair to go through all the planning of an event and then have this happen when its 100 degrees outside. I just hope the hosts of the event got some sort of apology and refund.

This venue is everything!! From the trees to the lake, everything feels magical when you walk into this beautiful place!! And to top that, the owners, Badra & Tim, are amazing! They literally went out of their way to make sure my son s first birthday party goes as planned! I am so grateful to have met them! The guests were in awe, and we will surely book this venue again in the near future! Definitely recommend!!!

Our Daughter had her event here last night. What a magical evening. The sounds of nature, the stars the cleanliness of the venue the staff. And I mean ALL of the staff was so accomodating. We needed glue. THEY HAD GLUE AND FISHING WIRE!!!!! sounds crazy until you actually need it because a decoration you brought failed. The staff was not intrusive. The place was literally ours. So respectful. The mosquito situation was not terrible. Just have some off. I mean your in Texas. I can not wait to have another event here.

My husband and I had our wedding here just a couple weeks ago. We were pretty nervous as we booked the venue relatively last minute, in February 2021. Our previous wedding venue double booked us, so we made the decision after that to postpone our big wedding to next year and instead have an intimate outdoor gathering with family on our original wedding date in April this year. While the venue wasnt fully constructed/finished when we booked it, we could see that there was something really special about the place and that the outdoor spaces would provide a stunning backdrop to our wedding. We couldnt have been happier with how the wedding turned out. It was absolutely gorgeous, and Rasha and Badra are so easy to work with. Our wedding was one of the first at the venue, and you would have never known because everything ran so incredibly smoothly. We barely had to have a hand in any of the details, because they worked with our planners on everything promptly, efficiently, and expertly. They were extremely kind as well, and Badra even drove me around from the bridal suite (which is gorgeous by the way) to the front of the ceremony area for my entrance. My husband and I highly recommend planning your event here. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and the staff is fantastic. We feel very lucky to have found A Thousand Oaks!
