Came in on 9/22/24. We couldn t hear ourselves think. We couldn t hear, nor could she hear us, our waitress. They had about 8 different TVs blasting different sports games. Our waitress even stated it usually isn t that loud in there. We finally got up and left prior to ordering our food. The noise was ridiculous.

Came here for the first time since we had some Astros coupons, the waiter was so nice and knowledgeable. He was very attentive, despite it being BUSAYY. I always recommend the Totchos, so good. Very filling. I had some Teriyaki and Gold Rush wings, my boyfriend got the Jamaican Jerk and Spicy Garlic Parm. All delicious flavors, but heed my warning: Respect and believe in the flames. They speak the truth. Also, if you like draft beer and lots of it, this is the place for you! Check out this big A** glass! Only $13 too! No complaints. Parking: This place is popping, when it s busy you are waiting for someone to pull out. Avoid parking in the back. The furniture store is ON IT.

The wait for your below average chicken wing is never less than 40+ mins. Picture of chicken strip chicken breast sandwich The entire hour for lunch or dinner is gone sitting waiting for cold re heated fries and cold meatless chewy skin wings. Would I like more tea? You mean the empty glass that has sat here for 45 mins? No thanks, I enjoy trying to suck the bottom of the glass with a straw hoping to god something appears from the cup like Moses got water from a rock. God this place sucks every time without fail. The only other option is BWW and they are even worse. It s a race to the bottom for chicken wings folks.

My husband and I ordered a 20 piece wing, 2 kids meal, 2 appetizers pickles, chips and queso and I do understand that they re busy. But if I m going to wait as long as we did. My food should not come out COLD! And no utensils I asked our waiter where s are utensils for my salad, he said oh someone else is bringing them out. Finally after about 5 minutes, I get up to find a manager he was NO help! Some guy with a red beard. My family was very disappointed with the service we received. Not a good experience at all.

Food here is always amazing. Me and my father frequently go to the Astros games at minute maid park. We get the free 5 wings and the order of the chips and queso. The queso is always so gooey and good. We recently discovered the pluckers club and have been getting free apps and more. Just yesterday me and my girlfriend had great experience. And to top it off we got a free brownie from the app just for having it downloaded. We have been coming for about 3 years and don t plan to stop. Parking: Lots of spots right next to the restaurant, around 60 spaces.

I was in town for a business trip and found a Pluckers near my hotel. I tried calling to place a to-go order but ended up ordering online (long wait). At the restaurant, I waited for service to get a beer but was ignored. In the to-go line, someone who came after me was helped first. When I finally got my order, I had to remind them about my drink. Back at the hotel, the wings were the wrong flavor and the fries were cold.

Every single time I order something to go from here there s always something missing, wrong, or something that I didn t even order. We always love coming to Pluckers! The Holy Mac is insane!! Most of the time the wait is not bad and the food is hot and perfect. This last visit, our waiter was a little off and food, refill, ticket return etc was pretty slow. Overall though, we love a family dinner here. Tried pluckers for the very first time and can t believe i waited this long without having it! I absolutely loved the spicy lemon pepper sauce that they have. Also tried those big fried Holy Macaroni sticks and they were delicious. The only downside is that they get super busy here and it takes a while for the food to be brought out so be prepared to wait. This location definitely needs to work on providing better service. I went with a friend and I got my food first. We waited for her food to be delivered. Finally the server came over 10 minutes later to ask us if we were doing okay. We still didn t receive my friends food. When her food finally came out the server told us that the kitchen was backed up, but when the ticket came so we could pay, it clearly said on the fly on the ticket. This means her order was never sent to the kitchen. It doesn t matter how good the food is if the service isn t good. PAY ATTENTION MANAGERS! It is your job to correct bad service! Not impressed.

We recently went here and sat at the bar as they were super busy, like always. I love their bakers gold sauce, but lately thats the only good thing. I dont understand how the quality of their chicken has gone so downhill since Pluckers first started. I used to love the location in Austin. Now theyre chicken is super tough (even the boneless basket), you will find tendons etc. The traditional wings were so dry they were barely edible. They tasted like dog food smells. On top of this the service at the bar was awful. Which is surprising considering there are so many different people back there to pitch in. I waited over 20 minutes for a to-go side of Bakers Gold sauce. I asked two different people behind the bar, and one of them even asked a manager to go grab it for them, who never showed back up with it. One of the bartenders had a super blase attitude and when I would try to get his attention, he would counter with, whats up? Like hey bro, Im not your buddy.

This is sports bar. That services a variety of menu items. They are known for their chicken wing. We had the 6 piece chicken wing combo( 5 small wings and 1 side). It is overpriced. Felt like I need to leave a review with all the issues we had at this location. 1. Theyre having problems AC and waiting to get it fixed, that happens. 2. Our server was struggling bad with attending to his tables because they just transitioned to a new handheld ordering system. Created huge delays and issues with placing orders. Our server should not have been thrown to the wolves without good training. 3. We sat by the bar and literally saw our drinks sit there for 10 mins, finally asked some if they could get them. 4. Our untrained server informed us he could not server us a 3rd beer after being there for almost 3 hours playing trivia. Needless to say, we will not be going bad any time soon. I thought I would give pluckers another try after a 3 star experience. Had to drop it to one star. The service here is terrible. The staff at the front counter were oblivious to anything going on. Went to pick up a Doordash order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. I was told by the hostess that it would be 5 minutes. While waiting I saw the place was about half full. A couple recieved their salads and they never started eating. A manager came to the front of house to set up a cash register and went back to the back of house. A Group of servers came out to sing Happy Birthday. The couple tried to get the attention of another server and waited 10 minutes before the original server came back and there was a scene over the missing forks. I waited 20 minutes for the order that was supposed to be ready on arrival.

I have been meaning to get this posted I rarely give bad reviews but this was so unnecessary. My mom and I were actually the first customers at 11:00am in the restaurant. We were so my placing a to go order with the hostess. We ordered 2 Southwest Chicken(fried) Salads, an order of fries and a Coke to go. Still no one there. Our ticket promised the order at 11:16am. At 11:10am. People were quickly filling up the restaurant and things were getting busy. I still had yet to get my to go drink. At 11:18am the manager asked if we were ok? We explained we were still waiting on our order and showed him the ticket. He spoke to the hostess and another worker and seemed satisfied with whatever they td him as we could not hear. At 11:25am I got up to ask where our order was as several tables had their appetizers on their tables. At that moment a girl came rushing out with our bag, minus the drink which I never got and had to wait 5 minutes longer to get that. I have worked as a server in the past for many years. I know this was terrible service and in my opinion everyone dropped the ball. The hostess should have went and got my drink right away and made sure that it was there when promised, the manager should have walked back to the kitchen himself and looked for the problem. Bottom line we were the first customers! They need to better train their staff, yet if the manager was so indifferent, is the staff to really blame or the manager?

The dining area and parking is too small for the amount of customers that visit this location. The food is good but takes an extremely long time, 50 minutes to get. The waiter was great but again when the food takes so long it takes away from the meal experience.

The bar management always gives groups problems. Definitely not a good place for people that want to have an eventful night. Bar is slow and manager cut me and a group off after 3 shots. Worse customer service our family has experienced for dine in and delivery. They messed up on our order every single time for delivery and gave us raw chicken twice. I will report this to health cooperate organization as I have my photos ready for proof. The manager won t even apologize and has turned us away. I recently had an opportunity to experience what this establishment has to offer about a month ago, and I was exceedingly impressed with their wings! They were on point, bussing bussing, off the chain, zesty, sticky, saucy, flavorful, tangy, spicy, garlicky, lemony, all that, and more! I absolutely love wings, especially when theyre done right! I must say that this establishment is the WING MASTER! I met up with some coworkers for Happy Hour on a Friday afternoon after work. Were all educators so this was a treat for us after dealing with a long and stressful work week. One of the English teachers that I work with consistently raves about this place informing me on how good the wings and appetizers are. I must admit that I have driven past this establishment several times for years and I would always wonder if they were any good. Now that I have finally had the chance to experience what they have to offer, one can only wish I had not procrastinated and tried them sooner rather than later! There were about eight of us in total, and since teachers get free appetizers per two people, we took advantage of this opportunity. We ordered their Totchos, and the Blue Cheese Potato Chips. The Totchos are simply tater tots done just so like nachos. They were loaded with bacon pieces, cheese, red onions, chopped cilantro, and topped with chopped chicken and drizzled with a bbq flavored sauce. The Blue Cheese Potato Chips appetizer was equally as delicious as the Totchos, if not better. It consisted of house made crunchy thin potato chips topped with green onions, chopped tomatoes, bacon pieces, and blue cheese. The flavors were out-of-this-world insane! I enjoyed both appetizers but I prefer the Blue Cheese Potato Chips for my next visit. For our drinks, my daughter and I ordered the Psychedelic Frog, another co-worker ordered a Kentucky Mule, and everyone else ordered beer. The Psychedelic Frog was absolutely delicious but I did not taste the alcohol in it at all. My coworkers were all saying it was going to sneak up on me but it never did. Im still waiting on that, lol. It was a weak drink. So if youre anything like me and you enjoy strong drinks then do not order any of the fruity drinks. Youd probably do better by ordering straight shots instead. Furthermore, after enjoying our delicious appetizers, everyone ordered wings. Since it was my first visit, I took the liberty of ordering four different flavors to test the waters. I went with the lemon pepper dry rub, Vampire Killer, Buffalo mild, and Jamango Jerk flavors. My absolute favorite was the lemon pepper dry rub. They were full of zesty lemony flavor and I could taste the lemon flavor in every glorious bite. My second fav was the Vampire Killer which possessed a spicy garlicky kick and an explosion of other infused flavors. The Jamango Jerk flavor was pretty good, possessing a sweet and spicy palate. The Buffalo mild was also good. They were the traditional bone-in buffalo wing but with an enriched flavorful crunchy crust. The crust is what really sets their Buffalo Mild apart from other traditional buffalo wings that Ive had in the past. To top it off, the wings were not undercooked or overcooked. They were perfect. In conclusion, Pluckers is a laid-back, let-your-hair-down, kick-back and be-yourself type of establishment that serves delectable and flavorful wings and appetizers. The atmosphere is very inviting and welcoming. Customer service was excellent! Our server Diego was extremely professional, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone whos looking for a place to unwind after a long work week where you can be as loud as you want without anyone looking at you sideways. The vibe of the overall environment reminds me of my favorite local spot, Willies Icehouse and Grill. It just feels like home, a place where you can be yourself and enjoy the company of friends and family all while enjoying some flavorful finger-licking mouth-watering lip-smacking wings served fresh and hot!

this was only my second time at pluckers and probably my last. both times i ve gone to pluckers the food is brought out cold- both the wings and the fries. the sauce tastes fine but the food being cold ruined the taste of the chicken. the atmosphere is nice but the service was just ok.

Been to this spot loads of times and never once have I had a bad experience. Safe to say on march 2nd 2024 I was given Chase as my server and he was excellent! Very attentive and respectful and took care of all of my needs, he was very great at explaining the menu and it would be a HUGE shame to see him walk! I can absolutely say I will be back and asking for Chase as my server!

Good food with large portions. The night we were there the staff seemed a little overloaded and I think someone else got my side salad until I asked about it halfway through my meal. And if someone at the table asks for more ranch or another item dont take 10 minutes to go get it when we already have our food. The place is full of TVs showing different channels so you should be able to find something to watch.

I am sad to leave this review as this was my first time having a bad experience here. It was bad enough that I need to leave a review. We went here to attend a birthday dinner for a friend. We got there an hour and half early to ensure seating. We were told we had to wait for two parties to leave so we could be seated. We had 20 people. Two hours later we were told we were still waiting on 4 people to leave one of the two tables and they would begin seating us until both tables were cleared. We were about to leave to attend dinner somewhere else and then we were told that another table was freeing up and we could be seated there instead. As we waiting for them to clear the table the staff seated another group even though we d been waiting for 2 1/2 hours at this point. This kind of service is so disappointing for Pluckers and very unusual. I blame the manager which I believe was the woman with the curly hair as she was the one communicating with us about having to wait.

I wouldnt recommend this for take out. We took our super bowl order home and some of the wings were half bone (like the meat fell off and they just gave us whatever what was left and they were tiny wings!). They gave us 3 pieces total of celery for 3 orders (5 wings, 10 wings, 20 wings). Im a women; I actually wanted the celery. This is likely the only vegetable my family would have eaten today. We paid for extra ranch dressing and didnt get it. We ordered extra wet and it certainly didnt seem extra wet. Not worth the cost.
