I haven t had any issues with this location before but this time was just ridiculous. I changed the address through the website when I placed the order and verified it was correct but the delivery still went to my former address which wasn t their fault as it was a website error but the way it was handled or more appropriately not handled was unacceptable. The delivery driver called when he didn t get an answer at the wrong address, was great and delivered it to the new address which was thankfully .8 miles away that s why this is a 2 star review instead of 1. But in between the estimated delivery time and when the driver called I called the store 5 times, got a busy signal and hung up on 4 times. Finally I chose the option to place an order and was transferred to someone that didn t even work at the store, when they transferred the call back to the store I got the same busy signal and hung up on again. It s a Wednesday at 1:30, I understand if it s busy and having a longer hold time but just not being able to get ahold of anyone and getting hung up on multiple times is not ok.

We had a party of 14 today at 1:30. We were celebrating a 40th birthday. Nicest staff ever. This is the second time we have done a Pizza Hut celebration. Always clean, food is good, service is great. They make you feel welcome. Kid-friendliness: Ours are not small but would be fine if they were.

They hung up the phone on me, my mom. We called 5 times and the one time they picked up the phone they asked for our phone number and hung up. It very much ruined our afternoon. One of the best tasting pan pizza supremes I have had in years. I avoided pizza hut before due to their low quality but this establishment brought back what they used to be....great! Update:we liked it so much we went again and it was so incredibly fresh! The pizza practically melted inside our mouths. And. We have visited at lunchtime and early dinner time. And theyve been amazing. Customer service was excellent! Update 2: customer service is only good in person. Inconsistency ..sometimes it s great at times it s poor. Delivery drivers are snarky and aggressive about tips. If you order online the deals never change like other locations. For example today at a location a large one topping pizza is 9.99 ..I have never seen anything item less than 14.99 each because two if those items are required which is a $30 deal.

Being a vegetarian, I ordered a cheese pizza with jalapeño peppers, onions, and mushrooms. When my pizza was delivered, the pizza delivery guy wasnt the friendliest person. He didnt even speak and just handed my pizza to me, hardly said a word, and walked the hell off. He must really love his delivery job, right? WRONG. My pizza wasnt a vegetarian pizza. My pizza had pepperoni and sausage, along with the veggie toppings that I initially ordered. It was a huge pain in the rear picking off the meat toppings. I also asked for extra sauce, and they hardly put any sauce on my pizza. Im officially done with Pizza Hut. This is exactly why Dominos Pizza is significantly better.

A Pizza Hut Buffet? Dont judge me since I think Pizza Hut is the best Worldwide Pizza Co. out there. And now all you can eat? TAKE ME BACK TO THE EIGHTIES! This is to inform you of an extremely frustrating incident that happened to me and my family at Pizza Hut located at 11970 US Hwy 380, Crossroads, TX 76227. My family and I walked into the store at around 8:30 pm on Saturday night, 05/14/22. We placed an order to dine-in which was a very simple order, one large pizza and an appetizer of mozzarella sticks. After the waiter took my order, about 15 minutes passed by without me receiving a status update. I walked to the counter to check on the order after I saw several people who came in after I did receive their food. I asked the waiter who took our order for a status update and she couldnt give me a straight answer. She looked down at her computer, then looked back at the manager as if they were brainstorming of an answer to give to me. When I realized that she couldnt give me an answer, I asked the manager who was standing next to her for an update. This guy said, To be completely honest man, we forgot about your order. This was shocking to me because I could see my order on the screen. Also, there were only 2 other customers in the store. He apologized and asked if we wanted a free dessert. My response was no. We just wanted our food. We dont need anything for free, we just wanted what we came for. He apologized again and stated that our order would be out in three minutes exactly. I said ok, walked back to our booth, and waited. Three minutes passed, and I saw other people receiving their order. People who came in and also the drive thru. 5 minutes passed and there was still no food on our table. At that point, I had enough. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable and someone should be held accountable. When I got in the car to leave, I did see that there were several people, not in a pizza hut uniform, at the back door conversing with several of the employees. That could be one of the reasons why my order was forgotten about. Its not my responsibility to figure out why i received poor service. All I know is that I will never step foot in this Pizza Hut ever again!

Too bad I cant give them zero stars! We placed an order tonight for 2 pizzas, one of which I ordered without the crust, just the toppings in a bowl as we have several members of our family with a gluten allergy. I have ordered this multiple times from this location. Its not like its a radical concept, Marcos even offers it on their menu. Well tonight when my husband went to pick up our order he was informed that they would not make the pizza the way we ordered it (with less ingredients for the same price mind you) and even spoke to the manager who refused to honor our order or issue a refund for the pizza we wanted crustless. So we are stuck with an extra pizza that half my family cant eat and no other options. Terrible job serving your customers with food allergies Pizza Hut! You had an opportunity to make a bigger profit on us and serve the food allergy community in a simple way but instead chose to be closed minded, rude and greedy by not even refunding my money for an incorrect order. Our family will now choose to order from a different pizza company where we can all eat. You have definitely lost our business!

This location is slowly losing my business. The app hasnt worked right in a long time. Tried calling in and no one answered which sent me to the call center. The person taking my order was not easy to hear or understand. I was trying to redeem points for my food and he said that he could not do it but I would be able to at the store when I pay. That was false! Got to the store to pick up and they handed me a number to redeem the points and I had to pay for everything which would have been free with my points. That was a major mark against them.

This Pizza Hut always makes great tasting food. It is always cooked just right and delivered hot and fresh. The employee takes proper COVID precautions by appropriate social distancing from the door while I pick up my food.

Called this location and placed an order at 5:53pm since they dont have my address online yet. I ordered two large pizzas and they gave me a total and said it would be delivered in 35 to 45 mins. I called at 7:05pm and they said they didnt have any such order entered for me. The manager basically told me sorry about your luck and made no attempt to resolve the situation. Not good customer service.

I have become less pleased with Pizza Hut quality as time goes on. The prices are high on the middle scale and quality is low. We find that toppings are sparse and the tomato based pizza sauce is overly sweet. Forget about fountain drinks if dining in. The machine rarely works and the staff is too troubled to replace cartridges.

This is our 3rd time coming to this location and it s pretty good. The pizza was not too greasy, but they did not skip on the sauce so the cheese literally slipped out of the bread when picked up. The restaurant was clean, and staff was friendly! Unfortunately, the salad bar was not open in the front due to COVID sanitary reasons, but they could still make the salad in the back. Overall, a good Pizza Hut when you want a quick bite!

Pizza has recently changed to have appropriate amounts of ingredients. For years no matter how you ordered the pizza it was always dry and light on sauce, cheese and meat. Whatever changed recently makes this my fav pizza. Orders are always correct and timely. App is easy to use

Can you please justify your delivery fee?? Delivery fee + tip will easily add $10 to an order. The drivers are using their own vehicles. Are you compinsating their fuel or paying them for milage? Im sure this review will go ignored. Aside that, pizza is good. Ill just be picking it up from now on.
