This location is not bad at all. I ve been here three times and my orders come out nice. The inside seems new and the burgers actually present well and look like the picture with a really good bun. The soft drinks from the coke freestyle machine are also fresh and there s some pretty cool options. I hope they don t change whatever they re doing right.

My husband went through drive through around 10p. Order a sourdough Jack meal with french fries and ordered Curry fries. Wanted to grab a bite with the wife after work. We got there at 8:55pm and only one other table was occupied. Looked like they had already ordered and were waiting. We ordered and got our drink then sat down. After about 10 minutes or so go by we start to wonder about whats taking so long. There was another couple guys that were at register and suddenly had bags of foods ready to go. Thats when my wife walked up and asked about the status of our order. It was different guy then took our order but he clearly had no idea what our order was. My wife had to pretty much re-ordered again. We werent given any explanation and only offered a free dessert. Upon hearing my wife ask the other 2 people who were also still waiting chimed up and stared they had waited over 40 minutes! It was clear they had completely forgotten the dining room. Suddenly about 9:15pm at this point we had our food. We ordered the munchies box with ultimate cheeseburger, halfsies fries, and 2 tacos. Our curly fries were fresh and delicious. However the regular fries were only really warm from the curly fries on top and were chewy. The burger was good- not really hot though. The tacos were a joke. One bag had 2 tacos with just meat and cheese and the other bag had one complete taco with the correct taco toppings. Overall very disappointing and no accountability from the staff whatsoever.

I m 35 years old and I ve never in my life have I spent literally 30 min in a drive thru line. 8:30 to 9:00pm I m not even joking. It s not acceptable. It was only 3 cars. I can give no stars I would definitely by far the worst service that I ever experienced in my life. Neither one of the workers could barely use English for one for two it took literally 20 minutes for them to take our order because they didn t know what they were doing at the register, Then to top it off there was only two people working and it s almost like they pre-made all the patties that morning because nobody was working the grill and I get a sample now and then while we were waiting for our food to cook there was no fries no chicken nuggets nothing dropped so he had to make all of that fresh while he did that he went ahead and made a burger that sat there for literally 30 minutes, getting cold while waiting on the other food before starting the other orders Then when he was done making our food, it still sat there for another 10 to 15 minutes before we asked for a refund because they were more worried about getting drive-through orders out the window instead of giving us our order then when I asked for a refund I was met with rude comments and I was not appreciate it. I will be calling corporate and making a corporate complaint. The store should be shut down, and the manager of the store should be ashamed of themselves for allowing only two workers at a time.

I go here occasionally, usually for breakfast on the weekend when I run errands. From what I can tell, there are not enough folks working the shift. I usually only see two people working. The food has been fine. Service is slow - I go through the drive thru. My policy is dont get into the drive-thru line if there is more than two cars in line. Dunkins, Whataburger, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, and Starbucks are all 1 minute or less away.

Well, first off, its been a long time since I was last at a Jack, and I think I remember why, but more on that below. I went this time because it was right near the other business I had just left and I had seen a long line in the drive through at the next most convenient similar establishment. There were four or five cars in the line when I got there. I think I would have gotten through the other places line quicker, even though each of its two lanes probably had almost twice as many cars. Now, about the reason I have not been to a Jack in ages: the meat on the burger was very dry and not very flavorful. The bun was quite chewy, too. The only things that kept my rating as high as it is were the curly fries and the toppings on the burger (bacon, swiss cheese, the creamy bacon mayo and the melted garlic herb butter). They may have just been short staffed that day, so I might be able to forgive the wait. However, the burger patty just doesnt cut it, IMHO.

Why is the lobby not open during business hours posted on the doors?! Its raining i would prefer not get soak the inside of my truck for fried greasy food.

I went through the drive thru, ordered egg rolls, jalapeño poppers, and a large curly fry. Firstly, they didnt seem to like their job, but I just thought, oh theyre probably having a bad day, its okay so I went through and got my food. The egg rolls and jalapeño poppers were okay, but they forgot my large curly fry. I went back, told them they forgot, opened the bag to see a large and curly fry. This is all they gave me, and it was cold. They didnt say anything but just tossed me the bag. I just shrugged it off and went to McDonalds, but it was upsetting to see how little they cared about their job. Hopefully next time will be better :(
