Gabriel put in a new bathroom floor, toilet, vanity set. He went beyond what we expected. He put in a backsplash that match the bathroom floor. He is so creative. I was in search of services to install a motorized TV mount (from Mantel Mount, inc.) and, because of their high reviews, called Ace Handyman Services of Beaumont to discuss the project. I now know why they are so highly rated. The representative I initially called went through every detail as to how their services work, their rates, and their bundle options. (Their business model is extremely impressive). They provided an estimate for the job and sent Peyton and Carter to install the mount, and I could not be happier with the work performed. Since this was a type of mount they had not installed before, Peyton even educated himself researching and observing install videos so that he could come prepared. These young men were bright, knowledgeable, and thorough. They made sure every aspect of the mount was operational, and cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend this company, and will be using them in the future for all my handman needs.

I have been trying to get a broken window (outer pane only) fixed for 7 months. Either the repair man didn t show up or told me he didn t do Andersen repairs. The Ace handy man was courteous, arrived on time, and very carefully measured the window. He said it would take a while to get the order in. I am totally satisfied so far and look forward to the finished job!

We were so lucky to have Peyton and Carter updating our 1970 s paneling. Each of them were the best craftsmen and workers that anyone could hope for. We wanted to keep our trim and Peyton was able to preserve all our trim. He filled all the grooves, sanded the paneling to make a smooth surface. He then painted with Kiltz, textured with Sheetrock mud and painted the surface. Carter assisted him on many of these steps. You cannot tell at all this room was once paneled. It looks exactly like Sheetrock. Ace Handyman was a pleasure to work with on this job. Diana who answers your calls and handles the scheduling is so pleasant . Peyton and Carter were so polite and respectful. They always arrived on time and were happy to do anything that was asked of them. We were completely happy with the entire process. We will definitely call Ace Handyman for all jobs in the future.

I had ceiling fans and a vent-a-a hood installed. I then realized I had Gabriel put the ceiling fans in wrong. He took care of that problem. I had a shelf that needed to be secured. My experience was fantastic with Gabriel !! I will 100% use Ace Hardware again. Thank you so much Gabriel. Your work was excellent, professional and spot on. Gabriel came back out today. He repaired my floor that was rotted, replaced dryer vent hose, leveled my stove, fixed a closet door, put the rest of a trampoline together. As before Gabriel did an excellent job. I can only speak of the person who did my job and that was James of ACE Handyman Services. He was cordial, knowledgeable and professional and had to do additional work on the project due to a previously unacceptable attempt on the same exterior paint project by another painter who shall remain nameless and unpaid. By the time James finished the exterior paint project it was done the way it should have been done in the first place. Its not easy to fix and repair anothers mess before you can do your job but James pulled it off and Im very happy with the result. I will definitely use him again!

We have hired Ace Handyman Services for 3 different tasks: 1) Build a 20 X 20 Awning (lean to) 13 feet above the ground (perfect results) 2) Change out a Double sliding glass door to a single opening French Door (same width as the slider) Heavy Rain the next weekend with zero leaks into our bedroom. Also, they repaired the rotten floor around the doorway into the bedroom. 3) Change out a Single rear entry door and frame, raised the door for new flooring and trimmed out the outer and interior door trim and caulked everything very neatly. Clean-up Ace people always take care to leave the job as nicely as they find it upon arrival. Yes, the cost per hour is serious-the value matches the cost if youre prepared with materials and tools required for the job. Ace cannot carry everything with them so communicating the job and explaining the scope reduces your cost and your stress. Jered Walker is my Technician of choice because he has proven skills and knowledge valuable to any project I may need help tackling. Jerred was our Handyman. He was very professional and knowledgeable to the woodwork I needed done on our Front Door. My husband and I were amazed with how he replenished the wood our pest controller damaged by accidentally spraying it. He repaired it with less effort. He s on our list if ever needed again.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The young lady that answered the phone was very professional and I really felt comfortable talking too her. She made me feel at ease with the company. Im the type of person that likes to do things myself, however due to a hernia I knew I would have to count on someone else to do the job for me. The young men that came to the house (Jacob and Joshua) were extremely professional and treated my wife and myself more like family than just another customer. I would highly recommend this company so much so that in the future, even though Ill be well from the hernia, I will be calling them back for additional work as needed. Its nice to do business with a company that truly cares about customer service and takes so much pride in the work that they perform. If 10 was the highest score I would give them an 12.

There were 2 service guys that came for the job. The first guy installed doors and painted the front door. He was quick and cleaned up after himself. The second guy came a few days later and did some drywall work. He was late, messy, and painted our attic door the wrong color. My husband told him which paint to use and he did not use the paint he was given. Instead he used the paint for the front door that was not in the same area as the attic door. He also left my house a complete mess. I had texture overspray on everything. So we had to repaint the attic door ourselves, and go through our whole kitchen and living room area to clean up all the overspray. He also got it all over my kids toys that were moved out of his way. Like I said, first guy was great. Second guy needs to learn how to have some pride in his work.

After a rocky start due to miscommunication, Ace (David and Kevin especially) came through like champs. The work they did inside my home was excellent. I am very pleased with how it turned out. That being said, before you allow Ace to come in, make sure that they send someone out to view your project BEFORE you settle on a quote about the job. That s a big part of the initial hang up although it was resolved to the benefit of both parties. Will hire again.

Gary and Josh were great! Replaced light fixtures, cleaned and painted air vents, repaired closet folding doors, secured mantle, built a cabinet around water heater, painted front door and cabinets in bathroom and kitchen, replaced fixtures in bathrooms, installed attic door in garage, repaired outside wall damaged from termites. I had a long list of things and they were all completed in a professional manner. Thank you Ace Handyman Services and Gary and Josh. Great job! Will definitely use them again.

This was my 1st time using ACE Handyman Services, but Im a huge fan of ACE Hardware so I said why not give them a call. My mom and I needed a trusted handyman to complete a few jobs around our house so I called and spoke to Todd, he explained the entire process and answered all questions I had. It was comforting knowing they are affiliated with ACE Hardware and all of their employees are background checked and drug tested. ACE Handyman Services also acknowledged my Veteran status and provided me with a Veterans Discount. Once my appointment was scheduled I immediately received an email and a text message with all details concerning the scheduled job. On the day of my appointment I received a text message from ACE Handyman Services with the name and picture of the craftsman and his arrival time. Gary arrived, introduced himself and we spoke about everything we needed done around the house. My mom and I were very impressed with Gary, he was very honest and we felt that he was very competent. Gary provided us the price for todays scheduled job before work began. Gary, did a wonderful job in replacing a section of hardy plank above our new breaker box. He cleaned up after himself and had my mother and I take a look at the finished job pryor to his leaving. Gary also got prices and details for other jobs we needed completed and provided us with the total cost. My mom and I would absolutely recommend ACE Handyman Services to anyone. They have been very friendly, completely transparent with pricing and from our experience, they are extremely knowledgeable about their jobs. We are 1st time customers, and have found our crew to complete our honeydew list.

I am a widow and do not have the skills to finish repairs and add ons since I have been in my house since Harvey flooded. I had a list of things for most every room In the house and Gary took care of everything and even fixed something that wasnt on the list. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
