Absolutely beautiful and perfect venue for our Country Fall wedding. Everyone of the staff members were great and super helpful! They really do EVERYTHING but a cake. They made wedding planning so easy! We also had DJ SkyMike and he made it super fun and he was also super helpful! Honestly wish I could do our big day over and over again!

As a Matron of Honor, I cannot say enough good about this venue. Each staff member was so helpful, attentive, and understanding. The evening flowed flawlessly, any changes needed were made swiftly, and the day was made as stress free as possible! All vendors were polite and accommodating to every need/want. The picture opportunities are endless, including a beautiful sunset view. If you are looking for a stress-free wedding day, this is the place to go!

When I say our wedding day was perfect, that really is an understatement. The venue itself is absolutely amazing! From having multiple places to choose from to ensure a stunning ceremony, the livestock roaming around the property, to the gorgeous reception hall. It truly is the perfect place to have a rustic wedding. But, the aesthetics are just the start. Weeks before my wedding the staff reached out and made sure they had everything they needed from me to make sure the entire day went smoothly. And the fact that The Barn is all inclusive really made everything a breeze. I didn t have to deal with 40 different vendors as they provide all the services that you need. From the moment I arrived with my girls, the property manager was there to greet us and send us in the right direction. The reception hall was already decorated and was perfect as is, but I had brought some extra things that I wanted to incorporate, and they were more than happy to accommodate it all. The beautiful bridal suite was spacious and comfortable for me, my 6 bridesmaids, my 2 daughters, the 3 hair and makeup artists, and my mom and mother in law. My 3 year old was even able to take a quick nap on the couch before getting her hair done! The guys also enjoyed having the man cave, and being able to go fishing over at the lake for a few hours before they had to get ready. It was so relaxing, and my husband and I were able to enjoy the company of our closest friends and family without all the stress that you normally hear about. We chose the lake for our ceremony, and the setup came out perfect. The staff was very helpful in getting us information on chair rentals and what we could and couldn t have in that area. The most important thing to my husband on our wedding day was that he didn t want to see me until the moment I walked down the aisle. The property manager understood the assignment! He shuttled the entire wedding party in a golf cart, so we didn t have to walk out to the lake. When it was my turn, he hid me anyway he could to make sure my husband got his wish. He was there for whatever we needed that day! And the DJ! That guy right there! He knows how to do a wedding! I ll never forget the announcement he made as my husband and I entered the room at Mr. And Mrs. Or the look on my dad s face when he surprised him halfway through our dance that he knew he could jitterbug with his little girl. He not only coordinated the entire ceremony perfectly, but 6 months later, friends and family are still telling us how much fun they had at our wedding, and I feel that I really had our dj to thank for that. He created such an amazing atmosphere with the music he was playing and he kept us on schedule with his announcements. I really could go on and on. Anyone wanting a rustic/western type wedding feel and amazing staff look no further! This place is absolutely beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice, Billy keeps this place in immaculate condition. Parker and Todd were super helpful and Miss Sandy did an outstanding job decorating! I also definitely recommend using Mr. Daniel for your photos!!! He definitely knows how to get those money shots! This place was amazing! The venue it self is absolutely stunning on its own, but it was really the people here who make this place so special. Kim took such good care of us every step of the way even when I thought u was asking way to many question, she always had an answer. The property manager made everything day of go so smooth upon arrival , and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Sandy was great and made sure anything we needed was taken care of. Parker, the owner truly has the best staff and has really made this place the best venue we have ever seen and the golf cart transport was definitely great highly recommend adding that if you can. And last but certainly not least Sky Mike, he really is the absolute best at what he does. He was generous enough to coordinate the day of as well as DJ. Everything went perfectly with his help and let me tell you, when he say he will make your wedding rock that s a guarantee! As someone that is not much of a dancer he had everyone myself included on their feet the whole night. He is truly the best in his field. Lastly I m not someone who is big about events but the people here really made everything so comfortable and easy. 4/18/24 was truly the best day and it had a lot to do with this place and the people here. My now husband and I got married here on May 25th, 2024! I can not put into words how amazing this place was, it exceeded my expectation when I showed up that Saturday to get married. Everything was absolutely beautiful and exactly like I had envisioned. Our DJ Parker, was the best he kept it going the entire time and knew exactly what people wanted to hear. The bartender was also phenomenal, she remembered what guests were drinking and had them ready the moment they walked up to the bar! This was one of the best nights of both of our lives, I could not be happier that I chose to have our wedding at the Barn at Four Pines!

We just got back from my brother and sister-in-laws wedding at The Barn. The Barn at Four Pines Ranch was fantastic! We loved everything about this venue. The staff was fantastic--so helpful and attentive. We loved that the DJ was great about taking so many song requests, and we danced all night long. The bartender was friendly and on point with all her drinks. The dinner buffet had a great selection of Italian food. Stunning photography, location, decor, etc., We loved everything!

OMG! This place is amazing. We had our wedding here this past Saturday 4/20/2024 and it was absolutely amazing, beautiful and perfect. Kim and Todd are wonderful and easy to work with, Danny the photographer is awesome and the day of staff and crew were beyond helpful in so many ways! The Catering service that they offer Marsalas Italian food was absolutely delicious all our guest raved about the Chicken Alfredo and the Garlic Knots. Thank yall for and exceptional experience. What a unique and gorgeous venue for almost any kind of event. KARW, a conservative political group that I belong to, hosted a fundraising event at the Barn. The country chic decor setting in an open-air style barn were something to behold. Hopefully family members will consider having weddings and other events here.

My husband and I just got married here Saturday 3/23/2024. I can t put Into words how amazing this place is. I didn t even really feel like I was planning a wedding because they made everything so easy. I definitely felt like I should have done more but once the day happened I realized they do this for a reason! It was the best day of my life. They took care of everything. Parker is amazing. I don t know what we would have done without him. If I could get married all over again (which I don t plan on doing!) My daughter was married yesterday at The Barn at Four Pines Ranch! The weekend was everything we could ve imagined. Billy, the property manager greeted us with a smile and handled our changes with kindness. Parker, our DJ, was amazing and kept everything moving along. He was entertaining, played everything that was planned, and didn t miss a beat. We had so much fun with him! I recently had the unfortunate experience of attending an event at this venue and I have to say, it was the worst experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a rude and disrespectful property manager who seemed to have no interest in providing good customer service. I understand that this is an outdoor venue and may have certain limitations, but that is no excuse for the lack of basic cleanliness. It was clear that the property manager did not care about the comfort and hygiene of the guests. In addition to the poor bathroom facilities, the overall condition of the venue was disappointing. The chairs were old and uncomfortable, and the general upkeep of the property was lacking. It was clear that this venue was not well-maintained. Overall, I would not recommend this venue to anyone. The rude and disrespectful property manager and staff and the unsanitary bathrooms were enough to ruin the entire experience. I would advise anyone considering this venue to look elsewhere for a better experience.

The staff at the barn was amazing! They really try 110% to make sure your day is perfect and stress free! The place was decorated exactly how we pictured! The DJ is the best, he kept the energy going the whole night and always reaching out to you. The photographer was wonderful as well! This venue was the perfect place for my daughters wedding last weekend. On a scale of 1-5, I could give it a 10. The all inclusive package is definitely the way to go and having the entire day on site is a plus. The main room was grand, the bridal suite was spacious, and the man cave was the bomb. Kim was very helpful from the beginning to the end. Any questions I had, I would send an email and she would promptly respond. The provided catering service, DJ, and clean up crew were on point. Not only did the DJ provide music, he conducted the rehearsal, told us folklore about weddings, sent us down the isle at the appropriate time, and kept the guests engaged. Many guests told us the meal was delicious (we chose chicken marsala and spaghetti and meatballs), and the DJ was especially entertaining. We agreed. The clean up crew was well worth the expense. They really took good care to make sure we had everything we needed to take back with us and then they went to work making the venue just as clean as it was when we arrived. Thank you to all at The Barn for making our day special. We could not have asked for anything more. Yay to the day indeed.

Cute little venue perfect for relatively small weddings such as the one I attended. The rustic aesthetic isnt my favorite but the bride and groomed loved it and it was well maintained. The only real fault I found were the restrooms which need some overhauling and care as many people chose to avoid them the night I was there.

Y all, this place is the real deal. From the minute we stepped in the door and were greeted by Todd and Kim, we knew we were at the right spot. We did an all inclusive wedding package which was so accommodating and made our lives so much easier. Todd, Kim and Billy were on the ball through out the whole planning process and went above and beyond on everything we wanted. The day of the wedding was so smooth, they had all hands on deck making sure we were all taken care of and had what we needed. The groomsmen and ushers spent the whole morning fishing in their fully stocked pond which was a hit. Everyone is still talking about all the fish they caught. The bridal suite was perfect for my 10 bridesmaids and a few extra! Plenty of space, loved having a kitchen in there and the two bathrooms worked perfectly. They really were thinking about the Bride and Grooms when they built this place! Kim is a perfectionist and nailed it with setting up all of our decorations along with some help from our families. The crews included in the all inclusive package were all top of the line, from photography to the yummy food (Marsalas), the bar tenders, Parker the DJ (incredible) and the clean up crew, we had no complaints or hick ups. We loved this venue and the people so much, we just booked our gender reveal with them! We are so excited. Thank you Todd, Kim, Billy and the rest of the crew at The Barn who make dreams come true!

I had a Celebration of Life for my husband at The Barn. It was perfect. The setting was serene and comfortable. The Barn was more than accommodating for all my requests. The staff was so helpful and made a very difficult time for me much easier to deal with. Everyone who attended the celebration said they were impressed by the venue and it was all so appropriate for the occasion and exactly what they hoped would happen for them when the time came. From the moment you send your email to tour the venue, you will be pleased. Kim and Billy and all their staff go above and beyond to make sure your day is everything you could have ever wanted. Being the first one of my sisters to get married, we had a ton of questions. Kim and the staff made sure to answer all questions no matter how stupid they may have sounded. I could not have imagined a better venue. The attention and time they give to make your day amazing is astounding. Kim has been doing this for quite some time and she comes packed with helpful information and little side tips and tricks she has learned over the years. They have multiple ceremony sites to pick from on the property. We decided on the rustic archway right outside for our ceremony site and the way Billy made it special to my day was amazing! He was out there in 95 degree weather ensuring everything was perfect and hanging things up and putting decorations out. Kim can be a little harder to get ahold of when she has a jam packed week. If you call the barn directly, they are quick to respond. Best way to reach Kim and/or the Barn is via email. They are quicker to respond that way. I loved every minute of working with The Barn! Wow! From the first moment I saw the venue and meeting Kim I knew this had to be the place. She knocked it out of the park for us. Open communication, the all inclusive wedding package is by far the best. From the team hosting team, bartender to Kim herself is just on point with everything. Every bride has their panic moments and looking back we will have guests talking about our wedding. I have to say the beginning of this process is very overwhelming but the experience now grant you this was our first....but was not the best. I look at this through a few lenses... so as we began this what so called all inclusive package. Well take this as a learning process because I and or we had never done a wedding. So to begin with the coordinators were not so organized. In fact they forgot about a lot of stuff and didn t book our daughters bridals only to have to find another location in 7 days to take these photos and to have to pay more money out of pocket Also part of the contract you have to pay insurance. Well I thought perhaps the insurance was for things like COVID or other reasons but no it s for if you guest get hurt or break something you pay for the insurance. Grant you I m sure those venue has insurance and for an all inclusive it should not be required. Then when meeting with the wedding planner. We were told if there is anything on the Barn website like take photos and we can do this. Well after looking at many photos we really liked the curtains and wooden white chairs along with a few other things. When we meet to finalize wedding our planner was not only late but when someone else showed up she said I ll be back with you then to find out the curtains and chairs are not included that we had to rent them. Grant you the outdoor wedding didn t seem complete without them and over $400 dollars later yes two curtains no chairs. We rented and was told they only allow one vendor. Another vendo said they would have rented them to me for $50.00 yes $50.00 bs over $400.00. Then the all inclusive package was only for 5 hours. Well a wedding from beginning to end l ast more than 5 hours. We were told that for each thing Bar, DJ and photographer if we wanted to extend it would be $250 per vendor per hour. Grant you we payed over $17,000.00 for this venue and they even ran out of pickles. Then on a call with one of the managers I asked if we could take the monies from the photographer and apply it to the DJand the bar because we hired our own photographer. The gentleman agreed but proceeded to tell us his DJ wouldn t be happy because of the extension and I said I would hope he would be because it s a special time. He apologized for his comment and admitted he should not have said said. Then said don t forget to tip. At the day of the wedding we even meet with a gentleman who to say the least was not that customer savvy he was there to pre set up and take a damage deposit of 500. Then we learned we couldn t have artificial pedals. Said it was in our contract but honestly never read that so we had to go buy real flowers. And he wasn t the most kindest person I ve have dealt with. There we a few things not set up and told us to wait till the lady s got there and they would take care of it. Grant you the wedding was at 4 and they got there at 2:30. I have talked to a few people in the community and was so worried because the feedback I got was that the customer service of the venue leading up to the wedding was not good and this too was our experience. I will say the two ladies that help pull off the evening and the DJ/ efficient was Awsome and the wedding was beautiful. But I feel like there could be many improvements with this venue and given the amount of monies paid the stress could have been reduced and the customer service leading us to the event could have been better.

My husband and I married here in July and we are SO grateful we chose this venue! Kim is there every step of the way to answer any questions you may have and Todd (the owner) even gave us his personal number the day of the wedding just in case we had any last minute questions. No matter what day or in most cases time you send an email they are so quick to reply. They even let us come and decorate the day before the wedding since it wasnt reserved and that was so helpful the day of the wedding since so much was going on. Also, the day of the wedding the venue is yours starting at 11 AM which which perfect to have everything in once place in terms of getting hair and makeup done, photos, etc. The bridal and grooms suites are spacious and very accommodating for even a bigger wedding party like mine. Scenic and break taking views every where you look and of course so many photo opportunities.

The Barn was so perfect for my husband and I! I m so glad we decided to use this venue because it was so stress free! My bridal party was able to enjoy their time getting ready and not have to set up decorations. Kim set up all the decorations the night before and left it so we could inspect and make sure it was perfect (which it was). The DJ they used played the best music and the bar was great. The Barn and the staff is amazing, from touring to the end of our night!!! Our original wedding in April 2020 had to be postponed to September 27th and they worked with us to reschedule without any hassle and made sure to book quick. Then when it came closer to time and I was nervous that with the rescheduling maybe a vendor might have been missed but Kim reassured me many times it was all ok and updated. Kim, Bonnie and her helper (totally spacing on her name now, Im sorry), made the night so so special too. Kim checked in often to make sure if I needed anything and was taken care of and every time I turned around Bonnie was there with a drink for me and checking if I was ok. They work with you on timelines for everything and if you want to show the venue to wedding party before your day or take engagement photos they allow it too! Even the DJ and photographer they paired up with were awesome and made a memorable night. Im horrible with names but the owner is super friendly and nice and always welcoming when we came to the property and allowed me and my girls to come early to get ready since there were so many of us. The Barn at Four Pines Ranch is the absolute best place to get married or have a large family event. There are several options to chose from for the ceremony and even more spots for photos! We chose the all inclusive package which included photography, DJ, officiant, and bar service. They did the planning, the setup, and the cleaning. They involved us in every step along the way with however much we wanted or didn t want to be involved with. We were able to visit as often as we wanted before hand to plan or look at decor. The first night we toured the venue, we didn t need to look anywhere else! Sign us up! Kim did an awesome job showing us many options for the wedding ceremony. The Bridal suite is HUGE and absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room, makeup mirrors, 2 bathrooms with showers, kitchen, living area, and dining table. The Man Cave for the guys is awesome too! Pool table, poker table, big room with big screen tv and bathroom. It was so nice for everyone to get ready there. We went with the All Inclusive package, definitely recommend, should be known as don t worry about a thing package. Trust me on this, you WILL need this package! Comes with the catered food from Marsalas Italian Grill(food is AMAZING) DJ for 5 hours, photographer for 3 hours (photographer will work with you on more hours and video if needed and we did) full bar with bartender, (absolutely a must have! Great drinks!) decorations. (that you pick out! So worth it) AND you get Kim for your day coordinator! Kim is AWESOME! She makes sure you re doing good and everything else goes smoothly!
